Hattie B’s hot chicken- superb The African American music museum very nice, interactive and fun. Madam Tussauds wax museum also super fun. The Athena statue was a great. We just got back from a family trip to Nashville over Christmas week and maximized a great way to see Nashville! For the one day we were on the tour, we saw exactly what we wanted and were able to accommodate our group of 10 for almost every stop. Keep in mind at times if you are at a popular stop at peak times, you may have to wait for a bus. If that happened to us, we stuck around the stop and walked around or grabbed a drink. I especially enjoyed the stories about the local restaurants as we had an amazing lunch at Urban Cookhouse. Thank you for the recommendation. The stops at the beginning of the tour (1-4) were close to our loft and many of the historic sites like the Ryman and Tootsies so we loved it. Yes at the end of the day we had to wait over 45 minutes for a trolley but we were at Union Station and enjoyed the holiday decorations and beautiful architecture. Finally, all the drivers have a different spin on the history of the city and we all enjoyed hearing about each site. For reference, we jumped on right at 9am at stop 1 and ended our day at the same place at 4pm and then went to the Johnny Cash museum (with a discounted ticket from the trolley) and still would love to do more next time we are in town. You can’t control the weather or amount of tourists so make the most of your time and enjoy the people you are riding with and the great attractions Nashville has to offer. Our recent trip to Nashville was an extremely short one, we had 1 day of free time to enjoy the City so we decided to book the one day hop-on/hop-off tour. What an awesome concept, the tour allows you to be picked up at any stop, you have the option of staying on the bus the entire tour, or getting off at the many check points where you can explore the different historical sites, museums, bars..you name it, and once your done hop right back on and continue your tour. Our tour guides were all extremely well trained, informative, knowledgeable and super friendly. They intereacted with everyone coming and going and made us feel right at home. I will definitely be recommending Old Town Trolley Tours!! Greaaat Job.

We had a great time on the tour of Nashville with the Hop-On Hop-Off trolley tour. We got to see a great deal of the city with a great driver. After we were done we were able to walk to the CM HOF and we got discounted tickets from their booth.
the hop on, hop off was easy if you so desired to use it.
Nashville is not hard to get around in a car so we also drove back to some of the sites that were on the tour. Well worth the price.

I've used this company in other cities in the past, so I was excited to see they had a Trolley Tour in Nashville when I visited. I purchased the 2-day hop on and hop off ticket online. It was very easy to do. The day of, I went to Stop 1 and met with a staff member who activated my ticket, took my temperate, and led me to the trolley. The drivers were great, the trolley is great. They maintained social distancing by only filling the trolley to 50% capacity which I appreciated. What's not so great was the map doesn't show you distinctly where the stops are (I'd recommend added the specific address) and not all stops had a trolley marker (there were 4 I counted without a sign). There were also stops that were cancelled due to Covid. I understand we're in a different time, but those changes should be reflected on the brochures passed out to passengers. At one point we got lost and called the number on the brochure only to be told the brochure was old and the trolley wouldn't be coming to the stop were were waiting at and we'd have to walk to the next stop. I'm not saying the company should toss all the outdated brochures, but maybe printing out "Stop #11 cancelled, Alternative stop located at: (insert address)" etc. on a mailing label and pasting the sticker on the brochure would be better than not saying anything at all.

The Bus runs ever 15 minutes after waiting over 30 minute, called and was told that they weren't picking up there because of accident and construction. We had to walk down the street to the next stop. If they would have put a message on the sign we would have known and so would everyone else, The other people called Uber to get picked up. The time wasted waiting by the sign made it so we couldn't go anywhere else before they stopped picking up. It ended our day on a bad note!!

We did not drive our car at all for 2 days as we purchased the two day pass. We had a five minute walk to board the trolley. They narrate the entire trip so expect to hear about the same sights as you drive by them each time, but each driver has a different twist. There was a couple times where big groups could not board if there were no seats available, we were lucky to not have that happen to us, but be aware that could happen. The spots they drop you off at are all close to main attractions. The only recommendation I would make is for the trolleys to have park benches at their stops for people who can not stand for the 20 to 30 min in between trolleys. I would recommend them as they will save you the grief of traffic jams in the downtown core.

Any time I travel to a city, I like to take a tour on a hop on hop off bus...in Nashville, it's a trolley! These hop on hop off tours are a great way to ride around a city and see the sights and get off when you want to see more of a sight. This is exactly what we did with this Trolley Tour. We stayed on it for one loop (about 1.5 hours) and then decided what we wanted to see and got off the second time around. The live tour guides all have different styles and are all filled with lots of facts about Nashville. Although we didn't buy any, the Hop On Hop Off ticket booth has discount tickets to some of the major attractions in Nashville. I highly recommend using the Hop On Hop Off trolley tour to help you explore Nashville!

We had just missed one trolley at stop 14, the next came 1/2 hour and was full. Driver called dispatch, told waiting customers another would be by shortly. 1/2 hour later the next trolley came and also was full. This driver said trolleys run every 15 minutes, obviously misinformation. We gave up and left. Per company’s information no refund within 24 hours of booking tickets which we had done the day before our attempt. Lost money, no tour

What a wonderful way to discover the hidden delights of Nashville than the hop on hop off trolley. The drivers know their city and what it has to offer. This was our third trolley tour after Boston and Washington DC. We highly recommend Nashville trolley tours, to understand the rich history of the city.

For the price, this tour was well worth it for a full day of running around town! Stopping in the Gulch, walking along Broadway, hopping off at the Johnny Cash museum or the Country Music Hall of Fame, you hop on, go enjoy, wait ( buses come along every 20 minutes or so ) and hop back on. Can’t be beat! Especially when COWBOY is your guide! Knowledgeable, funny, pleasant and fun! What more can you ask for. Don’t hesitate. Hop on!
