Great way to get around Vegas. Vanessa was super helpful in making my decision to use this service. The bus stops at all the key locations and has a guided tour with headphones that they give you for free. Thanks

      Too Infrequent, Got Stranded :-(
Seemed like an OK option to see more of Vegas than just the Strip, but runtimes are very limited (only once per hour), and end really early, at about 4pm. Their app really doesn't do much to help you figure out when the next bus is coming so you can be sure to get back to the stop. We ended up getting stranded by the very early last bus and having to walk back. We also didn't really get to do much of the 'tour' part because we missed the return busses. Could run more often and be better organized, as is it doesn't really feel worth the price...

Get Alvina as your bus driver! We loved her!
A great way to see all the hotels on the strip. Loved the audio commentary. We had 3 different drivers but our favourite was Alvina. She was so cheerful and polite and made the trip fun for us.

      Great Tours
We really enjoyed our tour of the night lights and Neon Boneyard. Our guide Ruben was knowledgeable about Vegas and pointed out some restaurants to try. We met at Treasure Island and left at time stated. Tour lasted about 3 hours as stated. Neon Museum is worth seeing and we had 45 mins here which was plenty of time. Stopping at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign was a nice bonus. A fun tour in a double decker bus.

I traveled with the company Las Vegas en Tu Idioma and we chose the night tour called: The Seven Wonders. The pickup was on time at the agreed location. The vehicle facilities do not allow everyone to be with their travel companions since space is limited.
Our guide is named José Díaz, who kept the group very interested in his explanations about the history behind each place visited. He is a very educated and pleasant young man and met all the expectations of the tour.
However, we had an accident that made us feel quite uncomfortable during the tour since the purchased tour included transportation to and from the hotel. We stayed approximately 25 minutes from the Stip hotel zone, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. We decided that it would be convenient for us and the company to pick us up at the agreed time (7:30pm) on the Strip and the company told us that it could be at the Paris Hotel. We were there on time and they picked us up without delay. However, when speaking with the guide about the return, he refused to take us to our hotel, claiming that it was far away. That would leave us in the center at the time the tour ended, after midnight (1am). That worried us a lot since it did not comply with the written agreement. During the tour we had to contact the company to notify the disagreement, which took away our enjoyment. We did not feel well treated by the guide from that moment on.
Fortunately, the company resolved it internally and complied 100% with the agreed commitment. We were the last to be taken to our hotel and the guide took advantage of that time to WARN US. He was upset and used language that in our opinion is irreverent, simply for having contacted the company to enforce the paid agreement. It was a very awkward moment, which took a lot away from the fun we had during the tour.
The tour was excellent, but what happened was very unfortunate.
Even so, we recommend the company Las Vegas en Tu Idioma because they were accessible and acted with immediacy and empathy and fulfilled their commitment 100%. We hope it was an isolated event.
Regarding the guide, I think they should guide him so that he fulfills all the commitments agreed with the company and is more empathetic towards his clients. His treatment made us feel very uncomfortable.

My mom and I took the late night Adults Only Bus Tour, and absolutely loved it!! Bruce and Tiara were an amazing guide/driver duo. We had a small group and it felt like I was just sitting talking to a friend on the bus. The jokes were flying, the history was being learned, and the driving was phenomenal (my mom took awesome photos as well). They both get a five star review in my book!!!

What brought my review to a 3.5 was the stop at the welcome to Las Vegas sign not happening (we did drive by it) but the website advertises a 30 minute stop to take photos at the sign which is the reason why I booked this tour.

Bruce and Tiara made the tour something I wanted to stay on and have fun and are the reason why I enjoyed the tour despite not visiting the Las Vegas sign. Give both of them a raise!!!! Fix the website description and/or let guests know in advance the visit to the sign will/wont happen (cough cough like due to cold weather cough cough). Shoutout to Bruce and Tiara for being the best guide/driver a girl could wish for!!!!!

The bus tour was nice but the tour guide was not very knowledgeable. We booked the late night tour which started at 10:15 pm and he started by telling us how tired he was and yarning in the microphone constantly. The late night tour was for ages 21+ but the tour guide mentioned he was only 19. I’d recommend the tour but don’t spend extra money on the late night tour, it was a waste of money.

I should've listened to the review that said to avoid this tour in the winter months. It was very cold. We couldn't truly enjoy the trip. My recommendations is to limit the tour seats to just inside the bus in the colder months. Even with jackets, it was freezing. The tour itself was okay, the audio for the tour didn't always line up with what we were passing by. Wish they actually had a person to give us the information.

I would save the money and drive down the strip myself, grab a bite to eat and drink. The tour was worth $40 for 2 people, tops.

