We really enjoyed our tour today. We visited a variety of places, including a monestry, some old villages, a hidden waterfall and the main town. We heard a great deal about the history of the island and life here now. All explained in a friendly, easy going way by our driver/guide. The group was small enough to have all our questions answered and to flex for individual needs. We have a much better appreciation of the island and its history after just a few hours on the trip.

What a great tour. Savvas made the tour interesting, informative and helped us gain a perspective of Andros we could not have achieved without his guidance. He is passionate about what he does, and his love for the island is very evident. We saw many of the sights of the island, had a few minutes of free time in Andros Town and had a very memorable day.

The drive to the airport was fine, but our driver was 15 minutes late in his van. Definitely need some vacuuming and wash.

Booked with VLM Travel but their office here in Andros is still closed & they passed our booking onto a different travel agency. Our half day tour should have been over 5 hours but it didn’t even take 4 hours. After having done many other tours on different islands, this was underwhelming for the price. It just didn’t feel like there was much to do or see.

The gate we arrived at was quit a distance from the baggage reclaim area, likewise the return journey from check-in. The place was extremely busy but is also quit welcoming and taxi pick-up was very easy. Not a bad experience for an airport.

We took a five hour tour to a couple mountain springs, the Panachrantou monastery, the Pithara waterfalls, a taverna in Minutes, and several high elevation viewpoints around Andros. Chantal was very flexible with the itinerary, inviting our feedback, and generous with her time. Highly recommended – we would not have had the same full understanding of this ancient, deeply resonant island without this tour.

This tour is a great way to get around the island and see the highlights including some that would be very difficult to access using public transport. Chantal was a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent driver (on some tricky roads!). She was really flexible about where to take us and amended the trip based on our interests. We probably went over the time slot but never felt like we were rushed and also enjoyed a relaxing coffee at one of the stops.

Fantasic day with Chantal, went to amazing special places and incredible scenery on this beautiful island . Too many highlights to mention but if you do this tour you are in for a treat especially if you are fortunate to have Chantal who is the most warm and friendly host . My daughter and I will treasure our memories of the day .

We only had 3 days in Andros so decided to book this tour to give us a flavour of the island. Chantal our guide was superb. So knowledgable and a fantastic driver. She packed a lot into the 5 hours and it was great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and would highly recommend it. Thank you Chantal!

It was a magical journey that me and my wife had with Vlm travel. We chose the full day tour around the island of Andros, 8 beautiful hours that we will never forget. Even the tour guide (Chantal) was really nice, friendly and she knows the island very well. We really recommend Vlm travel.

The only nice think about this place is the view, the rest was just a very bad experience. We were 9 adults and 3 kids. There were 37 degrees outside and they didn't turn on the AC, the dog from the property was always in the room even if it starter to lick us and the kids were scared. The lady who was our host washed the glasses while she presented the wines and when we were outside for some photos she said we need to move from the shadows because is private property. There is no user centric location and 30 eur/person for 3 halfs of bottles of wine make no sense

Chantal drove us to three very different monasteries. She gave us as much time as we needed. We also had some other stops at points of interest. We loved our tour and would recommend it if you don't have the opportunity to rent a car. Dankjewel Chantal!

A fascinating half-day tour of some quaint and unique places on the island of Andros. Our guide, Savvas, was a careful driver and knew the island inside and out, giving us information about everything we came across in the tour. In only a few hours and with a small amount of easy hiking suitable for everyone, we managed to get a glimpse of the variety of activities and landscapes the island has to offer.
