      Tour around floating market
We really enjoyed our private floating market tour. After having breakfast on our boat we also visited another huge local food market and a handcraft noodle factory. It was an awesome tour to start the day (from 6am - 11am). Our guide Lavie told us many interesting things about the markets history and gave us many tips for traveling in Vietnam. Thanks for the awesome experience

Placed in a different park then originally booked
We had booked at Mekong Rustic, but were taken to Rach Sao Garden without any notice. This is located 4 km from Mekong Rustic. When we asked, we were told a somewhat vague story that the accommodation we had booked was under renovation and so we would stay here. This is absolutely not what we had booked, but it soon turned out that we had to make do with this. As compensation, we were “upgraded” to a Villa and the minibar was stocked. When asked if we could visit the park that we had booked, they acted a bit vaguely as if they did not understand me (or they really did not understand me). The park is under construction and absolutely not yet prepared for guests, and we were the only people present in the park. There is a large sign at the entrance showing all the dates and the guests present, but only 1 accommodation is occupied at any given time. There is indeed a swimming pool, but the associated pool bar is full of stuff and is not functional. The day after our arrival, they were busy cleaning up and decorating the park to make it all a bit more presentable and pleasant. The accommodation itself lacks any explanation, how does what work? And we don't hear anything about this either. We just figured it out ourselves. It also feels a bit like we are not completely “wanted” and all the attention goes to the construction of the park. The people are very friendly and do everything they can to make it as comfortable as possible. Taxis are arranged (which is also allowed because it is literally in the middle of nowhere), they help with excursions, etc. They also always try to have a short chat with you, but this is not that easy because almost no one speaks English, so you go it via Google translate. This is completely fine. There is a kind of restaurant area, but it is not very cozy and the food is not very fantastic. We eat outside the park as often as possible. You must inform us in advance about breakfast and it consists of either noodle soup or an egg sandwich. If we want to pay the bill on departure, it is not possible to pay by card. Preferably cash in euros or dollars...? Ultimately we were able to either transfer via bank transfer or pay in VND. We chose the latter, it all feels a bit strange. And this actually applies to the entire stay. From front to back it feels a bit like a “scam” When the park is completed, it certainly has potential and will be very good with all working facilities, but that point has not yet been reached.

Private Location, Nice Room, Friendly Staffs
We often send our tourists over here since the rooms are nice, quiet and the staff are very friendly. They will assist you in any way they can. Highly recommended. Thank you Long and Tranh for your hospitality and a great service during the time we stay there. I do hope to see you all soon.

      Friendly, sweet guide
We Loved the bike ride on Nhon Ai Island. It was the best feeling we got of how the Vietnamese live in the Mekong Delta. Not a single tourist shop. The ride was beautiful amongst the fruit trees and flowers. Lunch was at a local family’s home ( delicious). We had a great lunch, made banana “bread” and strolled their garden ( fruit trees and irrigation lanes). They encouraged us to ask questions and we had many. I do love a nice bike ride! Our guide Tu is a university student, very sweet and quite knowledgeable.

      Perfect stay and amazing tour
Absolutely beautiful location, stunning gardens and fantastic service. We stayed here for 2 nights on our way through the Mekong. I can honestly say from start to finish the service was outstanding due to the exceptional Duc Long. He was helpful, courteous, informative and knowledgeable, and made our stay there an experience we will never forget. He arranged a private boat tour to the Cai Rang floating market which was just amazing. We learnt so much about the Mekong, the culture and the history of the Vietnamese from him. I would highly recommend this exceptional place during your stay in the Mekong and the tour was the highlight of our holiday

Awesome trip to the floating market
We enjoyed the floating market tour with Mekong rustic and can absolutely recommend it. The boat driver and guide was very friendly and helpful. The boat is a traditional small one with just 6 seats. Our guide spoke very good English and gave us a lot of information. We saw floating market, a small canal and even a noodle fabric. Pick up was very early from our hotel but it's absolutely worth to get up early. If you think about doing floating market, you should decide for that guys.

Great Experience in Mekong Delta Floating Market
We had a tour arranged with Mekong Rustic Agency and they did a great job to bring out the best of it to us. Woke up at 5:30 to prepare for the morning glory but it was worth it! Food, drink and fruits include so you don't have to worry about the payment on the tour as well. The Guide was great and helpful. Definitely recommend!

      Couldn't be better than this
I booked the floating market tour. Definitely love it. Cody joined me. Love the professional work. I suggested to start at 5.30am to see the sun rise. Food on the tour was great. If you are looking for a short tour but still do the Delta justice, this is the one!

What an amazing tour in Mekong Delta
Away from the noisy Saigon, we got to Mekong Rustic and travel with our friend, Long. So nice to meet him and so nice that we booked a tour. It was very nice, morning breakfast on the boat, in the middle of the market, who would know? So so so good. And we couldn't ask for something better. Will be back here soon!

We booked for a half day tour include boat tour and bike tour. The boat tour was so famous so we don't need to say anything but awesome. The bike tour was us going to the coutryside, enjoyed the banana dishes and visited the countryside. Long, our guide, went the whole time with us. And we was so happy to have him. We tried so many foods, learned lots of things from him and from this city. Highly recommended!

Can Tho, the most charming city in Mekong Delta
We've been to Indonesia and THailand and visited the floating markets in those places. But none of them was as authentic as this Cai Rang floating market. As our guide, Long, this market is the real trade and wholesales market as always. We really enjoyed it. Wish to do it a little bit longer. But that's fine. We voted 5 stars!

Very unique experience. It was a bit tricky getting from Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Be but in the end it was worth it. We had a good time cycling around the area and the fishing part was really funny.
