    • When booking a private transfer from Las Vegas and surrounding area to Las Vegas Airport (LAS), you will have 10 minutes free wait time from the schedule pick-up time; additional wait time will be charged at 15 minutes increments. Once your transfer reservation is completed, you will be provided with a link (and a phone number should you prefer calling) allowing you to confirm the exact pick-up address and tell us the time you wish us to pick you up so we can get you to your flight on-time. Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, 5 passengers per SUV, or 6 passengers per Stretch Limousine. It's that easy!

        Drive was rude and unprofessional
        Drive arrived on time but was very rude and actually yelled at us at one point. He realized that we did not appreciate his behavior and tried to be nice and talk to us. He was upset at the sizes of our suitcases. He said we should have ordered a larger car, I sure would have, but there were no suitcase sizes on the website. I ordered a car that holds 3 people and e bags, there was no mention of size.. I had to pay an extra $10.00, that is not the issue, his behavior and rudeness is not acceptable.. sorry to mention but his personal hygiene was also a problem. .. we will not use this company again or recommend it.. we have been using the Yellow Taxis, way better option ..

        Avoid it!
        Booked a car to JFK on Thursday 5th for Friday 6th. Got a confirmation by mail. Waited for the car that never arrived… Had to call to cancel it… Really disappointed by a service that was, once upon a time, excellent.

        First time Carmel Car customers - will be a repeat
        I booked two rides with Carmel in NYC on November 21, 2024, including one from JFK. The communication from both the dispatch center and driver, to ensure we were meeting at the same point in JFK, was excellent. The drivers were both punctual, amiable, and drove immaculate, well-maintained vehicles. I had a very positive experience using Carmel, and would absolutely recommend booking NYC transportation through them. The cost is comparable to an Uber, but the cars and customer support are a notch above.

        Highly recommend
        Tyrone was so friendly, kind, and easy to work with. Our plane was 5 hours delayed and he still met us at 1 AM with a smile & great personality!

        Thrifty / Hertz OGG.......what a fuster cluck !
        OMG......never in the past 42 years of travel for my wife and i have i ever witnessed such incompetence. Ok, there were some reviews advising of long waits here, but with me being a BLUE CHIP and HERTZ GOLD member, advertising SKIP THE LINE, i felt confident there would be no issues, and i did use the "skip the line" option". i've never been so wrong in my life. there had to be at least 40-50 people all waiting for cars in an empty parking lot behind the rental office. there were NO cars and NO happy customers. the poor girl wearing the "get on the road faster" t-shirt should be getting paid triple whatever her current salary is. she constantly announced that vehicles are coming, and when i asked what the real answer was, she replied "thats better than telling everyone 2 hours or more". vehicles did come, but very very slowly one at a time still wet from being washed. there was no real line nor organization of any kind. i am very surprised there were no fist fights with customers jockeying for position. to top things off, i had THREE diffent prices on my quote all with the same reservation number. the lowest price was on my emailed confirmation, another higher price when i was verifying on their website, and yet another even higher price when i called to try to fix over the phone. oh yeah, their customer service line is somewhere overseas where english is not their primarly language, and to no surpise, they were UNABLE to correct my rental price even after i emailed them my copy. all i can say is, good luck here. hope your Maui vacation time isn't too valuable

        Everything went smoothly. From JFK to Manhattan. Pickup location arranged via a quick call after luggage collection.. The kindest driver!

        Don't use
        Used Carmel Car and Limo Service for our Oct. 6 cruise out of Manhattan. On Oct. 5 we landed at LaGuardia airport and called Carmel around 11:30am and told them we got our bags. They told us where to wait and they would get there as soon as they could, look for a sprinter van #249. We called them at 1:00pm and told them we were still waiting and they asked if we were sure we were at airport cuz driver said he picked us up. Now we don't know where we are? They will send him right over for us. He shows up at about 2:30pm in a sprinter van #251 and says someone with same name as my sons and going to same hotel as us got in last time he was at airport. Now he doesn't know about road closures and he had to keep looking at GPS for a hotel that he was supposedly just at. Would have cancelled and took a couple of Ubers but we had to prepay. Now customer service won't call back. Save some headaches and don't use them.

        This was easy to book and there was lots of contact with the company. Driver was punctual and efficient. Would book this transfer again.

        Perfect performance a dozen times
        Have used them a dozen times, mostly to go from Manhattan to a cemetery in Queens and return. Always punctual, reliable, clean up-to-date comfortable vehicle, professional friendly driver...never varies. The price seems fair to me - the key issue for me is reliability.

        DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!! TRUST ME: Dishonest, poor quality, and beyond rude
        DO NOT USE CARMEL CAR & LIMO SERVICE!!! I made the grave mistake of thinking that a company with a slew of 1-star reviews couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. I would rate this service 0 stars if I could. I specifically called ahead to confirm that the limo would have two things that were really important to me: champagne glasses and an aux cord. These actually mattered to me quite a lot (I had just proposed to my girlfriend, and this was part of the follow-up plan), and I was assured by the representative that the car had both. This assurance was the ONLY reason I chose Carmel over other options. It ended up that the car had neither. I was really upset by this, and I ended up deciding to request a partial refund (30%). Again, I only chose Carmel in the first place because of the false information I was given. When I requested a partial refund due to the blatant false advertising, their customer service was an absolute nightmare. The representative was not only unhelpful but outright rude. I was told that my complaint would be reviewed and I'd hear back in a week. A week and a half later, I had received nothing. I called again, and the representative apologized for the delay but promised I'd hear back within days. Two weeks later, still nothing. On my third call, the representative was once again extremely rude and dismissive, even hanging up on me when I pressed the issue. When I finally managed to speak to someone who could address my concerns, she was just as rude and unaccommodating. The best they offered was a pathetic $15 refund on a $300+ trip, and she outright refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Save yourself -- this company is dishonest, poor quality, and rude.

        They did not show! Waited and waited. Finally went to the taxi line, which I would have done in the first place. Aargh. Late with teens. Sucks.

        Non English speaking driver
        I booked a limo from JFK to home in Manhattan. The driver didn't speak a word of English. The only way to communicate was speaking English into his phone which then translated it into Chinese. Had to go through the procedure all the way home. In an emergency I shutter to think what would have happened. I tried to complain to Carmel and they told me that they are legally able to employ non English speaking drivers and there was nothing they could do about it.

      After contacting this operation the day before to confirm was given a confirmation on pickup from the Las Vegas airport. I received a text with the driver number before we land. After getting luggage and going to the designated area, I called the driver who was supposed to pick us up and he informed me that his company told him to go home, so the driver was not even on duty. I called the office and was informed that they cancelled the ressie, mind you I had just confirmed the day of and before. They did not bother to let me know that the reservation was cancelled. The lady on the phone also said that they could not send anyone out because the SUV was down, really!! Thankfully there was a car service ( a very nice Tesla) that was ready to take us to our hotel. I should have followed my gut and taken heed to the reviews, but hey, you live and learn.
