A long exhausting day but worth it!
Although our tour started with a bit of confusion as we were given the incorrect pickup point, the tour operators were very accommodating and sent another driver to pick us up. The tour guide was friendly, spoke four languages and was very clear with the instructions throughout the day. We then jumped on the SeaJet ferry for the 2 hour journey to Santorini which was long but comfortable. Over the next 4 hours, our bus and guide then took us to visit both Oia and Thira, which were both beautiful but felt slightly rushed as we were allowed 2 hours at each (time for a quick lunch, some shopping & photos) before having to go back to the meeting point to return to the ferry. We had our 2 year old with us so it was a bit flustering having to rush along with him but still enjoyable and a great experience! Oia was busy but not as bad as during the high season. A long exhausting day but worth it!

          Awesome excursion
My first time and Crete and I wanted an excursion that’s wasn’t too long. Tour guide Yianis and George was awesome. Yianis kept us entertained, sang to his lovely music and also was well informed in history. Highly recommend for a days out for any age.

          Too many tourists
The tour was very nice indeed, but the tour guide was speaking in a very weird manner so I didn't understand a lot of what he was saying. The island is beautiful, but filled with brainless tourists doing everything for that ''perfect instagram picture''. It is really annoying. It would also be better, in my opinion that the tour included archeological site of Akrotiri instead of two tourist packed but virtually the same towns.

Right tour guide and no Lake will be better ... Chania and RETHYMON was wonderful
So this tour would be nice if it wasn't for the long way by bus. Chania was beautiful. Rethymon was fine too . Kournas Lake is something what they could take off this tour. But in my eyes the tour guide was not what I expected I sign up for ENGLISH tour, and I foudn myself in ENGLISH GERMAN tour . Where tour guide a lady sorry I don't remember her name was speaking fluent English and German but it was poorly executed. I felt like listening to the book reading, more than being interested in real life there. She was jumping from one language to another, in the middle of the story, so no one except German tourists were getting full story at one time. She was prone to them, the English version you could say was much shorter . She even got mad at people when they started talking, because when you switch languages this is what you get, when the part of the bus doesn't understand that language. The tour was on 21 of October. I would recommend to visit Chania and Rethymon they interesting cities but going on the bus without AC or poor AC in hot temperatures is not what I've had in mind, and not the tour guide who didn't care about English speaking people, or even telling people to stop talking when she was switching the language. Even though they weren't loud at all, but they for sure were bored like me. This tour in the right weather, and with the right tour guide might have been great. To all prepare for long ride on the bus. But it is worth to see CHANIA and RETHYMON.

Santorni with the PERFECT guide is excelent small trip :)
This tour was excellent, it was really well managed and executed. The busses were comfortable and the GUIDE was the BEST of the best. He was real Santorini guy, who really wanted for us to see the island, as it should be seen. I have never like guide tours in my life, but this one was special and you wanted to hear everything he said. He made Santorini very interesting, even the crowds. I do not remember his name but he deserves raise. The trip we took was from Heraklion on 19th of October it was bus 77 in Santorini. Santorini itself is beautiful, but if you want to visit it in quiet time, you need to make trip directly for few days. Santorini needs to be seen in full, and not for few hours, where 10 busses or more full of people go into town. But I would recommend this trip for those who just want to see Santorini especially with our TOUR GUIDE he was fantastic.

          Worth The TREK
2 1/2 hour ferry ride was very relaxing and worth the trip. Blue domed whitewashed builds are a beautiful sight, up close and personal. The sea view is overwhelming. Rugged rocky landscape to walk, wear very comfortable shoes. This place is known for being overcrowded but during my visit.

Trip to elofonissi island. Amazing tour group! Very reachable, helped change out pick up location the night before the trip. During the trip, very considerate, helpful and we had a flawless trip!

GREAT tour: Olive oil, music, dance and food
Excellent tour. More than punctual. The location outside downtown Heraklion is just perfect for this kind of tour. We were shown the olive oil production process, we had a great LIVE show/music, we were able to dance and the food was quite good. The views were very good.

          Preveli natural beach
A nice natural beach, where a mountain lined with palm trees, the river descends into the sea, leaving a sandy beach between the river and the sea. There are round stones in the water, so wading shoes are recommended. Open terrace cafeteria with toilets excists. You should come to the beach a few kilometers away from the village of Plakia by water transport (round trip €12).

