The best of Italy! Must Experience!
We started in Paris and made our way to Sorrento. On the way we stumbled upon this wonderful family ristorante. The wine was excellent, the food was spectacular, and the people were friendly and accommodating. This place is as warm as it gets. Travelling from the States we wanted to experience all of Italy and its people. This place made a memory for us we will never forget. I literally hugged the gentleman that took care of us... Outstanding place!!!! Randy Els - Houston, Texas, USA

      Definitely Delicious & Delightful
We enjoyed a fabulous 3 course freshly made lunch with Pasquale and Rosanna’s organic red blend wine. All at the heart of their dining room table. Nothing beats homemade food made with love! Highly recommended!

Best Pasta Making Cooking Class on the Amalfi Coast!!
Absolutely the BEST cooking class on the Amalfi Coast. Nestled in the mountains above Amalfi you will immediately feel like family upon your arrival. We loved every single minute of learning the family recipes of Ravioli, Tagliatelle and Tiramisu from Pasquel. The hands on experience of how to make the pasta from scratch was not only fun BUT easy. We just loved the attention to detail that Pasquel and Rosanna take to make sure you have a memory filled experience. From the organic wine to the yummy pasta, farm fresh sauces and cheese and deserts you will NOT be disappointed. The best part was that we signed up for a different class at a different cooking class facility that evening. A very happy accident. Little did we know this though. Our taxi driver brought us to the address we asked for (which was the wrong one) and when we arrived we were surprised we were the only ones there being how popular the class was. Pasquel greeted us with miracle water (the ingredients a family secret I am sure) and the best cup of espresso we have ever had. From there we were immediately immersed into creating and cooking. Upon our departure was the first time we learned that we weren’t even signed up for their class. They went out of their way to proceed with no questions asked and by far gave us the best possible experience we could ever ask for. We immediately paid them for the class and their time and took home some of their homemade goat cheese and olive oil. A must have to remember this wonderfully welcoming family owned business. We cannot wait to come back soon!! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality 😍

      Pasta Making and wine tasting
I was scheduled for a Pizza cooking for 2 ppl however the weather was bad so Pasquale changed it to inside to accommodate us I arrived late due to traffic issues traveling from Rome to the coast! When I arrived I was greeted promptly by owner he welcomed us inside even though we were late my expectations were superseded the atmosphere was warm and inviting the food and wine was magnificent. The experience is something I have never experienced! Thanks hope I can come back to this wonderful winery!

Beautiful insight to Italian culinary tradition
Beautiful workshop on the making of mozzarella/fior di latte, the result tasted divine. Freshest and tastiest mozzarella I ever had, in combination with wine, food and great hospitality a wonderful afternoon! My trip to Amalfi was centered around this workshop and I was delighted with it, thank you much :)

      Highly reccommended
This was a great experience, Pasquale was very attentive, knowledgebale and funny. The farm is impressive, everithing is hand-made and self-grown. We learned a lot about fiorr de latte making and enjoyed the hands-on experience. Last but not least, the food was excellent - especially Pasquale's tiramisu, which he assembled on the spot in front of us. A desert to die for!

This is one you won't forget.
We found ourselves the only two guests of Pasquale and Rosanna that night, and what a special night it was! We learned to make fior d'latte mozzarella using raw fresh milk, rennet and technique. We tasted the farm's white wine (next time the red too!) and enjoyed perfectly cured, spiced, seasoned and pickled antipasti with a small plate of pizza fritti that was lighter than air. Oh and let's not forget the espresso zabaglione/tiramisu and the early sample of Campagna's traditional Easter Columba cake, which was also, of course, homemade. Wait. There was homemade limoncello, too. Almost forgot! Through it all, we learned so much about Amalfi Coast farming traditions and practices, and shared conversation about our own lives. This experience will put a bright red bow on any traveler's experiences in the region. Don't think twice; just book.

      Food amazing
If you need activities while on the Amalfi coast. This is a must. We went for a pasta class and it was amazing. We received wine and hospitality before the class from Pasquale and his family. The actual class was so informative and interesting. Making pasta doesn’t sound like fun, until you get to taste the food you made. At which point you realized this was a very valuable experience. We were taught to make better food than any restaurant. Pasquale is truly amazing teacher and cook. Between the wine and the food his little get away was amazing. Certainly would advise everyone try this immediately before your trip ends. Grazie Mille Pasquale!

Amalfi house grown/made wines, cheese, pizza, Pasta, Vegetables. A great Experience in itself.
Me and my wife visited La Vigna just randomly. We were staying in Amalfi and wanted to do some nearby winery. We searched and just drove to this place. Upon arrival we were very nicely welcomed by a charming man Pasquale. We were not sure that we have reached to a winery. We were welcomed inside. Pasquale talked about his place and family being in this business. Three more people from US were visiting for cooking class there only. Pasquale served us red and white wine which he himself makes at this place underground, his son Giuseppe gave us a tour of wine cellar downstairs. The wine was very organic and without any preservatives and sulphate. I can’t forget the taste of white wine, very light and I could have it like water. Giuseppe offered us to a panoramic view at 5 minutes walk, we did that with him. And the most breathtaking view of Amalfi from the top of Agerola. Pasquale and his wife cooked the most delicious and fresh Pasta we could have. Also we had cheese and salami platter. Tiramisu was made in front of us on the table and it was great, and then the lemon liqueur. We were very very touched by the family’s welcome and the hospitality during the whole time we were there. I would like to go there again. It was a great experience in all, being with them. The true Italian spirit and hospitality.

