Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
- Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall) - your average 6 year old.
- Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.

- philj9070 contributionsAwesome family experience.Great 45 minutes on the mighty lower Niagara river. Plenty of scenery to take pics of and video. The guide Luke was funny and entertaining at the same time. I would recommend taking the wet ride, you will get soaked. We did not because we wanted the photos and videos. If you want the photos and vids the price for the package is not bad compared to other attractions we have been to. Just book it you'll have a great time.Written 3 August 2023

I took my parents as a gift for my Dad's birthday. The whole experience was great. From buying tickets online (Erie and Niagara County residents get a local rate which was a pretty decent discount), the check in process, the safety briefing and of course the ride itself. The trip is about 45 minutes, up 3 miles and back. As you ride out you get a little history of the area. We took the "wet boat" and you will get soaked especially in the front few rows. We sat 2nd row and it was hilarious! The waves that come over the boat when riding the rapids are intense. Hold on tight and enjoy! Our guide and captain were great. Definitely a trip everyone should try at least once.

The crew members , namely the captain and the tour guide Liam D. Liam was informative and funny . He made the trip such a fun experience . We toured a part of the lake I had never explored before and got soaked by the rapids . Such a great time ! I highly recommend this tour and Liam as a tour guide !

So much fun!! We loved it! Good covid protection rules in place. Like that you got to use the lockers. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars, we arrived about 45 min early, I had booked a 5pm time slot. When we arrived , we were told to be at the safety briefing at 445. We were there, but was then told we were not going with that group, we had to wait for the next group. So in addition to arriving early ( was traveling) and the website recommends you arrive 45 min. prior to your time slot, we waited a long time and it was hot. Otherwise, great fun!

You WILL get soaked and your glasses knocked off your face, even sitting in the back on the side. But, it’s fun. We were there in August and the water was cold. I was with my six year old grandson and his mother and we all loved it. He especially loved the rapids when the big waves swept over the boat. The first four rows really get slammed. When I first sat down I put my flip-flopped feet in two inches of cold water.
Check in was quick and painless. They have this down to an art. Lockers are FREE! There is a communal changing area. I paid for a picture package which was expensive, but heck, it’s my grandson.
It’s worth the money. The jet boat felt safe and wasn’t bumpy, like a smaller boat. Though we wore helmets

I was visiting Niagara Falls, NY with my future sisters-in-law and this was the highlight of our trip!! After doing some research on activities to do near the Falls, we chose to do a jet boat adventure and we were not disappointed! We made our reservations individually online and thankfully were easily able to change the time by calling the company when it became full before everyone in our party could book a ticket. Once there, they followed COVID safety precautions and provided a ziplock bag for masks when on the boat. They sprayed down the boats, life jackets, and helmets
with face shields with a disinfectant solution after each use. The guides were energetic and made the ride very fun! There are pouches on the boats in each row to put the ziplock bag with masks, sunglasses, and shoes so you dont lose them when waves crash into you. Highly suggest wearing waterproof sandals with heel straps (ex. Chacos) and quick drying clothes because you will get soaking wet, especially if in the first 4 rows. We felt safe on the boat the entire time going through class 5 rapids and there were multiple families with children on the boat. There is plenty if parking onsite and close by restaurants. This is absolutely a must-do experience while in the area!!

The boat ride was amazing! It was terrific seeing the rapids. Liam is amazing and Captain Paul did an excellent job navigating the rapids, catching water and soaking us. Take advantage of the $10 off of the media and picture package when you book your tour, I didn’t think we were going to want it, but after the ride it is definitely necessary. Very awesome! We will be back next year.

Prepare for a wild and fun and WET ride! I recommend wearing your bathing suit and water shoes. If it isn't a hot day I would also recommend wearing the poncho they offer you. The wind can get cold after you are wet. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes. OK enough advice....it is SO much fun!! I went with a family reunion. The 1st grader was the only one that was a little worried/scared. The 4th grader, the teens, and the parents were laughing and smiling the whole time. You get buckets of water splashing over you - it is a fun and wild ride- yet I felt safe with the powerful engines and capable captain to know we would get out of the crazy rapids. It also seemed like we get a longer ride and more time in the rapids than the people that were on the Canadian jet boats. Highly recommend!!

Arrived about an hour early for our 1pm tour and was asked if we wanted to bump up to the noon tour which we did. The power that the boat has is amazing to be able to navigate up through the rapids. Felt safe at all times during the ride. Having the rapids come up over the boat at you was so exciting as well as the boat doing spins. You will want to bring a change of clothes, there are times that the water is up to your seat in the boat. Ordered to pre paid media package and loved the video and pics. Would do this ride again and again.

This was my third jetboat ride from Whirlpool Jets. I know they have a competitor now… I can’t speak to their experience but I can attest to Whirlpool Jetboats - don’t be confused as I first was booking this ride. Always a lot of fun and this was no exception. The captains and mates do a fantastic job. They helped my wife and I out of the boat in the rain… gotta hand it to the staff… always friendly, courteous and encouraging. It’s a joy to see the look on the kids faces around me as the people on the boat get drenched. . I usually take the boat out of the Canadian side but due to the COVID restrictions we went of Lewiston. Only reason I’m knocking a star off is on the Canadian side there really aren’t a large number of steps… on the Lewiston side it’s at least 4 stories which isn’t very helpful for the older among us with less than great knees. That’s really my only knock… I know you do special tours for seniors… you may want to offer a ride down service if not an elevator. Also a small mixup on the photos and video but I think your third party service fixed it. Great job, keep up the good work, I wish you many years of satisfied customers.

I’m tour guide (Party Marty) and a local resident in Niagara Falls NY who HIGHLY recommends this jet boat. This is definitely one of the best attraction and a trill seeking in our area. I promise you one thing you won’t get wet, YOU GET SOAKED!!!! Lol (bring a change of clothes) People ask me sometimes where’s the best seats on the boat and I always tell them “ The best seat on the boat ARE IN THE BOAT! Lol” but no the best seats are the 1st four rows. (But some restrictions) Now we have two different jet boat company on the American side. This one in Lewiston (the best) and one in Youngstown. As a tour guide only recommend this one to all visitors for mainly 2 reasons. The first reason is because I’ve been on the Lewiston jet boat a few times, never been on the one in Youngstown. There’s a reason why I’ve never been to the one in Youngstown is because there jet is enclosed and Lewiston is not. And the way I see it is “who wants to go the river on a hot day and stay dry??? 🤷♂️” lol But every time I’ve been on it’s been really fun and trill seeking and today was even more fun with the guide on the boat name Luke. Luke was super cool, easy going and fun. Also pretty professional and thorough with safety instructions before you start your ride. The captain of the boat was also fun and seem like an experienced driver. Sorry I forgot your name captain lol. Trust me you won’t regret this ride. There’s no other way to experience these class 5 rapids and a whirlpool for about 45 minutes or more in a safe way.
