      Dolly cruise
We went to see the dolly parton tribute cruise , Kennedy was absolutely amazing and the show was well worth the money. The staff on board were lovely polite and couldn't do enough for you. If you like Dolly parton this young girl is well worth going to see

      Great night out!
The boat was good, but the entertainment was fantastic! Russell made sure we had a great night. The addition of a little food would be good, the snacks fine but a small sandwich would have been nice.

      A night to remember.
This boat trip is amazing. Looked after us from start to finish. Nibbles and a Prosecco on arrival. Full waiter/ waitress service. Drinks reasonably priced. Boat nice and warm. Singer was really entertaining with a lovely voice. No faults from us. Want to go again.

      Elvis
We had a great time, we travel the country to see Elvis tributes. And although Chris is not the best we have seen. He certainly is not the worse. The boat was comfortable and bar prices reasonable. We would book another trip in the future.

      Elvis is in the boat
Chris sounds just like Elvis - great voice! Ok so he doesn't dress up but as he says himself he's not an impersonator. Throws in a few facts about the King as well which was interesting. Nice boat ride around the keys with a maximum capacity of 50 people so feels very personal.

      Sensational
Yesterday I went on the elvis boat cruise for my birthday and I can honestly say it was the best way to spend the day ! The staff were lovely, so kind and cheerful. The man himself Mr Elvis Presley was fantastic and had us all out our seats dancing around! If you are an Elvis fan I would 100% recommend 👌 .

A pleasent enough trip on a nice day and for an OAPs price of £8.00 good value. However the citizens of Manchester don't appear to have any civic pride. Graffiti is evident for the who of the trip which takes an hour there and back. There is also rubbish in the water and urban decay each side until you get to Media City. A clean up craft is needed urgently.

It offers something to do if you've got an hour to kill, but I wouldn't recommend it as a must-try. There just isn't a lot to see on the canal... The Gnome Island was my favorite (and that's not even officially part of the itinerary!).

It was convenient that you can board in two different places, one close to the city center and one in Salford.

An opportunity to meander along the side of a sleepy city and peep behind the scenes to uncover history alongside the docks . The audio on board was really strong and easily heard which is always important . Drinks and toilets on board are and added reassurance . We would never have taken the time to walk around media city yet on this tour we saw and heard all about it in a most leisurely way . Snap shots were taken of the Old Trafford grounds which were clearly visible . The history of the cotton industry was explained well. This trip lasted just over the hour and was a lovely relaxing experience even on the wettest of Sundays as it has a covered area also giving full protection from the weather . The upper seating was excellent also and we got a surprise to see gnome island which many tourists won’t know about . All in all very well worth the money .

Didn't get to go on our boat trip as we couldn't find your address given . Gave address to taxi driver who couldn't find stanley street end up paying 21.90 taxi fare back to hotel as we were too late for our time slot and still couldn't find it not happy. Also tried to ring for help using contact number on downloaded ticket but no answer.......

A lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Excellent boat with good views inside and on the upper deck. Comfortable journey. Friendly female crew. Superb commentary. We travelled from city centre to Media City without getting off although many people get off and return on a later journey. A unique way to experience the city and learn about the industrial heritage. The Ralli Quay is near to the Frog and Lettuce restaurant and close to the Marriott hotel. Booking essential. Great value. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t consider it a ‘must-do’ but I’m glad I went. Had a wander around the quay before the cruise and liked the area. Very clean and well maintained boat. It was very comfortable sitting inside on a cold day and enjoying a hot drink from the bar while listening to a pre-recorded tape providing a great overview of Manchester’s Ship Canal. Unfortunately, before and behind me were tourists that didn’t speak English, and their ongoing conversations at times made it a bit hard to hear the recording. Still, I recommend this activity.

We didn't know what to expect from this tour but it wasn't exactly great what we got. There was a lack of signage to the departure point at Salford it's under a bridge near the lowery.
Then when we got on board and set off there was some information over a prerecorded tape telling you some information about media city send Salford but when I go further towards the city centre that stops. Feel like could of been a bit more interesting if maybe one of the crew had spoken rather than the recording

The guide was very informative and the staff were friendly, helping my elderly mother on and off the boat. The duration of the tour was spot on, you get your money’s worth without it dragging on.

We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed a cool breeze sitting on the upper deck on a hot September afternoon, but I imagine it would be just as enjoyable sitting inside on the lower deck on colder days.

This was a really nice thing to do on a sunny day. We enjoyed the cruise along the River Irwell. The scenery was nice and the views of the modern developments on Salford Quays and Media City were impressive. Loved the old bridges and the graffiti art along the way. Commentary was excellent - not too much, just the right amount. Good value experience.

We had an incredible time on the City River Tour in Manchester. The journey was like seeing the city with new eyes. We saw amazing architecture, greenery, and the energy of the place really came to life.

But what made the trip extra special was the kindness of the staff. We goofed up our booking date, but they didn't make a fuss. They just let us join in, turning our mistake into a good laugh. This wasn't just a tour for us; it felt like we got a real taste of Manchester's friendly spirit.

I'd recommend this trip to anyone. It's more than just seeing a city, it's about making unforgettable memories.
