My daughter (never ridden a motorcycle before) and I did two experience days. She was in the absolute beginners and I did the intermediates.
She had an EM electric trials bike and I started off with a new Montesa 4-stroke. I have ridden a lot of 2 strokes and wanted to try a newer bike but not an electric.
All equipment provided including clothes, gloves, boots and helmets. All clean and lots of sizes.
The bikes were either new or might possibly be up to a year old (they might not be even that old). They were immaculate and well maintained. I didn't like the Montesa and swapped back to a 2-stroke Beta as more familiar with the engine and how it felt. To me it was a massive difference, oddly enough the bloke who swapped with me felt the Montesa was far better than the Beta for exactly the same reasons, he thought the Beta was too fierce and the Montesa was so much easier to ride. Anyway, no issues with swapping bikes at all.
The instructors were excellent for both groups, they hit the level of the groups pretty much spot on. Were friendly, helpful, absolutely non-judgemental on skills and ability and did everything possible to make the sessions as fun and as useful as possible. Nothing was too much effort, it was clear though that they were far, far, far better than we were so they could easily show us what to do. Ours tried very hard to try and pretend he wasn't that good, but he knew his stuff and it was great to watch.
My daughter loved her group, she was the only girl there, had never ridden a motorcycle yet by the end of the day was riding through streams, over obstacles and looked like she was very much at home. Top marks to her instructor for the way he brought her along. She was very worried about being the only girl in her group and he was excellent in how he treated her and by the end of the morning she had completely forgotten about being the only girl and just wanted to keep on riding. Really appreciated that from the instructor, it is so easy to be patronising and Inch Perfect were spot on.
The outdoor sections are over a 100 acres, there's something for everybody, from laid out practise sections for beginners in a nice easy and safe area up to "oh my god, never in a million years" bits. The instructors were very easy and never forced anybody to do things beyond their level, they got things pretty well at the right level all the time. Also if you wanted to do something a little more advanced, sections were laid out with slightly more difficult optional bits as well as simpler bits.
All in all, a brilliant day out. The only thing that would make it even better would be free :)

My 6th visit to Inchperfect over the years and, as always, it a superb experience. Fantastic training under the expert eye of Aran, who really helps you get what you want out of the day. The sections just keep getting better and better. The whole business is so well run and it’s all such a slick operation. I’ll be back for many more visits!

Booked this as a day out with the wife to do do something different. Absolutely amazing day out, Aran the instructor was superb, setting out sections that catered for different abilities. Could not recommend highly enough, give it a go, you will not regret it! We will be back soon.

We took our son for his first bike experience 1:1 tuition and was so impressed with the whole set up and instructor. A big thank you to Sarah for encouraging my slightly nervous son, for your patience and kindness when he came off the bike. We thought she was brilliant!!!

I participated in a full day session at IPT on Sunday and really enjoyed it very much. The coaching from the staff is excellent and they really give you confidence to ride the trials courses they mark out.
I've never ridden any motorbikes before so was going in completely blind. I paid for the extra hour tuition and within 10 mins I was driving a bike up and down the hill and going through a couple of gears, all thanks to the tuition from the staff. They adapt really well to individuals and are really good at judging your ability.
They took us out into the fields and it was all up/downhill from there, hooning through the fields is a blast and then there's quite a sharp learning curve for a none rider, the other guys mastered the basics pretty quick though.
I was pretty much the worst in the group (of 5) but was given help/advice and time to retry the sections over and over (the other participants were very patient too :))
I don't think I perfectly cleared any of the sections, but I didn't half enjoy trying it, definitely a challenge for me and definitely something that I'd go back to and finish what I started!
We finished with a mini ride and a bit of a show off session from Matt, after handling the bike myself it's really impressive to see how it's done properly, you gain a lot of respect for the skill the pro's have!
I'd definitely recommend a day here, even better if you go with a group of friends so there's less pressure (and more abuse for being rubbish!)

A fantastic days training in amazing surroundings - I went along for the full day session with my son. The coaching was very useful, done at the right pace and specific for each of us in the group. A hearty hot meal was provided midday, then drinks and cake at the end of the session. Great shop with a massive range of goodies to check out and very friendly staff.

