We'd recently enjoyed the whitewater rafting with Wildman and were looking forward to our first ever ziplining experience. It didn't disappoint. They were nice enough to let us reschedule one day later because of the threat of rain and lightning. The weather today was chilly but dry. We were the only ones today, so we got 100% of the time with our guides, Jet and Paris. Both were very knowledgeable, aware of our lack of experience, and gave us excellent coaching and tested our ability to apply it, to make sure we were ready. The gear is top notch, quite sturdy and with extra secure backups. The guides clipped us in at each of the five towers and we sped off, banzai! I got good GoPro video as well. I'm very pleased with Wildman and highly recommend them for both activities. We have now gained experience and confidence, thanks to their system and guides, all of whom love their jobs.

It was my 58th birthday today and my husband and I decided to do zip lining. Phil and Paddles were the best guides ever. The owner was very nice too explaining to us what occurs with zip lining, safety equipment used, etc. It was a very positive experience. I loved it so much. The guides were totally fun and had each one of us engaged. I was nervous of each landing but Phil and Paddles were so supportive and encouraging. I am definitely telling my friends about our positive and wonderful experience we had here today!!!

Our group had an awesome time rock climbing with James and Mox and the two guides really made the trip with their upbeat and fun attitude. Bonus of this is that you get to do a very light hike / walk through the beautiful forest preserve to get the climbing location.

Very well run and efficient company. Our guide Mason was knowledgeable, sharing lots of cool history and geography facts during our floating moments, skillful, and a lot of fun. The fact that you get to do the best rapids (Class3-4) twice is a huge bonus, as the others are relatively minor though still fun. The hike back to your second boat after big rapids is beautiful and full of perfect viewing areas to watch other boats navigate the rapids. Bald eagles circling. Gorgeous scenery. It was over too soon, but you take what nature gives, and it gave us a lot of exhilarating fun. I was a rookie, and felt like I could handle it...takes a bit of coordination, but even a beginner or athletic kid could do this!

Friendly staff, beautiful view, clean cabin, and had a blast doing the activities. Our activity instructor, Mox (i believe thats how you spell her mame) was AMAZING! She was so much fun and super patient with our group. Definitely will book a trip again and stay longer. Coffee maker and toaster did not work. Overall experience rating from my group was 5 stars.

I have never been white water rafting before and this trip exceeded all my expectations! Mason was our guide and not only was he knowledgeable of the river but he made sure we were all safe and having an awesome time. This operation is very well run and the whole afternoon when very smoothly. The best part is that you get to do the Class 4 rapids twice!! The 2nd time through my sister and I sat in the front of the raft and it was a whole new experience! Go Pros are welcomed and the professional pictures were excellent! Will definitely be planning another trip with more family members!

I was super impressed with this rafting tour. They let me borrow a special clip so I could use my GoPro. Check in was really easy and transport to the launch point was seamless. I appreciated that you were allowed to get out of the raft and swim in the river. I enjoyed hiking on the islands to get a different viewpoint of the rapids and see other rafts go down. Being able to do the big rapids twice was a major bonus! Our guide was funny, energetic and knowledgeable about the river. Highly recommend!

Our rafting experience was a wild adventure, great workout with incredible natural beauty surrounding us. Our guides could not have been any more amazing! They were incredibly charming, knowledgeable and obviously experienced. The two made our trip what it was. If you have the chance, go on the Pishtoga River tube trip!

Sierra and Mos were the best guides ever. They made everyone feel welcome and safe. They also made the adventure extremely fun, with facts, knowledge and jokes. I highly recommend the zip line trip. We had a 9 year old along and it was so fun and safe for them. We are going back and will also take the rafting adventure. Fantastic Company 10 thumbs up!!

We had a great time at Wildman. My daughter (17) brought a friend and they had a blast (as did I and my wife. All activities come with 1 or 2 guides. You safety and enjoyment is their primary concern.We did the following activities: 1. ZipLine (Menomonee Location) - A normal zipline that was fun for all. The guides were great. 2. Paintball (Menomonee Location) - We got to enjoy our battle wounds for a few days. You will likely get a few bruises. But hey, this is paintball. 3. Rafting (Menomonee Location) - We did the 8-person raft (plus a guide). There are 2 ok rapids and then there is THE 2 PIERS GORGE. This is a long run (90 secs or so) of awesome category 4 rapids. It is so good, you tether an extra raft when you begin the trip and drop off prior to the GORGE run. Then a light 10-15 mike back to run it again. This run makes the trip very worth your wild. 4. Rafting - WILD Ride) (Menomonee Location) - We did the same run as about but this time in a smaller 4-person boat (plus guide). It definitely made the GORGE run awesome. We all got tossed on the second run...WILD! 5. Kayak (Peshtigo Location) - This was a quite trip on a lake where we enjoyed the weather and wild life. Kayak time as maybe 90 minutes (maybe more). 6. Alpine Tower (Peshtigo Location). This girls loved this. It is pretty extreme climping followed by a large swing. We stayed at the Cub cabin (Menomonee Location), which was perfectly fine for the cost. It had A/C, a full kitchen and an outside (charcoal) grill. There was also a grate that could be used over the fire pit (which we used quite a bit). The cabin is walkable to/from the Menomonee activity center (where all Menomonee events start).

I gifted my boyfriend with the experience of zip lining and white water rafting. It was very easy to book, especially just a few days in advance. The ziplining was very fun, and my boyfriend said is was very fun (he has been zipping in mexico). The whitewater rafting was definatly our favorite. We were surprised by how much we loved it. The guides were great and make you feel very comfortable and excited. It was unreal going through the Rapids. It is something we will always remember and white water rafting is now an activity we will pursue! Highly recommend wildman adventures. The prices were also reasonable and I felt like I got every dollars worth:)

We had a group of 12 people. The campground at the Pestigo River Outpost was wonderfully situated along the river. It was quite and comfortable. The rafting, the Menominee was a lot of fun, big rapids that you get to ride through more than once. THE PESTIGO: wow is this trip underrated! Sure it’s only class 2 and 3. But when was the last time you guided a boat through the rapids yourself without a guide. They should offer a full day option for this one. Run it once in the morning. Meet for a picnic lunch in their gorgeous pavilion to revel in the run and plan out what you are going to different on the afternoon run. I’ll be back, I’ll definitely be back.

Great staff, had a wonderful time, highly recommend the rafting trip . we will be back to try the zip line and do more rafting.
