Thanks! WHERE WILL I BE PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF? • OPTION #1) HOTEL PICKUP - Most guests are picked up at their hotel, which they can choose from the dropdown list while checking out online during the booking process - full hotel list can also be found on Infinite Oregon Tours' F.A.Q.'s (Frequently Asked Questions) section on our website. In addition to our default pickup location (see option #2 below), we offer pick-ups at approximately 40+ hotels within the downtown area and on the East side of the Willamette river near the Convention Center. The default pickup location listed below (option 2) is ALWAYS available to ALL guests for ALL tours. • OPTION #2) DEFAULT PICKUP LOCATION: SOUTH WATERFRONT PARK ADDRESS: 2001 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201. Our central (default) location for pick-ups and drop-offs is in South Waterfront Park at the intersection of SW River Dr. and SW Montgomery St, with the exact pick-up location being on the north side of the traffic round-about circle along the pedestrian walkway adjacent to Riverplace Marina. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SELECT A HOTEL? - If you do NOT communicate or select your specific hotel when you make your reservation we will assume we will be picking you up at our default pickup location. ADDRESS: 2001 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify us (during the booking checkout process) if they are staying at one of our pickup hotels. Please email us at or wait for your confirmation text from your guide the night before your tour if you have any further questions (guides can answer pickup questions) and will text you usually before 8:00pm the night before your tour. Thanks! TOUR VEHICLE (VAN): Your tour vehicle will most likely be a white high-roof Ford Transit 13-passenger van or a mini-van or SUV in some cases (which we'll communicate to you the night before via text from your guide). Your guide will be wearing a big smile and will probably have a clipboard in his or her hand. PARKING: If you are driving your own vehicle to the default pickup location, there is a public parking garage called THE DOUGLAS GARAGE available just a block or so away at: 1835 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201. There are several other parking garages within about a 5-10 minute walk if needed. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND/OR BRING ON THE TOUR? Due to the unpredictable and ever-changing weather in this area, we strongly suggest that you check the upcoming forecast for the locations you will be visiting the morning of the tour. By doing so, you will be able to better prepare, bringing extra layers, rain gear and appropriate footwear as needed. For tours involving short walks/hikes, we recommend comfortable walking shoes and layered outerwear that can be easily applied or removed during the outing. It’s worthy of note that the Oregon Coast is often 15-30 degrees cooler than temperatures in Portland (even in the summer). Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge in fall, winter or early spring can also require warm winter jackets or rain jackets (gloves & warm hats are always a good idea too!). Bottom line is it’s always a good idea to bring a jacket in Oregon regardless of season. CAN I BRING A BAG? A small day pack (very small backpack), camera bag, purse or tote bag are fine in the van as long as they can fit by your feet, but we cannot accommodate large suitcases as there is no luggage space or trunk in the tour van. Please call us before the tour if you have any questions. Depending on the group size for PRIVATE TOURS we CAN accommodate large suitcases (which will be placed in some of the passenger seating areas). COFFEE & RESTROOM (toilet) at default pickup location: There is a small coffee and pastry shop called "Our Spot PDX" (1816 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201) on the west side of SW River Dr. (on the side closest to the river) as well as a public restroom next to the coffee shop for your convenience. If you arrive very early with enough time for breakfast or want to explore the riverfront, there is also a charming cafe called "The Little River Cafe" (315 S Montgomery St #310) approximately a 2-minute walk north along the pedestrian walkway along the Willamette River. Please still be ready at the default pickup stop 30 minutes BEFORE official tour departure time. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Portland is lucky to enjoy a wonderful public transportation system called TriMet that utilizes 3 forms of transport: public buses, street cars and a high speed light rail system called MAX. You can go directly to their TRIP PLANNER WEBSITE at https://trimet.org/home/planner or download their app to your smartphone and it’s very easy to navigate around the city. Our general default tour pick-up location South Waterfront Park is a 3-minute walk from the nearest public bus stop, a 6-minute walk from the nearest streetcar stop and a 10-minute walk from the nearest MAX (lighttrail) station. Many guests choose to utilize Lyft or Uber to arrive at the general pickup location as it's the easiest and fastest and time can be of the essence in the morning before your tour departs. For further questions, please consult our FAQ's link on our website or send us an email at: or call our office for further questions. Thanks and happy touring! CANCELLATION POLICY: If a guest cancels 24 hours BEFORE the tour departure time they will receive a full 100% refund. If a guest cancels a tour LESS THAN 24 hours from the tour departure time the guest will not receive a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate the guest on a future tour of equal or lesser value, depending upon availability. If we (Infinite Oregon Tours) need to cancel a tour due to inclement weather, road closures, high winds, unforeseen safety circumstances or otherwise, the guest will receive a full 100% refund. Please email us at or call us at if you have any questions. Thank you!

