It worths far less than One Star! The experience is horrible! First, the tips they asked for is a complete rip off. In their website, they suggest usd 60 for minister and usd 40 for limo driver. To be honest, it is just a suggestion and they even write optional, but when I arrived at the chapel the staff said it is a must, and cannot be less than this amount! And they were not doing a lot of work for me and not doing any great job! So we were forced to pay usd 100 tips! Second, the photographer is horrible! He was late, we all sat there waited for him. I recieved that pictures fours days after my wedding which they promised to send within 48 hours. All photos are horrible, very bad framing, almost got my husband forehead cut away. All photos are in bad angles and 8 pics are in my package but they are all in same angle, same expressions, just zoom in and zoom out. Literally I think they are all from the same picture, just tighter or wider. He is Completely NOT professional! Thousands of words are not enough for me to describe how horrible the photos are! I doubt is he really a photographer and he even asked us for usd 30 for tips, I ignored him. Maybe this is the reason I received horrible pics. Also on their website, they never told me that the pics included in the package are all ceremony pics (taken when we are doing the ceremony), I saw my back more than my face in these pics. Pictures horrible, service horrible, charges horrible! Plzzzzz avoid this chapel!!!!! It is a HUGE RIP Off!

I went to the chapel for a wedding and paid for the Gold Wedding Package, which was totally rushed. My wife did not even get to use the bridal room for last minute touch-ups, which was part of the package. Also never even had the candle ceremony that was part of the package. Did not receive the commemorative license holder. I paid the recommended tips and included extra, which I thought would cover the photographer, but it did not. He asked us for tips. The package only includes pictures and the video of the actual ceremony. The Photographer took pictures outside, which my wife liked better, so I had to pay $400 extra, but was actually charged $433 so I actually paid the taxes and fees for the ceremony twice. I had booked the ceremony through their website for 7:00 pm, but they called and changed it to 6:00 pm. When we arrived the chapel just rushed us, because the employees wanted to go home early. After the ceremony our limo driver was taking another couple back to their hotel, so we ended up getting another driver, but he had a suburban, which is not a luxury vehicle, and we had to tip him as well. My recommendation is to use another wedding chapel.

The following is my review, that I sent to them directly, allowing them time to make things right before posting publicly. They chose not to respond. I would like to express my extreme frustration with how our RENWAL went on Saturday. This was not something that was a $50 service, so the amount of things that the ball was dropped on is 100% unacceptable. Our driver, officiant, and photographer were good, with how ill prepared you left them. 1. The mountain air package was selected based on the pictures and items included. The pictures that you advertise were taken at Lee’s Canyon. I was not made aware that our location would be different than those shown on your site. Fletcher View looks NOTHING like Lees Canyon. I would have picked a different location had this been communicated. 2. We were supposed to have a LIMO service and I specifically called to ask how many additional people could ride with and was told 4 plus myself and husband, making that 6 total. We only had 4 total, however, the driver was not aware that there were other people. You called me the day before to confirm this and asked and you were aware of that. The vehicle sent was NOT a limo. Any clue how difficult it is to climb into the back of a suburban with a long formal dress and 4 inch heels? Or for a 6’4” man to squeeze in the back? Uncomfortable. And again- NOT as advertised. I also specifically asked you above what entrance and was told the main entrance. Turns out that wasn’t accurate either which caused us to have to rush through the entire hotel to the other side to be picked up. 3. There was supposed to be a 6” cake included? Never got that. 4. NO ONE, not the driver, not the photographer, and not the officiant were aware this was a renewal? I told you this no less than 3 times. Each one was prepared for a WEDDING not a renewal. The entire ceremony was a wedding service, not a renewal. The vows in a renewal are absolutely not the same as wedding vows. Ring exchange isn’t included in a renewal, as the officiant included in this because you didn’t properly communicate what this was. It was embarrassing, and doesn’t even feel like we renewed vows, negating the entire purpose of our trip. 5. I assume pictures will be delivered today? Your website indicates 48 hour return of photos. As of noon today we are 96 hours post event.

Just ok! Limo old but ok. Chapel was cute ! Pictures bad news. I received mine that was included with price. Low resolution can't make copies. They would sell me extras for 50.00 a piece or 299.00 for 12. Not good. But overall ok ! Staff just ok.

We head a excellent ceremony, our the photos included in our package era absolute POOR no directive from the photograph, some of the pictures worst then armature, the for or five photos are made outside the chapel are nice but cost was extra $400.00 gauging the Reverend cost was quoted to $ 60.00 but raised to $100,00 our next event will be in five year but 100% sure not in these chapel , and before I forgot her rose arrangement was partly recycled, we are DISAPPOINTED.

A trip to treasure. Well orgainsed, the pick up was perfect, the scenery truely beautiful, the service memorable and we have pictures of the day to remember! Thank you.

I was a little anxious after seeing some of the reviews on here but there was absolutely no need to be. Booking was simple and the chapel was very responsive on messenger, which was really helpful. All details were finalised before the day which meant that it was totally stress free. We were collected in a limo by a lovely driver. Our documents were prepared and signed and then we walked down the aisle to music we had chosen, said vows, exchanged rings and that was that! We had 7 photos included in our package from inside the ceremony which were nice and good quality and then we paid extra for one photo which was $75. All in all a great experience.

Everything was perfect to mémorise this unforgettable moment, , even the special music that I had requested , very beautiful bouquet of roses, wonderful Chapel. Only bad surprise after, was the price of the additional pictures, which were the most beautiful : 75 $ each …

My wedding was amazing. The way they handled it was superb; Although the limousine A/C broke while we were going to the chapel and had a flat tire on our way back, we enjoyed the overall experience and me and my wife always go back to that memory. They compensated with complimentary photos. They gave us ALL the phots for free instead of paying over 500 dollars for the photos: well as a man I’ll choose free photos over A/C. Although my wife makeup almost washed away in the crazy heat of Las Vegas, the replacement LIMO was clean and fresh.

Of all the wedding chapel experiences and venues make sure you AVOID AVOID AVOID “A Special Memory Wedding Chapel!” This place is a HUGE RIP OFF! There are hidden costs and this bogus operation won’t tell you about the 100% Rip Off for your “Included Wedding Photos” of your ceremony - which are absolutely horrifying! The Photographer went out of her way to make sure they were awkward and terrible so that you’d have to pay either $75 for a proof that isn’t mediocre or persuade you to buy all the proofs for $400! All of which you have to pay extra to download on another app that costs you even more money! Completely unprofessional and uncaring which ISNT HOW YOU PREFER TO REMEMBER THIS EXPERIENCE! WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!!’ I wish there were a lower rating to describe my disgust an utter disgrace I feel about “The Special BAD MEMORY” this company provided for us! SHAME ON YOU!!! The wedding was beautiful. The limousine driver was excellent and helped assist my disabled family member getting into and out of the car. Staff was excellent but the minister could have been more personable. Overall a great experience.

We were very pleased with the way the whole event went. From the pickup by the limousine to the chapel, to the receptionist, photographer and the minister. Everyone was so very friendly and helped make the event one to remember.

You’re in Vegas and you are going to get married. This is a very nice wedding package. You get picked up in a limo, you get married in a nice chapel, they have a professional photographer, they file your paperwork in a timely manner. You can buy all the photos they take for a reasonable amount and you get the photos electrically that day. It’s simple and all they do all the work.

Excellent service from pick up from hotel to service and back again, also because the weather wasn’t that great on the day they let us use the chapel instead of driveway.🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
