Review of the afternoon food expedition including lunch
We received a lovely welcome from our guide Saida, who took us on an amazing afternoon food expedition around Stonetown. It was a culinary experience not to be missed. Saida was very knowlegeable about the different local foods, and we sampled many different dishes. It was a true food adventure for both of us! She took us through the busy market area and also told us something about the history of the town and about the culture of the local people, which was very interesting. We learnt a lot, and thoroughly enjoyed our time with Saida, who made our tour interesting and informative. A big thank you to her!! Kevin and Chris - Liverpool UK

Amazing food tour — must do!
Dec 2019 • Solo
I did the Zanzibar Culinary Food Tour and it was absolutely amazing. It was my favorite activity in Stone Town! My guide Fatma was very knowledgeable and so nice. I loved getting to taste some great local foods — Zanzibar mix and the sugar cane juice were my favorites! If you’re in Stone Town you must do this tour!! Highly recommend!!