Amazing experience!! We arrived and were greeted by the amazing host and offered wine. The pasta experience was so much more than expected - the learnt how to make delicious pasta bit also tried the farmhouse produce such as cheese and the hosts wife's fried pizza! The lesson was brilliant and we then ate what we made. An excellent afternoon, loved it!

We had a wonderful time in Pasquale and Rosanna’s kitchen! We handmade a lemon ricotta ravioli and tagliatelle pasta and of course sat and ate it all!
We finished off with Pasquale’ special tiramisu!
Our hosts were warm and welcoming and shared local traditions in a spectacular farm setting.
This outing is well worth the trek to get to and not to be missed!

My family (2 adults + 2 teens) and I highly recommend this amazing experience.
Great value for money! It is perfect for the soul... I wish we could give more than just 5 stars.

This is not "just" a cooking class , but so much more - we had a great time and we will surely remember our visit.

Pasqual and Rosanna hosted us like a family. They are so generous in everything they do. They are very friendly , flexible and calm - we felt great in their home. Pasqual and Rosanna manage a self-sufficient farm - they grow and produce everything independently - goat cheese, ricotta, olive oil, limoncello, great red wine , grappa, cherry tomatoes, kiwi, lemons and so much more. Pasqual is a story teller with a lot of charm and charism. He told us all about how he built the house, about their farm and their grown up children.

Oh, I almost forgot - we learnt to prepare Ravioli, Tagliatelle and Tiramisu. it was super tasty !! Explanations were clear, and we will surely replicate that meal at home. My daughter doesn't eat tomatoes or sophisticated sauce, so they adjusted quickly - Rosanna prepared something simple right away.

Bonus - about 200m from the house, there is a breathtaking viewpoint of the Amalfi coast

I went with my wife to visit this quaint farm in the hills of San Lazaro. We had a private class taught by the amazing Pasquale! He was very nice and discussed the family farm as we started making pasta and gnocchi. We also met his wife Rosanna who helped cooked the meal. This was definitely an authentic experience as we talked with the family through out the night. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

Wow!! Just wow!! Where to start?! This was by far our best night on our 12 day vacation in Italy! Planning this sort of experience from the internet, from US to Europe, you would naturally have questions/concerns, but Rosanna made it so easy and effortless to confirm all the details leading up to our pasta making experience. We were staying in Positano, (1 hour away from their house) so rather than taking a ferry/bus/cab Rosanna offered to schedule a transfer for us! On the day of - we found out the gentleman picking us up was Antonio - Rosanna’s brother!! He was so sweet and and knowledgeable and we honestly had the best conversation to and from the house! (I don’t think there was a silent moment the whole drive)! Once we got to the house, he showed us around and we saw the meats and cheeses hanging in the cellar, all the canned organic veggies, and of course the homemade wine!! (Which we drank all night and were DELICIOUS)!! The pasta class by Pasquale was truly authentic! He explained that the pasta recipes had been in his family for generations and he was excited to teach us his tricks and family secrets! We made “scialatelli” and “gnocchi” which we’re INCREDIBLE!! Rosanna cooked up a feast in the kitchen with homemade tomato sauce, charcuterie, eggplant and dessert! We truly felt on that night and in those moments that we had become a part of their family and we were welcomed with open arms and hearts. The Italian culture and care, is definitely one for the books and unlike anything I have experienced before.
Next trip to Italy we plan to stay at their house (as they also rent out the rooms as a Bed and Breakfast) and learn more about each of them, and how they grow, cultivate, and create authentic, organic food and wine offerings!

My wife and I were staying in San Lazzaro a part of Agerola which is close to the Amalfi Coast. We went out looking for a place to eat and Pasquale asked us if we wanted a good meal, little did we know that everything he serves he grows himself. Real farm to table experience. We enjoyed ourselves and the food so much that we went back 2 nights later and made homemade gnocchi and pasta with him, he also gave us the recipes which was his grandmother's recipes. We recieved a tour of his cellar which he built himself. Making pasta and drinking was was a wonderful experience. When leaving we bought his organic wine, lemoncello, some preserves all made by him and his family. When we get back home to Canada we are going to attempt the recipes for our family and drink the wine we bought, we will try to re-create the experience. Thank you so much Pasquale and family. You made the trip to Amalfi Coast worth it.

We had a wonderful authentic cooking experience with Signore Pasquale! We made tagliatelle and ravioli while sipping their own tasty white wine and enjoying the spectacular garden… packed with fruits, herbs, spices, vegetables. His tiramisu was the simplest and the best one we’ve ever had… light and tasty! And what can we say about Pasquale? Great teacher, fun, made us feel very comfortable and taught us what the real “la dolce vita” is all about.
Absolutely the highlight of our Italian road trip! 😍
