About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Danielle T0 contributionsIf you like to fish book this trip! This was an AMAZING day, worth every penny. Isaac was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and patient while myself and two teens who had never fly fished. Isaac was at giving direction and knows a ton about fly fishing and the animals in the park. Recommend the dry fly fishing. Hooked a HUGE 24” brown trout, which is unheard of, and of course I broke the line. Nice gear, great fishing hole.Written 8 August 2024
- tods8870 contributionsAmazing time on the lower loopWhat an amazing day with Jack! Saw tons of wildlife along with all the tops spots around the lower loop. We never would have seen half of that without Jack showing us around. On top of that, Jack is a walking encyclopedia. Learned so much from him today. Kids had a great time. Core memories made. Can’t wait to do it againWritten 26 May 2024
- DAPHNE G0 contributionsLower loop with Jackson!Awesome trip Jackson was great! Very knowledgeable! Beautiful scenery! Great wildlife viewing opportunities! Jackson was very accommodating and patient!Written 16 May 2024
- F3087UOjohno0 contributionsOutstanding tour of Yellowstone Lower LoopThis was an outstanding tour and we were fortunate to have our guide Jackson all to ourselves so it truly was a VIP tour. Jackson was an outstanding guide and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him, his knowledge of the park, the ecosystem and the animals was second to none and his passion for what he did was plain to see. We couldn't have wished for a better guide for the day, brilliant, thank you Jackson.Written 27 September 2023
- coric2020 contributionsGo to Thrifty, avoid Dollar!Thrifty car rental was amazing. Dollar car rental was a disaster. My plane was less than one hour late. Dollar cancelled my reservation and claimed they didn’t have any cars. We went next door to Thrifty. Great people! Got us a car at the same deal. Thank you Thrifty!!Written 8 September 2023
- Amanda S0 contributionsGreat hikeBeautiful hike and we were lucky enough to see wolves and a black bear on the drive. Isaac was great guide and we had a fabulous day.Written 9 August 2023
- Road87820 contributionsGreat ExperienceWe had a wonderful time in Yellowstone. My son and I traveled in April to Bozeman, MT and experienced our first tour into Yellowstone. Our tour guides Tauni and Jack of the Casanova Guided Tours are awesome. It was an experience like no other and we learned so much. They know were all the best locations are for pictures and know where to spot wild life in it's natural habitat. l highly recommended this tour group, for the are very knowledgeable of the locations and was very flexible with picking up in our location. Great experienceWritten 4 May 2023

- CarolineErisman19550 contributionsJack Hansen is an excellent guide!Jack was an awesome guide. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and know how to organize our tour based on the weather. He maximized the time and enjoyment of our day in Yellowstone. He answered every question--no matter how silly--and he provided us with tidbits of information that we will never forget. Truly, he is remarkable on so many levels. It made our visit to Yellowstone meaningful and memorable. We are deeply grateful.Written 5 October 2022
- Garden_b_Traveller0 contributionsAwesome awesome awesome! It was the best tour ever! My guide Jackson had so much to tell about the park and their animals. Even though one part was not doable due to the flood, he showed me places on the park which were breath taking. We saw so many wildlife which was absolutely amazing and for me a bit of a surprise for this heat, thanks to the very early start (and of course Jackson knowing just the right places). It was always safety first, for the wildlife and us, which I was very greatfull for (even drove away when sensing a Buffalo did not like us being there). It just showed how much care the company has for the wildlife, which is absolutely great! If I come back to Yellowstone again, I will defenetly book with this company again! Thank you Jackson for an unforgettable experience!Written 27 July 2022
- gregv1900 contributionsBest off of our tripTauni was our tour guide as well as the owner of the company. This was the best part of our trip. She met us early in the morning at a local hotel near the entrance to the park. Her vehicle was full of coffee oatmeal pastries snacks and spotting scopes. All four of us had our own set of binoculars provided to look through. As we entered the park she gave us details of its history and topography. During our visit we saw a wolf from several hundred yards out fighting over a carcass with a coyote and a couple of mean birds. We never would’ve even seen this without her spotting scopes and her expertise and pointing it out. Later in the day we saw another pack of wolves up on a ridge, again we would not have seen them had we not been on her tour. For us the highlight was seeing a grizzly bear from just a few dozen yards on the side of the road digging up grubs and worms. We had lunch at Old Faithful which was a combination of premade sandwiches and freshly cut vegetables, and excellent snacks and drinks. Although the animals were the highlight of our tour, her knowledge of where to get good pictures of the local topography was also excellent. For example, when we went to Old Faithful dozens of people were standing basically in the same spot. She guided us around the bend where we had a vantage point all to ourselves. During the entire day she took video and photographs which she shared with us at the end of the day. All in all it was a great value and the best part of our trip. Our day with Tauni was so good we decided not to go back into Yellowstone for a second day as we knew it could not top the first Of course, there is no guarantee what kind of animals you would see, as a lot of what happens in Yellowstone is luck, weather, and timing. But she set us up for success. If we had gone to the same spots at the same time, we would not have seen as much, or understood what we were looking at. Overall we got to see everything we wanted to, and it kept my two teenage boys off their phones! Well done and highly recommended. As a PS, at one point in our trip the boardwalk around one of the geothermal pools was very slippery. Instead of saying “be careful“ she grabbed my wife by the arm and made sure she was steady on her feet. This is above and beyond what would ever be expected.Written 25 April 2022
- tosh-the-og0 contributionsDon't miss out! There's no better way to see Yellowstone!!Thanks to Casanova Guided Tours and Tauni's expert guidance, we saw our first wild grizzly bear & wolves. It was such a memorable experience in Yellowstone, and Tauni is an incredible guide!! We wouldn't have known where to go or where to look without her expertise. She is extremely versed in the world of wolves, and can tell you pretty much anything you want to know about Yellowstone & the wildlife that lives there. If you're looking for a tour guide to see parts of the park most visitors miss, like some of its most notable species, then Casanova Guided Tours is who you want to book for your trip to Yellowstone. - Explore6564490 contributionsYou won't find another experience like this! This was the most amazing experience! We saw animals that we never thought we'd see in person! Tauni has a sixth sense to find things that no other guides can show you. She's personable and so great to be around. She has so much knowledge of the area and of the animals and their habits. It was educational and exhilarating. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity (and we can't wait to do it again!)Written 11 April 2022

Was awesome! Can’t recommend enough! Both tour guides were professional and thorough. Hit all the major sites on the first day and saw a ton of wildlife the second day. 8 grizzlies, grey wolf, fox, osprey, coyote, great horned owl. Bison, elk moose, mule deer, pronghorn sheep, mountain goat. If you want to see wildlife this is the way to go. Can’t wait to set up my next trip with them hopefully a fishing trip.