Reservations can be made directly behind the Ferris wheel of the Linq hotel, no need to book in advance on sites and pay more! The price is already quite expensive and is $55/person payable only by credit card (no cash).
We arrived at 6:15 p.m. this Thursday, November 2, the bus was supposed to leave at 6:30 p.m., it arrived at 7 p.m.! No stops, bus is open top in monster traffic and immense pollution, the evenings are cool in November. No live explanations, only headphones. The bus goes back and forth from the strip to the illuminated Las Vegas sign. Then, head to Downtown where it leaves you for 1 hour. We had an appointment at 9:30 a.m., the bus left at 9:28 a.m. without us, the driver (unfriendly as can be) didn't wait and didn't even count the number of passengers! Not a good experience for us.

We were disappointed by the prerecorded audio for the tour instead of a live tour guide. The only staff member on the bus was the bus driver (who was very kind) but it definitely seemed to be a cost cutting endeavor by this business. The audio was basically a long advertisement for casinos on the strip rather than historical and current information. The tour was incredibly hot, 110+ degrees even in the evening and no water was provided of any kind. We were not warned ahead of time of the weather, and perhaps they should have cancelled the tour due to extreme weather. Once we got to downtown and we could get off the bus to see Fremont street, most of the passengers took Ubers and did not return to the tour. It was an unbearable heat. I would not recommend this tour.

Enjoyed so much we did the Day and Night tour - only had one issue.

We have used the Hop on Hop off buses all over the world, as they are a good way to get around the city and get your bearings and you can hop off and hop back on using it as transport , I suggest you get at least a two day pass.

We arrived in Vegas and it was hot and exciting!
We purchased tickets from our hotel and had to exchange for a printed ticket on the bus, however the drivers machine wasn't working, no problem see the seller at the next stop.
The drivers and street ticket sellers were certainly very friendly and helpful allowing my husband extra time to get on and off due to a bad knee.

The city sites were great to see during the day but its quite hot on the top deck under the hot sun so take a hat and sunglasses. I thought it would have a 10 minute stop at the 'Vegas' sign for a photo opportunity as they do in some countries, you need to get off.
We had such a great experience that we decided to do the Night Tour later the same night.

With the anticipation of viewing the strip lit up with lights, we joined the line ready to board, this is were for the first time ever we were disappointed!

The guy with the long pony tail hair who was counting the people on board which was full. We asked to go on the next bus which was lined up behind to allow my husband a seat close to the top of the stairs.
This person told us to get out of the line, actually, if we didn't get on NOW we would have to go to the end of the very long line or get on and sit downstairs which was too hot to sit in that sort of heat - no one was sitting downstairs!

We waited as he proceeded to let other people on the bus before us, eventually other people in the line told him to let us on, which we just walked on.

To our joy it was the same bus driver from the day trip who recognized us and we soon forgot about our uncomfortable start to the trip but wish to bring to Big Bus's attention.
We enjoyed the strips night trip with all the bright lights, which is longer than the day route and goes down to 'Old Vegas' and the surprise 1hr drop off at the Gold Nugget resort casino which was amazing!

The tour itself allows me to have an overview of the city.
But I think that on rainy days like yesterday this tour should be rescheduled because the visibility was very poor from inside the bus and we couldn’t be on top because of the rain.
    I couldn’t take any pictures.

Do not worth $40 for night tour.. They just give a round trip of 1.5 hour on the top of bus with only 10 minute break at Fremont street which is logic less. Deuce bus is $8 per day with hope on hope off all day and night .. Dont waste money in bigbus night tour.. bus top view is not worth because there are a lot of walking bridges in vegas which gives far better views

When we go to an unfamiliar city for a vacation, we often go on a guided tour at the beginning of our trip. We did so with the Big Bus in Vegas. The bus was on time but left the ticket holders standing outside for at least 15 minutes while the very first customer was having a discussion with the driver.
After we were finally seated, the tour guide announced that he was in need of two additional surgeries and he was just let go. He explained that the Big Bus decided to automate their tour narration in upcoming weeks.
We picked the 10:15 pm tour to see the hustle and bustle of Vegas and the sights were great!
The narration wasn’t as good. The guide sat halfway back on the open topped second story bus.
His narration was disjointed and incomplete. From behind half of the people on the tour he would say such and such was over here but they blew it up for a new building. Often times he wouldn’t say if the site was on the right or left or he would give a nugget about a sight 3-4 blocks away leaving us guessing. Lastly, his narrative rarely included anything more than the names of the buildings. It was very frustrating . We paid a decent amount for a tour I can’t recommend.
