Beautiful horses well taken care of, a hood team of wranglers who do take the time to introduce people to how to ride and how to maneuver the horses (in each group there is always a number of first time riders). View is beautiful, the ride has a good length. Could offer 1-2 bottles of water free though but I wish I could have been able to do the sunset ride with BBq. next time I'll make sure to do it. The ride in the area of red rock.

The driver is not very friendly nor welcoming but he drives safely.

Answering the questions below I just can't say. Not seeing nor noticing it doesn't mean it was not available.

I had the pleasure of going on a two hour trail ride through the Red Rock Canyons. The views were breathtaking and the horses and mules were very well behaved. The horses and mules looked to be in good health and well taken care of. I rode Slim Jim (a mule) and he knew his job. The horses and mules kept everyone in line and whether you had horseback riding experience or not, you felt safe. Our guide was Holly and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even gave us some fun facts about Red Rock Canyon which were much appreciated. At the top of the canyon Holly got off her horse, positioned us perfectly and took great pictures of us with the Red Rocks in the background. She was always very attentive which made us all feel very safe. There are areas during the ride that you go up and down hills but Holly made sure to give instructions on how to have your horse go up and down. Again, these horses and mules know their job so little effort is needed by the rider. In my opinion, from a person scared of heights, the trails are wide enough that you don’t feel uncomfortable when you’re at the top of the canyon. It’s also notable that they have a full bathroom which is sometimes hard to come by on a farm or ranch. I would definitely book this excursion again and highly recommend it to friends and family!

This was the best trail riding that I have ever experienced on vacation. From the views on the ride, variety in the trail and expertise of the wranglers—it was a great first trail ride for my 7yo Gabriella. The wranglers did a great job matching the horse with their rider. Along the way we stopped for a picture opportunity and the wranglers helped out, so for anyone not comfortable with riding while taking their own pics the experience wasn’t lost. The price of the ride was low for what was included abd we will be back when we return to Vegas. Thank you to all for such a great time!! Tell Cody and Lady we said Hello!

I enjoyed the horses and the beautiful canyon scenery. "Wranglers"- Koa, and Kelly were very knowledgeable, attentive & friendly. We received very little in the way of information about the canyon, ride, etc. from the other wranglers. Their focus was mostly on keeping the line of horses and mules moving. The ride experience was at best, average. It is quite possible the experience was tainted by several things:
1. Website states the noon ride can be conducted from mid-morning to mid-afternoon and can be flexible on time. I called to take them up on this assertion only to be told that the ride can only be done at noon.
2. Spent time and filled out online waiver forms only to be told to fill them out again with pen/paper when I arrived. We had (6) in our group, so this was a total hassle.
3. Older (grumpy/snarkey attitude) female wrangler told the group to go to the restroom prior to the safety brief. Less than 2 minutes later she told the group to gather for the safety brief. My wife was being fitted for a helmet and did not hear her announcement to gather and proceeded to the bathroom. This wrangler the made a rude comment to me about my wife leaving to the bathroom (not knowing I was her husband). I informed her I was the husband, and she quickly apologized saying it was because she wanted to get the briefing done. My opinion is that you should probably not be talking "smack" about your customers regardless of the situation.
4. Signage sucks. pulled up and parked in the lower parking lot and proceeded to walk to the first set of horse corals only to find out we needed to drive to the top plateau. Again, a freaking hassle.

It was an amazing experience! We were given excellent instruction, the horses were so easy to work with, the wranglers were very knowledgeable and patient with the entire large group. We were led by Allie (sp?) and she shared alot of information about the area and the horses personalities (she knew each one). We are already planning the sunset ride on our next trip to Vegas! My family was a mix of riders with quite a bit of experience to ones that hadn't ridden in years or never ridden. All of us felt very comfortable with our mounts and trusted the wranglers. If in Vegas you have to do this trip!

It was great experience. It was a little more exerting than we expected as there a number of spots on the trail we rode that were pretty steep. The ride itself was about 2 hours. At the top we were at 5000 ft elevation (not sure what elevation we started from). 3 nice young lady wranglers were our guides. There were about 20 people in our group and they were a good group of young and old. The horses are pretty much on auto pilot following the one in front of them. At times you did have to rein them a little to the left or right or pull back to have them stop but overall they responded well. I rode a large mule “Patches” and he was great. Beautiful views.

A wonderful experience. The wranglers were so knowledgeable and friendly. I learned alot about the landscape and history from Jaynelle. The horses and mules were so beautiful, friendly and sure-footed. And the scenery was fantastic, actually awe inspiring. Pictures do not do it justice. The wranglers just loved their animals so much, it showed. And none of the horses or mules really tried to eat grass or pulled like they do on so many trail rides I have been on. I highly recommend the funny, wonderful mules. You know you will never fall or trip with them. We saw lots of wildlife too. Also the lady who picked us up with the bus was extremely friendly. I wish I could do this every week.

Despite it being a (rare) windy and cold day, we had a great ride. The horses and mules appear well cared for. There were 4 guides for about 16 riders and they kept a watchful eye on everyone - including the animals. Would definitely do it again.

This was a highlight of our trip! The setting was beautiful located in Red Rock Canyon. We did the morning rim ride and highly recommend this. It was a short ride from the Vegas strip with pick up included. They ask your weight when you book and pick out a horse for you before you get there. The wranglers are humorous and very helpful. The ride lasted 2-2.5 hours in the very scenic area. There is a restroom here and they provide bottled water. They stop at one point and take pictures of you and your companions on the horses. We climbed up and down the trails at a gentle pace. Very fun. We highly recommend this trail ride!!

Perfect time of year for a ride. We were in a small group of 6 with 3 guides and the tour lasted a full 2 hours. The horses and mules were gentle and appeared well cared for. The guides were friendly and alert to situations on the trail. We enjoyed our ride because it was scenic and just the right length.