          A great day out.
An excellent excursion out to Agios Nikolaus and Spinalonga Island, coach picked us up on time, and off we went, Nectarius (sp) gave us a great commentary along the way, we arrived at the harbour for the boat, and boarded quickly. Arrived at Spinalonga and had a wander around the old leper colony, again with a very informative commentary by Nectarius. Back on the boat for the second part of the trip - a bbq and time on a beach, this was a big disappointment, bbq was fine, but the beach...? It's hardly a beach, very very small, and not enough space for everyone especially when there are other boatloads of people there too, a bit of a waste of time. Back on the boat back with the bbq served whilst we headed back, and once docked, we headed for a bar and a nice ice cold Mythos, perfect. All in all, the beach aside, it was a great day out.

Exhausted but worth to see Santori
This a day trip from Crete, mostly the time will be spend on travelling sea using the JetSea (almost 3 hours in one direction) and collecting participant from the hotels. Staying at Santorini for approx 5 hrs to see Oia and Fira , enough to see the famous picturesque photo of the island . The tour guide will lead and give the most important info and leave you to the rest of to roam around. Overall satisfactory and worth it but really tiring. Also expect that this is a frequent destination of big Cruises thats mean if there are ship around the place will be busy and overcrowded bustling with cruiser . Hands up to cretan odyssey guide Elena. she was informative and friendly .

          Stunning West Crete
West Crete Tour is exceptional. Tour guide Elizabeth is very helpful and this is a very informative tour. Chanai is a busy area full of tourist as this is the cruise ship docked. This is area you expect that the prices much higher than the other stop. Busy high street with full of souvenir shops. The 2nd stop of the tour is Kournas lake. You can enjoy your lunch here and cheaper compared to Chanai. Enjoy the paddling boat 3 persons for only 15 Euro in an hour. This is a breathtaking lake and we love the fresh air- kids enjoy this area. My opinion is better to have more time in Kournas Lake. Rethymno is another busy high street with many souvenirs shop tiny compare with Chanai . There is s seaside port as well . With Rethymno should less hour . Overall this really good just for a day able to see the west part of crete

10 hour road trip and not the best set of visits.
This day tour turns a visit to the caves into a day trip by adding a few underwhelming stops....two small chapels, a shop with tastings, a lunch stop at a relatively normal place with no view, but overrun with our two coaches, and a tiny place with a large old tree. I know it sounds cynical... In contrast to the two chapels on this tour, we visited an orthodox church in Heraklion and were blown away bit it's beauty....that was just a few euros on a bus ticket to the city and didn't take 10 hours. The cave was good enough, and seeing the inland region was interesting I guess....that might be enough to make the tour worth it if you've not travelled to many places like this, or if you have time to use up. But if it's this trip or something else, probably do the other thing.

          A grand day out
We were a couple of minutes late getting back to our boat for departure from the island and it left without us. Exceptional thanks to a wonderful guide Marissa, who sorted everything out for us and made sure we didn't miss out on any of the day's activities. 4 stars for the trip and 5+ stars to Marissa. Thank you so much.

The pickup service from hotels is really helpful. Staff were professional and contacted us to make sure of the pickup point. Bus was air-conditioned and comfortable. It came on time. The tour guide was informed and kind. We enjoyed our tour at Knossos palace. The tour in Heraklion city center was good but rather short.

Fabulous relaxed atmosphere x excellent street food x all the shops you need x historic sights dotted around x sightseeing tour abit pricey for what it is lead to believe it’ll take an hour but really 30 minutes maximum, still a great way to get around on an open top bus xx

The guide was very knowledgeable about Knossos Palace. We went to the Archeological museum too (admission charges are on top). Went with 2 boys (13 and 11 year olds) both enjoyed the museum.

        Very large vibrant city .
Museum and Venetian fort lovely street markets fresh food and Greek souvenir shops.
Large Venetian fountains throughout the city.
We came from Sissi about 1 hour away but took two hours by coach because we had to negotiate small roads to pick up passengers on way.and the same going back .coaches we’re air conditioned and driven very well by drivers.
All people of Crete are very welcoming and warm and friendly.
We saw no violence or confrontation anywhere.

The bus arrived 10 minutes later and it was very confusing as to which bus was the right one, but the tour guide Kristina was very friendly and made the tour through Knossos and Heraklion very enjoyable. We then had a good 3 hours of free time and looked at the market, which was not quite as spectacular as we expected, and the harbor.
