BEWARE!!!! I read all the reviews and thought I'd give them a try since SuperShuttle is defunct. We booked a private vehicle for 24 students/chaperones arriving in NYC March 21st. Due to pandemic, we had to cancel. Cancelled on March 11th and was promised full refund ($900+) in 7-14 days. Since then I've spoken with 4 different people who promise we'll have the full refund...in 7-14 days. This is now 6 weeks later and nothing. Please seriously consider other alternatives before booking with this company. Now I really wish I'd read all the reviews and gone with someone else. We have had great experiences with all other vendors due to the cancellation, but Go Airlink NYC has been horrific.

Do Not Use This Service It Is a Scam You Will Not Get The Service

There is no hope for this company, an absolute scam. They do not turn up when they say they will, even though you confirm by telephone the day before. The ground crew does not care about the customer and will leave you stranded at the airport or hotel. Better to get a New York taxi for $86 including taxes and toll fees. We were left stranded both ways. Looking at other reviews on here there is no hope of a refund either so don't waste your time, consider it a bad experience and a lesson learned.
