Very helpful staff on the information desk ,very very helpful to me .I did end up with a car not a shuttle bus which was fab ..The driver was excellent and on time.

I’m so glad that we tried this company. The price was very reasonable, and our driver Flavo(?) was excellent!!!!!! We found him holding a sign with my name exactly where they said he would be located, and he made it a very pleasant experience!

The driver was safe. The car was clean and he explored and explained a bit for us first timers. We’ll definitely use them again.

Perfect place to stay for the Excel very clean, very helpful staff. Good choice at the bar, breakfast had wide range of food, hot food was ok but not great. The stand out person was Favour on reception, lovely warm welcome and very efficient nothing was too much trouble. House keeping didn’t replace tea, coffee and milk even though we left sign on the door asking for top up!

Excellent driver, very patient and committed with his job. I don't know him and he seems a kind person :) I felt safe and confortable with Pedro Silva.

This was a comfortable, convenient, quick way to get from London to Southampton cruise terminal. The drive was an easy 2 hours with the driver taking each couple to their hotels. I highly recommend this company!

I used Travel-in -London and my driver was Thais Poletil, she had arrived early to my Hotel to take me to Heathrow, which was really good and much appreciated. Thais was very nice and knew the roads really well. I had never met someone who was so polite and pleasant to talk to whilst go to the airport. We were picked up promptly from our hotel in London by Manuel, our driver. He helped loading our suitcases to the van. His vehicle was large enough to accommodate us (6 adults) and our luggages with more room to spare. Manuel was courteous and pleasing. He gave a few commentary while driving in the city and in the countryside. He took care of getting our tickets at Stonehenge and gave us ample time to explore and eat breakfast at the cafe. We made it to Southampton cruise terminal safely and on time. Manuel is a great driver and delivered excellent service!

The driver met us after a short wait. Driver was talking to a gentleman as he was heading our way. I approached to let him know the person on the board was me and I was rudely told to wait while he finished his conversation with the gentleman who was trying to locate his driver (note this conversation had been going on for sometime as the driver was coming in our direction). This was very off putting as we had already been waiting and he could have been a bit friendlier and told the non customer to wait a moment while he greeted us. We were the paying guest afterall. Once in the car the driver was friendlier but the mood had already been set. We arrived safely at our hotel.

Booking this private transfer was the best decision we made for our trip. Our driver was patient, understanding, and very helpful with local tips. It set a high standard for the rest of our holiday in London. Thank you for the excellent service!
