We rented a car with driver for 3 days during our trip to Sri Lanka and were extremely pleased with the quality of service. The communication, vehicle quality and the driver Gamini were all top class. Highly recommend.

We hired a family size car with lovely driver Kumarasiri for 9 days in December doing a circular itinerary from Colombo to Dambulla, Kandy, Bandarawela, Tangalle and back via Galle. The service was friendly and helpful. Our driver was always on time or early! We had a rough plan of places to visit but he came up with other suggestions and links for us to consider. Days were always filled! He was extremely polite and drove safely on the busy roads with their wandering dogs! He was considerate and stopped to get us local delicacies to try. He also organised tickets and bookings. The communication with Thisara at Deyo and with the driver was good throughout using WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this service and good value for money.

We had Kumarasiri and Ajith drive us around for 6 days in Sri Lanka. They were very helpful and friendly. Both of them were a delight and we would highly recommend Deyo Tours and both of them for anyone visiting Sri Lanka. Communication with Thisara was easy to organise the bookings and the recommendations were very helpful.

Our group of three visited Sri Lanka for just under 3 weeks over the Christmas / New Years period recently and were fortunate to have a great driver (Anurudda or Anu for short) safely chaperone us around the beautiful island throughout our stay. We had organised our own accommodations before travelling (in Negombo > Dambulla > Kandy (arrived on Christmas Eve) > Nurewa Eliya > Ella > Yala National Park > Mirissa (arrived on NYE for the amazing beachside festivities) > Tangalle > Galle > Negombo), but the ideas provided (by Deyo Tours and our driver, Anu) of places to stop at and visit throughout the 15-day tour was really valuable and helped us make the most of our limited time. With some of our selected accommodations not being in overly touristy locations, and with the many places we wanted to squeeze in during our holiday, I don’t think it would have been possible without the door-to-door and largely on-call driver service we had for 8-10 hours each day from start to end. Compared to some other countries, this is maybe not one for the faint-hearted to self-drive in either. 😊 We did elect to stay 2 days at Yala Safari Camping and also experience the scenic train ride from Nurawa Eliya to Ella during our stay, and this was flexibly accommodated with Anu meeting us at the end of both activities (huge added bonus of not having to transport our luggage via the majorly overcrowded (but amazing!) train also, as this was waiting for us with the van at the end stop). In summary, this personalised and comfortable mode of transport was excellent, great value for our group of 3 (but would be even better value with more people!) and I’d highly recommend Deyo Tours and Anu which were originally recommended to us!

Deyotours did a great job - They are extremely responsive to any requests . Their drivers were reliable, punctual, courteous and made us feel safe and comfortable. The vehicle was cleaned daily and in excellent condition. It has been a pleasure to plan with Deyotours .

Perfect trip with deyo tours. We had a fantastic 7 day trip with deyo tours. Found them via a google search and was so glad we did. From the beginning Thisara was great! Answered all our questions promptly and clearly. They also gave us a great itinerary. The driver assigned to us was brilliant. Always on time, friendly and took us to some places we never would have gone. Was also a great tour guide. All in all couldn’t recommend deyo enough. The process was so easy and they even arranged safaris, etc after our tour had finished and was always on hand to answer any questions.

Hired a car with driver for 4 days while on vacation in Kosgoda/Bentota and had a really great experience. We had a relatively open schedule and wanted to keep it flexible since we were traveling with small children. Our driver Chandana was really great- very safe and responsible driver and gave us great recommendations for best places to go to around the area. He was really responsive and very amenable to working with our schedule. Will definitely hire him when we visit again!

Our trip was fantastic, they were always on time, respectful and diligents, in all our trip that lasted 6 days we had two different drivers, both were beautiful human beings, they knew very well the country of Sri Lanka and knew how to show their wonderful country. They always were helpful with the luggage and everything we needed.

Where can I start. From the beginning to the end, everything was arranged perfectly! When I contacted Deyo tours they were really helpful in planning our trip. After a lot of texting a received our itinerary and everything was very detailed. Every question they answered and if I wanted to have extra information they always helped me. When we were at our stop over in Doha I already received the telephone number of the driver. When we arrived at the airport he was waiting for us and drove us to the hotel. Every hotel we arrived the driver helped us settle down before he left. This is not a paid review but an honest review. Absolutely fantastic drivers and service. We were a film crew doing long hours and traveling our Galle and the south. Deyo drivers were absolutely amazing!