- edithaz20170 contributionsWonderful comprehensive tour. This is a wonderful morning tour of Portland. Our guide was great and we covered thoroughly all the unique neighborhoods and quadrants of the city. He also made a point to stop and show us things that are “hidden” if you don’t know about them!Written 31 October 2024
- TravelerSEAsia0 contributionsGorgeous, informative tourThe Oregon coast is so gorgeous it could almost speak for itself, but luckily Riley, our tour guide, told us more-so much more. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of history and geology of the area. It was a wonderful tour, and was the highlight of my 6 day trip.Written 31 October 2024
- lulun1600 contributionsIt was a fantastic day on the coast!"I had an amazing full-day tour of the Oregon coast, thanks to our fantastic guide, Jim! From the moment he picked us up at the hotel, he made us feel welcome and set a great tone for the day. Jim’s knowledge of Oregon—from its history and culture to its stunning landscapes—was impressive, and he shared it with enthusiasm, humor, and insight. He gave us plenty of time to explore each stop without feeling rushed, making the experience even more enjoyable. Jim’s storytelling kept us entertained, and he had a way of making every part of the coast feel special. Jim is the one if you're looking for a guide who combines expertise with personality. Highly recommend!"Written 29 October 2024
- Betsy P0 contributionsExcellent way to see Columbia Gorge waterfalls and learn a lot about Portland as well. I like van rather than bus tours.Tour guide was good, very informative about Portland as well as Columbia Gorge. Van picked me up on time at my hotel and luckily I was offered the front passenger seat, so very comfortable for me, and I was able to have great views from front and side windows. We saw the most interesting and biggest waterfalls and had short walks to get up close. We were lucky that whenever it rained more than just a little, we seemed to always be in the van en route to a waterfall, so when outside to walk to best views, it was hardly raining (or not raining at all).Written 29 October 2024
- KathleenK330 contributionsGreat tripI enjoyed the trip very much. The views were amazing and Riley had some great information to share with us. I had never been to the Pacific Northwest and this was a not to be missed opportunity.Written 28 October 2024
- Mimmy0 contributionsGreat fun and awesome scenery! The Gorge Waterfalls tour was one of the favorite things we did on our trip. Vista House and the waterfalls alone made for a great tour, but guide Ryan added to the fun. He was prompt, polite, personable, and prepared with snacks and water. He was also knowledgeable about the history and geology of the area. Our photos are amazing! I'd like to go back and do a full day tour that includes Mt. Hood.Written 28 October 2024
- lisahW9398XT0 contributionsMust take this Oregon Coast tour with Jim as your guide!I cannot say enough about this full-day guided tour of the Oregon Coast! Our tour guide, Jim, was exceptional-- from the minute he picked my family up, he made us feel comfortable. He was incredibly friendly and an absolute wealth of knowledge. He filled our day with amazing sights (i.e., knew what stops to go to at what time depending on the tides, where to take great photos, etc.) and had wonderful recommendations... everything from great restaurants to must-see other attractions in the Portland area. I would highly recommend this tour... and try to request Jim as your guide. You will not be disappointed!!Written 28 October 2024

Ryan was our guide. He was good. He gave us lots of information about the Columbia River and the gauge and the e waterfalls. He was polite, caring. We had a lot of stops and the excellent Full sail restaurant with view over the river for a $10 gourmet burger with mix salad/fries. Highly recommend Infiniti Oregon Tour company

It was fun, it was informational, it was exciting. Plus, the guide's enthusiasm was very authentic and he seemed to really enjoy what he's doing. Very comfy atmosphere during the whole tour!
I went on a really hot summer day and the waterfalls' cooling nature was just perfect 😁

Our guide and driver Rylie was very knowledgeable and helpful along the tour, taking us to several key attractions as described as well as a couple of hidden gems. He was always there closeby to answer any questions and lend a hand for group photos. He provided ample local history and background when we were in the van in transit. I was somewhat concerned with typical activity used tour van being small and rather uncomfortable, but was pleasantly surprised that the Ford high roof transit van we were in was very new, clean and super comfortable.

