Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked the Jambiani Village Tour via Colours of Zanzibar. Communication was very clear and they respond very fast. The tour was very well managed and we had a chance to see weed farming, experience village life, visiting primary school and hospital and had lunch in host family. Our guide was very good and could give us deep information. In some places they were asking for tips or little contribution, but not pushy. They asked to write down the comment and if you feels like you could leave tip. In the e-mail we received from Colours of Zanzibar was written that everything is included in the price even the tips. So it is up to you how you feel about tips. But people were not pushy in that. Highly recomment this tour and we would deffinetly do it again.

Compared to Kenwa / Nungwi quite nice. Lots of small vegetable/fruit shops, souvenirs with mostly nice saleswomen.

I travel alone. Can I join another group? when I try to book it tells me that the tour is only available for a minimum of two people.
