Driver was on time and very professional. He had a sign with our name and helped with luggage. He also answered some questions we had about the city.

The driver was punctual. Arrived at our hotel a few minutes earlier than the requested pickup time. Can’t remember his name, but he was friendly and told us interesting facts about Athens, the economy & people. He made the trip very interesting. The traffic in Athens is always congested, somehow he seemed to avoid most of the bad traffic. We arrived in about 25 minutes to our ship. Definitely would use this company for our next trip to port from Athens,

Friendly and professional driver. Called me to let me know that she was on her way and showed up on time assisted with loading luggage into van and was very pleasant for the ride air conditioned and water available. Will definitely use the service in Europe.

The driver was punctual & professional. He picked-up my family & me in an extremely clean Mercedes, wearing a stylish suit. He took the time to discuss our transfer/trip to the airport, answer questions, & he provided some historical points about Athens history. Overall, a great experience.

Great service but the price was a little high since it was just a taxi cab. I found a return trip to the port in a yellow cab for less than half of what I paid.

Negligent customer service and essential robbery. I booked this transfer in advance. Upon landing in Athens, my suitcase was pulled aside for extra screening, which caused a delay on my end. I called the third party tour company listed on my transfer ticket to explain the situation. When I finally retrieved my luggage and went to the pick-up point, I had to call the company again, only to learn that the shared transfer had left and there was nothing that they could do. On top of that, Viator refused to refund the amount I paid, despite being unable to provide the service that I paid for. DO NOT USE! Taxis in Athens have a flat rate of €45. They are infinitely more efficient, reliable, and professional.

We had to be at the airport very early, but our driver was able to accommodate us without any problem, picking us up at our hotel at 5:15 AM. We got to the airport easily with plenty of time.

We used key transfers from Athens international airport to an AirBNB near syntagma square. The driver was waiting for us outside the arrival hall, he was helpful and kind. I will use them again

This company is a scam! Don’t book unless you like throwing your money away!!! I wish I could be leaving a positive review but unfortunately that is not possible. I book this private transfer to help alleviate some stress after a long day of travel. The description states that they will wait one hour after the flight arrives unless you communicate with them prior to that deadline about a delay. Our flight landed 30 minutes later. I immediately contacted the company as requested letting them know of the delayed landing. Then due to the new Covid requirements for entry and all the confusion from unprepared travelers on top of 5 flights getting into Athens with 15 minutes of each other, the line to get through passport control was insanely long. I again contacted the company around 25 minutes later (still within my 1 hour time limit of arrival) informing them of the situation. At no point did they contact me and tell that any of this would be a problem. After standing in the passport control line for 1.5hours with a very tired, upset child (he is on the autism spectrum and with the jet lag and the crushing amount of people in the line invading each other’s personal space) we finally were able to pick up our baggage and look for our driver only for them to not be there. I ended up googling the company phone number (one was not listed anywhere on the reservation or booking site). When I called the employee she stated that the driver had been there but I did not show up in the one hour time frame. I responded that I messaged the company in the manner they requested per the reservation and I told them uptown arrival that the flight had arrived late and then 30 minutes later about the delay in passport control. Several things became clear: 1. they never even read my messages or made any attempt to until after I told them I had sent multiple messages. 2. The one hour time frame goes off of expected arrival not actual arrival. They did not even verify the flight arrival time before going to the airport I was then told by the employee it was my fault for not making it to the driver in “1 hour” which was actually 30 minutes from the time the flight arrived. I asked her how I was supposed to do that when it wasn’t even humanly possible and the best she could come up with was the driver could not possibly wait that long. Last time I checked, that is what I paid you to do and that is the service you provide. Apparently this company expected me to just ignore Greek airport security and all the employees telling me what to do and just make a run for the doors. 🙄 I could understand if I had not communicated the situation at all or if my flight was the only one that had just arrived but for a local company whose job it is to provide these services on a daily basis they should know. It was very apparent they did not care. It was a win win situation for them. They got their money, made it impossible for the customer to meet their set guidelines (although I would argue based on what they stated with the reservation, I did) and they did not have the actual expense of providing the paid for service. Go with an airport taxi!! It was actually even 10€ cheaper and that is even factoring in my generous tip.

Recieved a review request 8 months after we were supposed to visit Athens, a visit that was cancelled due to the obvious world Pandemic! Did they hope we would a give a 5 star positive review, having forgotten we did not go on holiday!!!

When we arrived the driver of the van was waiting for us and helped a lot. We were two couples and satisfied everything in athens and the region. The people are very kind. The vacation was very special.