This was the BEST tour and I highly recommend you take advantage of TJ or Adam who are the tour guides. We had Adam and he is a wealth of knowledge, providing information on all of Oregon, not just the stops along the way. We had an incredible day. Our guides Jake and Andy were brilliant. They put together a great itinerary for the day, with flexibility to change a few things to meet our needs. We really felt that their local knowledge was key to enabling us to see as much as possible in the hours that we had. We saw beautiful waterfalls and wide epic views. We had time for a nice lunch with plenty of recommendations of where to go. They were friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend.

This tour and our guide Rylie exceeded our expectations on every level. The communication by text to arrange hotel pick-up was very helpful, and made the pick-up prompt and smooth. Rylie greeted us with enthusiasm and made us comfortable right from the start! He was very kind to take extra time to assist fellow tourists that needed extra care & attention to board and exit the vehicle. There were eight of us and it almost instantly felt like a little family. Rylie shared so much valuable information and entertained many questions along the way! Water & snacks were provided as well as adequate rest stops with clean facilities. The time allowed at each attraction was plenty to explore and grab photos without feeling too strict or rushed. There are many options for lunch in Mt. Hood (including gluten-free & dairy-free at Double Mountain Brewery). We felt very safe with the driving style and the temp was comfortable in the van. Each planned stop was scenic and worthwhile for sure. I could go on & on as this was the best tour ever...but will end with a big ten star thank you to Rylie!

review of Columbia Gorge
This was our second trip with TJ, the owner/guide of Infinite Oregon Tours. (The other was his Oregon Coast tour—also 5 stars in our review for it.). TJ is a most engaging and knowledgeable guide, and a safe, courteous driver. He carries snacks and water for guests in his van. Upon arrival in Hood River, he drove around the small town to point out and describe eating opportunities (not included in the tour price) for the lunch stop. His style facilitates cordiality among trip participants. Waterfall, wind surfing, and Mt. Hood Lodge stops were not rushed; there was ample time at each.

We very much look forward to visiting you guys in the Philippines some day and perhaps trekking in Mongolia! Ryan and I have spoken many times about how much we enjoyed you and your family's energy. I can't wait to see some of the epic drone footage and your stills as well. Truly brothers from another mother indeed!!! You are always welcome here in our home and know that you have life long friends here in Oregon. Say hello to the whole family from both Ryan and I please. Enjoy Canada. ;-) Salamat!!!

Ryan's insights from a geologist's perspective added depth and fascination to every stop along the tour. His ability to shift our view and see the beauty in every moment, despite the weather challenges this January, was truly remarkable.
What made the tour exceptional was Ryan's dedication to ensuring that each of us, including myself and the other girls on the tour, felt completely engaged and immersed in the journey. His enthusiasm was infectious, and his knowledge profound.
Navigating the majestic landscapes of Mount Hood/ River and the surrounding waterfalls became more than just a sightseeing adventure; it became a blissful exploration of nature's wonders.
Prior to the tour, I received a call from TJ and he explained to me the journey and things to expect during the tour. They really made me feel at home and special. Tasty snacks and drink, good music and complimentary hotel pickup were also an extra touch from the team.
Thank you, Ryan, and Infinite Oregon Tours, for an experience that transcended expectations and left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

This is our second time doing a tour with the company and luckily we got the same tour guide Rylie. He's really knowledgeable about the things and sceneries that we see. He gave us ample time to see every waterfalls and provide great history about each falls. We are able to see a little bit of snow when we went to Mt. Hood even though it's summer. The tour is really fun and the owner, TJ, and Rylie made me feel comfortable when they learned that I have Claustrophobia.
