Definitely a great shop for renting e-bikes to explore Park City and Deer Valley. We rented e-bikes and explored throughout the areas; taking advantage of the bike trails. The staff was super friendly and patient when fitting our younger son for an e-bike and was knowledgeable in helping to get him started on the bike. We rode up to Deer Valley and took the scenic lift to the top of the mountain; hiked down the Silver Lake Trail to mid-mountain and took the lift down from there! It was such a memorable day - and it was all because we rented bikes from Black Tie!

My group had an amazing experience with Black Tie during our stay in Park City. The rental process itself was seamless and the organization is very communicative. Clint came to hand-deliver our skis, boots, and poles, and ensured that everything fit properly and that we knew how to use everything. Pick up was seamless as well. We will definitely use Black Tie during our next visit to Park City - or another new resort! Thank you!

We have used Black Tie Rentals several times. This is our first time using them in deer Valley and they were wonderful. Prompt and efficient and very friendly. There were eight of us and it went extremely smoothly.

Loved this service! Fitted my family of five in our hotel lobby and picked them up mountainside on our last day of skiing. Super friendly. Also met me mountainside when I needed a different size ski. Awesome service.

Could not have been happier with the service and equipment here. Ski tech arrived exactly on time to fit us and was super knowledgeable. Took our skis to the valet to drop off and we were ready to go the next morning. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to get that small town USA vibe during the 4th of July. Great parade- something for everyone. Main Street is filled with shops, gallery’s, restaurants and to top it off a ski lift ride. Fireworks and activities in the park at night

Great organization. I and my sisters started using this group at Heavenly Valley in California and were delighted when we went to Utah that they were also in Park City. This year was especially nice since they keep all your information so they can bring you skis, boots, poles and helmets in your size and make sure that the settings are correct. They bring all to your condo. This year when they upgraded our equipment and I found that for me it was not to my liking they came to the slopes and switched it out. Then at the end they picked it up at the slopes on the last day we skied. Fantastic is my word for them

Highly recommended service. Efficient. Economical. Easy. We were met at our lodge , fitting was completed in a timely fashion. We had to switch out skis after one day for a different length , and this was done with ease at our lodge. To return, we just left the skis with our ski valet at hotel. Reasonably priced, delivered to our door at a set time(they were even a few minutes early), the whole group was pleased with our equipment, the staff was very friendly and professional. Very easy to make the reservation online. The rep from Black Tie came to our condo (with the correct equipment) and fit our boots to the skis. Super easy to return as well. The rep came to the ski valet at our condo and took them away- no hassle whatsoever.

We lobe Black tie ski rental. As we were at Park City we called them and they found our family profile from another town visit and could quickly bring the gear that fits best for our needs and skill level. The great part is they bring the gear to your room, change if you do not like them wherever you need and adjust right there. You only focus on enjoying the slopes without any hassle. When you are done you just call them and they come and pick up the gear. What else you would need for skiing or snowboarding. Great service that I highly recommend.

Black Tie is awesome! I typically have a problem with ski boots fitting correctly. They feel okay at first, and then don't. (I have a slightly larger left foot, which is frequently a problem.) I called early Wed. afternoon, 2/27, explaining how the boots were feeling, and the woman on the phone was very helpful. A male staff member was at Deer Valley within 20 minutes with 2 pairs of boots for me to try. The Salomon boots with 4 adjustment points were so much better! I enjoyed the rest of my time skiing and had much better control. He also made suggestions for the type of boots I should consider when renting or buying in the future. I took photos of the Salomon boots for future reference. Black Tie was also very prompt with delivery and pickup. I recommend them highly and will use them again.
