This private tour couldn’t have been worse. It was supposed to be a two hour guided tour through the Prado museum. Our guide picked us up at 10 o’clock, which was the start time of the tour. We then had to take taxis from our hotel to the museum. Taxis weren’t pre-booked so we were standing around waiting for taxis to come. By the time we got through the traffic and to the museum and through security with our tickets, It was almost 11 o’clock. A while wasted hour. We had one hour with our guide. This tour cost over $400 and I’m still trying to figure out what it was I was paying for. Our guide, Sophia, spoke quietly and we weren’t provided with headsets. She lost my husband after about five minutes because he couldn’t hear her. This was not worth the money.

Great guides, they knew everything about Madrid. The explanations were very clear. I recomend a lot, top rating services.

Great tour, with an excellent guide from Madrid, who knows every single detail about the city, its history and nice places to recommend. The guide was extremely nice, spoke Portuguese perfectly. The contact with the agency was very professional, they are very organized and reactive.

Our flight was delayed and our driver (Leandro) waited two hours and left but came right back after we arrived. The customer service was excellent, some companies would have abandoned us but not this one. This shows that they respect their customers. I would recommend them to everyone.

A wonderful tour. Diego, our tour guide picked us up at our hotel and showed us all the points of interest in downtown Madrid. He was very knowledgeable and since it was a private tour it gave us the opportunity to customize it to meet our needs. Four hours for the tour is about right. We ended the tour at an observation deck overlooking the city. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a good tour of Madrid with limited time available.

Alexandre was our guide through this walking tour on our first day in Madrid. Well accomplished in Spanish history and literature he took as on walking tour to many important sites within a walking distance, long one, wear comfortable shoes. Besides that important tips on where to go, visit, eat, etc ... is a side free business provided. We thank Descubra Madrid for their services.

Planning a trip for 20 people would have been much more difficult had I not had the help of Sergio. From our first contact he was very helpful with arranging transfers and a tour and also recommend and booked restaurants. The transfers were on time and constant updates were sent to me by text.
