Mike was our host. Really knowledgeable and great fun. The Segways are easy to operate, and the quick 5 minute training session was thorough and made us feel completely at ease. The places we visited were great, and the tour was factual. Thanks for all the selfies you took Mike. We have a whole array of photos of you now. 😂 Highly recommended.

This was an absolute blast with Captain Mike (AKA Captain Segway) leading our small group of four. We checked off all of the big names of things to see up close but from the outside. We'd have short breaks at each site where Mike would tell us its deep and lesser know stories. He made it fun by letting us guess some facts about an item of interest, or quiz us later on things he told us. On our next Chicago trip, another Segway Experience is a Must Do!

I was fortunate to have my family from out of state join me and what an experience. It was incredible to be able to explore Chicago from a different perspective. My family got to see and experience Chicago in an interactive and educational way. I'm sure their appreciation for Chicago has increased.

Our tour was great!! Mike, our guide, was very knowledgeable and personable!! We would certainly recommend this tour to anyone that is visiting Chicago!!

Took this tour to take a look at the city. Had a little trouble getting booked as these guys have a lot of people touring with them. After we got a date that fit both my and their schedule, everything was better than I expected. Casey took us on a great tour, went around the stadium, aquarium, buckingham fountain and along Lake Michigan. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour. Aloha! Pete

my first segway experience and they were helpful, took care of you, offered to give you what you want out of the tour. started off with a training video, checking you were alright with your safety equipment, a practice in the office, outside in the alleyway behind and then onto the tour. they made you wary of all bumps and kerbs on route. they gave you an introduction and what you should expect and the rout, took us around part of grant park? seeing a fountain, a sculpture, soldier field, home of chicago bears, round the natural history museum and round the front so I could see the dinosaur an near to the lake front which was scenic , was helpful in taking photos and even of the Chicago skyline and some facts about the place and along the walkway ( one of two along the lake front) I would highly recommend this tour, it's a great experience and would actually love to use this company a segway in a different place again

We went into it scared of falling and dying in the streets of Chicago. Instead we got a great afternoon of memories. Not only did I give it 5 stars, I plan on doing it again.

Four of us "senior citizens" took advantage of a special to once again ride segways. Two of us have done it a number of times at various locations. One had done it a couple time previously and one was a first timer. It is just a lot of fun, especially when the weather is nice and seeing the Chicago lakefront, skyline and museum campus is always fun. Great for Chicago visitors, fun for locals also.

A very well done tour. Mike was fun and very knowledgeable. A very cool tour of Grant Park including the Museum of Natural History, the Planetarium, the Aquarium and Soldier Field. My son and I had a terrific time. Highly recommended.

Mike was great and made sure we were always safe and doing ok! It takes like 10 minutes to get use to riding but then it is super easy and way more fun then the electric scooters that are popping around everywhere.

This is the perfect experience if you’re looking for a quirky & adventurous way to see the city! Richie was so fun and a really great teacher. He made us all feel super comfortable with the Segways in the practice area and then we had a total blast scooting around the beautiful waterfront. The coolest thing is that anyone can do it; By the time you’re in the park you feel like an expert on the Segway and you never want to stop!