Trials day experience for myself, Mike and my good friend, Paul. We arrived on Friday morning to very heavy rain. The set up is very professional .We were greeted by Simon in the shop, who is very friendly and knowledgeable . We then got kitted up with boots , helmet and other safety gear and went to meet our immaculate bikes. Our instructor for the day was Jamie, very highly skilled and very professional . He was very patient with us, but helped us to progress throughout the day. We both wish we could handle a trials bike like Jamie. Thank you to everyone, Cook , cleaner, instructors, and all . Brilliant .

Although I can ride a road motorcycle, this is nothing like anything I have experienced before. What an absolutely exhausting but fantastic and fun day it was. A work team day out that was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Possibly the most exhausting thing I have ever done. Expect to fall off but have a great time whilst doing it. The scenery was breathtaking and the staff fantastic. Couldn't recommend it more.

I received an experience day gift card for Christmas, but had to wait till my sister and a friend joined me so the first Saturday date we could make was the 1st of July (we wanted a Saturday so we could rest on the Sunday as we were expecting aches and bruises; more of that later)
I drove us up to the breath-taking location and we were soon stood around gawping at the bikes. Other experience day bikers joined us and we were soon cracking jokes and sharing experiences. There were two friends who showed up on BMW 1200GSs loaded with expedition kit and stickers, and there was also a dad-and-daughter couple.
Once we were kitted up in track pants, jersey and gloves we were taken to the garage for boots and helmets. We then rolled our bikes to the front of house and had a quick tutorial before coasting down the gravel track to a large field. We were told to start up and ride around to familiarise ourselves with the bikes before the instructions began. We were divided into two groups based on ability (although I'm an experienced road biker I was with other road bikers in the "nursery" group, and it soon became obvious why).
The bikes felt totally alien, so light and powerful yet so insubstantial as they have no seat and tank etc to hold on to with your legs. It took a lot of unlearning before we could ride half-decently. Our instructor Arron was bunny hopping while we could only try simple tasks, but he's a great guy and was super-patient with us and always encouraged us to have a go.
All in all, it was one of the best days out and I'm determined to go back again; I'm editing my go-pro footage and there are some fantastic moments captured. I've uploaded some stills for viewing.
The lasagne lunch was much-needed stodge as you cannot believe how much work you have to do on the bikes to get them to behave! We also had banoffee for tea when we came back.
My shoulders and thighs have been aching for two days solid, but I wouldn't have it any other way! Do yourself a favour and book a massage the next day, but do go ahead and have a try and you'll have new-found respect for the guys that jump these bikes!

From the moment myself and a group of 3 friends walked through the door we were treat exceptionally, Mathew welcomed us in and explained how the day was going to go.
Once we had signed the necessary paper work and had a good look around the well stocked and stunning bikes and spares shop, we were offered bacon sandwiches (at a small cost, but worth every penny) tea and coffee while we waited for other participants to arrive .
After breakfast we were supplied with high quality top brand trials clothing and boots and shown to the bikes, again all top of the range and perfectly maintained machines.
Matthew and graham ( the 2 instructors/ guides) then led us into the stunning Surrounding where we spent the morning getting a good feel for the bikes and receiving expert pointers from Matthew and graham on how to improve our riding and technic.
Lunch - we returned for lunch (inclusive) which was outstanding. Homemade lasagne, chips & garlic bread followed by more tea , coffee and vast selection on biscuits.
Back out on the bikes after lunch to more testing routes, courses and obstacles.
Constantly testing and fun at the same time.
For the last hour of the day the group was taken on the full tour of the land and facilities. With more testing trails and picturesque surroundings, taking the bikes up streams and over hills it was quite and experience.
So the end of the day we turned to the start ,personally very tired but on a massive high.
With all riders sharing stories and yet more tea , coffee and cakes.
To finish I would love to and can not wait to return, the facilities, bikes , equipment, shop and most of all staff are faultless.
I would highly recommend Inch perfect trials to anyone 5stars
