Great set up with friendly team. We hired bikes for a half day and were given maps and tips - all we needed to see the sights and eat and drink well along the way. The routes are great as mostly on small country lanes perfect for a relaxing cycle.

It was lovely to go out for the whole day just me and my husband and follow the maps we were given the bikes were great and we have now bought 3 bikes from Marcus and Warren and did our first trip with them to France we absolutely love electric biking thanks to the help from these guys Xx

Absolutely amazing company and experience. We went for a half day tour for my daughters Birthday. We are a group of 3, me my 80 year old mum and my 22 year old daughter. On arrival although Marcus was very patient and helpful mum had lost more fitness than she thought over lockdown and felt she couldn't manage the bikes. My daughter and I subsequently took the beautiful self guided tour through safe country lanes whilst Marcus provided my mum with coffee and company. He then kindly drove her to meet us at the vineyard for an hours wine tasting before collecting her again whilst we cycled back. He really went above and beyond to make the experience workable and enjoyable for all involved, even when it did not go to our original plan.

If you are looking at this trip and thinking possibly, just do it! The best day out you’ll ever have.

Great day out, having an electric bike made all the difference. It allowed us to go so much further. Marcus was very helpful and provided an excellent route map and instruction before we left. We saw some beautiful villages and stopped for lunch at Heath Hurst vineyard wh we e we had a fantastic food platter and lovely wine. I would recommend giving it a go. We will certainly be back .

First time out on electric bikes and very enjoyable it was. Communication throughout with Marcus was fantastic and we had a great reception on arrival. Our party of five opted for the full day tour which is plotted at 30m however with a few detours to take in castles and vineyards and a pub lunch we clocked up almost 40m which was a breeze with the electric assistance. The countryside is spectacular particularly on a sunny day with Oast Houses and other traditional Kentish houses aplenty. If you have OS maps app on your phone we found it easier to plot the recommended route and follow that rather than maps but even if you do go astray ( which we did ) you are never too far off route and often you discover a hidden delight. I'd highly recommend this experience to all and any - my group of late teens and early 20's loved it.

Everything was very well organised and Marcus was very helpful from how to ride the bikes and what routes to take. The country side on the routes is beautiful, the lanes are peaceful and not much traffic. We throughly enjoyed our trip and I would definitely recommend this experience. You don’t need to be fit or young to ride these bikes. We will definitely be booking again.

We had an excellent experience. The e-bikes are great - very good batteries; sturdy; comfortable seats. The routes are well thought out - we self-guided and stopped off for lunch at a vineyard and a drink at a traditional pub - with pretty countryside without too many hills. Lawrence was extremely helpful, full of great ideas for things to do en route. Can't wait until next tour!

Really enjoyed our visit! Marcus messaged me a few hours before we visited just to confirm our booking and to let us know the bikes were ready. Very welcoming, well set up for social distancing, and the self guided tour worked really well. The route was very easy to follow and had clear visual directions on each turn we needed to make. We ended up at a very nice vineyard and had a great time before setting off on our way back. If your looking for something to do during COVID crisis, this is a perfect day out

A group of 11 celebrated our friend’s 30th birthday by whizzing around Kent on electric bikes. It was such a great experience from start to finish. The landscape is stunning and the wineries/pubs served as wonderful rest stops. Marcus was an absolute legend. He and his team are so friendly and made everyone feel warm and welcome. They really made my friend’s birthday really special and we all very much appreciated their hospitality. Only downside is that the day has ended but I will definitely be coming back.

Had a great time on our electric bike tour. Bikes were fabulous - their charge lasted a good 5 hours, and our welcome and orientation with the technicalities of the bikes both thorough and informative. Lovely area to explore on (mostly) quite or empty country lanes. Review only loses one star from the full five as the road names on our map were hard to read with sharpie on top, and that the pub lunch element sadly wasn't available on a saturday hire as advertised.
