This trek in particular is out of the ordinary because it consists of a traverse of a river where you are indeed inside it, walking it. Surrounded by beautiful canyon walls, you totally feel embraced by nature. If done at sunset, as we did, you can get pretty awesome pictures. Another thing that stroke me of Jose Ra's services is that he does everything calculating the impact on nature. He is a true advocate of nature protection and has the knowledge on how to do so. He knows where to camp for the least impact, how to treat wildlife, etc. If you're passionate of personal space, things done with care (won't forget that creative and delicious dinner at the fire) and excitement as I am, you will not regret the walkabout with him.
