Overview
This Charleston sunset cruise lets you admire unobstructed coastal views you would otherwise miss if only exploring by land. See Fort Sumter, the Battery, and more as you relax on board a premium catamaran. Keep your camera ready for an unbeatable view of the sunset before you return to shore.
What to Expect
Arrive early to meet your crew and check in at the Charleston Maritime Center, located in downtown Charleston. After a quick safety briefing, set sail on the Charleston Harbor.

Cruise under the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge and past scenic shoreline covered with sweetgrass. Grab a drink (own expense) and relax on deck as you admire views of Fort Moultrie, Fort Sumter, the Battery, and more. Panoramic views provide plenty of photo opportunities—especially during the sunset.

Though this isn’t a narrated tour, friendly crewmembers are happy to chat with you about the sights as you pass and answer any questions.

Finish your tour back at the Maritime center, close to bars, restaurants, and cafes where you can continue your evening.

Spectacular Sunset Cruise!

Excellent sunset cruise on the Charleston Harbor! The guides were extremely informative and friendly, the views were spectacular and the wildlife was plentiful. Highly recommended, especially for first-time travelers to the city.

Fun evening

The cruise did last for two hours and you could take in everything in the Charleston Harbor. I would like more history, but the guide did give us the highlights of what we were seeing. Just make sure you're not looking for a history tour.

Enjoyable, laid back sunset cruise

Nice and affordable sunset cruise around Charleston Harbor. Not a lot of endless chatter - just the highlights. Our boat was not full so we were comfortable and the sunset did not disappoint. Captain Mike and Allie made a good team.
