This rating deals specifically with accessible parking. My wife cannot walk stairs without great difficulty, but we were not allowed to access Red Lots C and D, being sent to Red Lot N, with the assurance that there would be a golf cart to take us up to the stadium, a promise that rang hollow because they can't get carts up and down when everyone is entering the lots. After waiting almost 30 minutes and doing the math, my wife decided she would try the stairs because we didn't want to miss the pre-game activities and the start of the game. It was an arduous journey for someone who would be undergoing her second knee replacement two days later. Then, after the game, we were told that the wait would be an hour or longer to get a cart back down, we trudged back down. We come to Royals games without issue, but the Chiefs obviously screwed the pooch on this one. On top of that, they allow people who have no problems walking (like the Swiss Family Robinson in my photo) to ride while people in wheelchairs, walkers, and with canes have to wait for who knows how long.
