Highly recommend this company for your transportation needs! I booked with Kelsey in the office, and she was so helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions about the trip. I took my grandkids to NYC for the first time and wanted it to be a special trip. Alex was a driver, and he was professional and met us as soon as we had gotten our luggage. Our flight was over an hour late. When I let him know he said not to worry that he would be there for us. Awesome experience all around.

This tour was absolutely enchanting! Dyker Heights' decorations are a must-see, and cruising through Manhattan in a limo added a touch of luxury. The timing and route were well-planned, giving us plenty of time for photos and soaking in the festive vibes. A great way to celebrate the season in NYC! + we got complimentary champagne and a free mini-bar.

Our Christmas tour was very delightful. The Limo was beautiful. We had champagne ready for us, fully stocked bar with water and soda inside the limo. Andy, the driver was so amazing so understanding! The ride was super smooth and we enjoyed the scenery from the windows. We went to Dyker Height, it such a beautiful neighborhood - fully decorated. We took so many pictures. On the way back to the hotel we had cruised around the city to see famous holiday spots. All was just perfect and absolutely memorable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They completely ruined our night. We booked the 4 hr Christmas tour and I explained prior that we would give them the stops we would like. We did not want the pre planned tour, they said "no problem". I called them two weeks prior to tell them that we had changed our pickup location as we switched hotels and again, "no problem". The day of our tour they texted me the wrong pickup location. The driver showed up over 20 min late. I also told them we'd be getting pizza and them was told the day of that no food was allowed, so if you're trying to recreate home alone with your kids look elsewhere. The largest issue of all is that the driver DID NOT KNOW NEW YORK CITY!!! The broken English speaking driver did not know where anything was! We told him exactly what we told the person I booked with that we'd like to go to little italy, the wall street tree, etc... he had zero clue. He had my husband look up and give him and exact address of each stop. What sort of company charges you over $900 and sends a driver that doesn't know the city! or have access to search the places himself? Horrible. I would never recommend booking with them. We got so feed up with him we just had him drop us off early. Such a disappointment for our family during this holiday trip. Thanks King and Queen Limo for nothing but stress.

Massively disappointing experience. They should remove the word “tour” from it. We booked their Dyker Heights Christmas lights tour. The booking experience was great and the person we dealt with suggested an excellent itinerary. Reviews looked great and so we booked. Many of the reviews talked about how much they enjoyed the driver. NOT our experience. Driver had very poor English. He didn’t know anything and didn’t tell us anything about where we were or were going. We asked a question about Dyker he didn’t not have a clue. He got us back 30 minutes late and then said we’d be charged an additional hour. We only saw Dyker and never got any tour of Manhattan at all. No tree, plaza etc. we have raised issue with the tour company and we will see how they respond. Will update the review and rating when we hear from them.

Excellent experience! Easy to book, driver was early, and we had a great time! The Christmas lights tour was incredible. Our girls trip was so much better with this as a highlight.

Such a nice idea to cruise around Manhattan in a limousine. We had been complimented with a bottle of champagne. Tom - our driver showed as popular spots in the city. Started from our hotel in downtown we could explore midtown, seaport area and upper east side. We had a good time.
