About
An original and hilarious comedy walking tour of St Davids, guided by "the actual" St David and his 11th century biographer. This is a unique experience, covering over 2,000 years of absurd and at times questionable local history, based on the medieval works of Rhygyfarch the Wise. Expect heavily-embellished stories from the perspective of Wales's patron saint, as well as stories about Vikings, monks, and a leek, all within the beautiful surroundings of Britain's Smallest City. This "brilliantly imaginative" tour is a must-do activity for anyone looking to do something different on their stay in Pembrokeshire, suitable for all ages.

They were great with the two lads aged 5 and 9, very funny. Made adults and kids laugh and gave us information you won’t find on other tours.

We had such a great time on the comedy walking tour. St David and Rhygyfarch were quirky and funny, painting a brilliant vision of what it was like back in the day and what St David's life was like. Guided through the city of St Davids, pointing out things that I would have probably overlooked. Diolch ! Thank you!

Leeks, windows, horses, this walking tour has it all. Laugh out loud funny.
How often do you get shown around a city by its Saint and his Biographer?
Highly recommend this silly, wonderfully warm and (dubiously) factual ramble. On our tour there were kids, dogs, young and old and we all loved it.

Dai and Rug have brilliant banter and expertly weave bits of history and folklore in with some hilarious nonsense. A great way to explore St David's!

A massive thank you to Dai and Rug  from me, my Mum and our dog Coco.

Tongue in cheek tour with St David and Rug, fabulously daft with occasional eye rolls from my teens. Left wondering what was legend and what was historically accurate, but an enjoyable walk, light hearted and slightly surreal following a real leak around the city! Would’ve preferred more historical facts for my older kids but really worth the cost for a live performance with giggles.

Thanks for coming and for your feedback. Hope the gang has been inspired to look up the work of Rhygyfarch the wise! All the best, Dai and Rug

Miraculously stumbled into these strange costumes on an evening walk. We soon realised we'd booked this tour for the week before in error! Dai and Rag very kindly offered to repeat the session especially for us, as we'd travelled 4 hours to be there. Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience this in a group; however, they kept up the energy and maintained character throughout this enjoyable guide through the city at the drop of a hat! Enormous gratitude for your kindness :)

Great fun! Learn more about the city and the mysterious - yet humble - eponymous saint. Lots of fun and laughs as you tour the streets in the safe hands of St David. Gentle humour that’s safe for all ages - a lovely way to spend an hour or so. Especially if you love a leek.

Fun way to spend 90 minutes. Amongst the humour and tom-foolery were some interesting facts about St David but this tour definitely prioritises entertainment over education. A good addition to what the city offers visitors.

Entertaining whimsical and informative tour of St David’s by the saint himself and his mother Non. Well paced and able to hold the attention of a mixed crowd.
