He’s also very cautious and strict about safety compliance. But he definitely lets you tear up the off road once he knows you’re good and comfortable. I was pretty anxious about riding an ATV in the Mojave Desert, but our guide, former Marine Kenny, made the experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. He was such a patient teacher, giving me the extra instruction I needed to build confidence quickly. I started off slow, but within minutes, I felt comfortable and was able to fully enjoy the ride!
The scenery was absolutely stunning, and to make the adventure even better, Kenny went above and beyond—after hearing we were interested in seeing the Hoover Dam, he made a special stop so we could take it all in.
This was an unforgettable adventure, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling and well-guided ATV experience!

I had an unbelievable experience on the half-day Mojave Desert ATV tour with Keith as our guide. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we had a safe and thrilling adventure. The tour was well-organized, and the breathtaking desert landscapes were a perfect backdrop for the ride. Whether you're an experienced rider or new to ATVs, this is an exhilarating and well-run tour that I highly recommend. I didn’t like that the company moved the time of my trip from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. I also didn’t like that we waited almost 40 minutes for two more people to join our group, but our quite Keith did everything so well that I still give a five-star review.

Great tour through the dessert close to a native Indian reservation. The tour starts easy and becomes more advanced later on. The tour guide shares great information about the area during the trip. February is a good month for this tour since the climate feels comfortable.

This was a great experience in all aspects! Our guide Keith was excellent 👌 He made us feel safe and walked us through everything ahead of time; he also shared relevant information about the area and main sites as we drove by. Both him and his assistant were very friendly and focused. I recommend the experience 🤩

Great experience the ATV trail ride through the Mojave Dessert was fun. It was a great start to my birthday. I will definitely do it again. Drew was our tour guide. If you should choose this tour when you come to Vegas I recommend you ask for him he made it very fun and knows a lot about the area. On the way out and coming back we got great views of the Hoover dam and Lake Mead. I would definitely recommend you do this tour if your looking for a thrill and a. Adventure.

Pros: Professional guide who knew the desert and was cautious, making sure we were all very safe and knew how to handle the ATVs.
Cons: Plan for more than the 4 hour time frame the website gives. We were supposed to be on the 10 am tour, they advised us that there wasn't room in that tour and we were moved to 12 pm. Another couple was also told this however, we both suspect that they didn't want to only take 5 people out on a 10 am tour so moved everyone to a 12 pm one. Where you meet on the strip is at the very end so plan to walk or uber/cab it accordingly. It does take at least half an hour (or more) to sign forms and get everyone organized and then it's an hour drive over the Arizona state line to the actual spot. You are limited in your tour by the least experienced ATV rider so ours went quite slow. We didn't get back to the meeting point on the strip until after 5 pm and had to quickly hike back to the other side of the strip for a show at 7 pm. You will want to shower after this ride, it's dusty. Overall, it was fun but I would have preferred more transparency from the operators in shifting our scheduled time and how much time to truly expect for the entire tour, including driving time in rush hour traffic.

We paid $150 a person and drove 1 hour to ride 1mph in a single file line through a dirt back road with no views of anything worth taking a photo of. This would be fun if I was 8 years old but as an adult this is a waste of money. I seriously don't know how their justifying charging for this "experience"

Keith was exceptional, his history of the city and the surrounding area on our ride out to our ATV tour, made for a great experience. To top it off the ATV tour was awesome & highly recommend it to a bigger group looking to have some fun off the strip!

Dustin was awesome!!! Extremely patient. Very informative and we had a blast. I recommend wearing long pants because the exhaust pipe is by hot and blows out steam. Keep up with the group. It’s very very hot!!! I also recommend wearing long sleeves. You get very dirty from the dust. Avoid if you have asthma as well. I really enjoyed my time! It was my first time and beginner friendly. NATE was rude and it came across very racist!!! It was a group of 12 African Americans, and my aunt needed help cranking the bike up and he said “just turn the $h!+ on”. I understand this job of hot and tiring but he was not friendly at all. I was asking about the homes a little far out but in Eye sight view and he bluntly ignored me. Dustin was great. The group required two people to escort through the desert. Definitely book if you want to see a scenic route and enjoy the heat.

We're bringing our 15 year old son to Vegas for his birthday.. How do we reserve for him? I see the age rangers from 6-99 and riders having to be 18+ so does that mean he'll just ride with either adult at no additional cost? If there is a cost for 15 y/o, how do I purchase that ticket? Thanks

He can’t r drive the ATV and they don’t allow passengers. however I think you could rent a UTV/Razor/Polaris which is a big off road car thing. It’s still open, sporty, and requires a helmet. Your son could ride shotgun with you. Idk about the ticket cost.

Yes, you can drive to the location but make sure to fuel up on gas and maybe bring a gas container just to be safe. It’s has a gas station but it’s the only one for many miles so make sure to plan accordingly and map out the area to know how far the destination is from you. Hope you enjoy if you go & make sure to take pictures!

Everyone met up at a large gas station store across from Mandalay Bay. The store had parking in the rear, and restrooms and snacks inside. I liked this, as it skips all the traffic, and wait times on pickups.
