Meet the guide in the heart of Alberobello, between the 2 historical centers. After introducing the history and origins of the town, we'll visit Rione Aia Piccola district, one of the most picturesque areas of the historical centre of Alberobello, where to enjoy the atmosphere of the time past. A stop is provided at the Belvedere, a panoramic viewpoint offering the best fairytale landscape. After passing through the modern part of the town, we will stop in front of the Basilica of Saints Cosma and Damiano, patron saints of the town, to know about their worship origins. Visit of the Trullo Sovrano house-museum, a two-storey trullo, where to experience the Apulian traditions of the past. (Ticket not included). The tour will end exploring the tourist area of Rione Monti district, characterized by souvenir shops and restaurants located in the trulli, and we'll have a look of the St. Anthony Church, a typical trullo-shaped church. Finally you will be offered some typical Apulian products such as extra-virgin olive oil, salty and sweet taralli...

    Awesome experience in Ostuni
Valeria was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Ostuni. She is an excellent guide who shared information of the original walls of Ostuni and the founding families. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful sights of Ostuni and were glad we had Valeria to tell us about the city that we would not have known about if we hadn't taken the tour. Awesome experience in Ostuni

    Monopoli in one morning
Our guide, Valeria, introduced us to the history and architecture of Monopoli before we started our tour of the old city streets, piazzas and protecting walls. We strolled along the water, following the ancient walls wherever they survived and talking about the changes brought about by the various invaders and rulers. We were in admiration of the Duomo where Valeria described the inside in detail, legends included. As a conclusion, Valeria treated us to a Barese piece of focaccia, nice gesture on her part and truly delicious.

Guided walking tour of Monopoli ……..a must !!
Valeria is the consummate guide …..very knowledgeable, articulate with a warm personality and importantly for us, a sense of humour. Our walking tour of the historic town of Monopoli was fantastic….far better than wandering the alleyways with a map & guide book as we saw other tourists doing …..she told us all the interesting facts but not in “university terms “ …..mixed with humorous anecdotes and local insights. We ended our walk with a delicious gelato from Gasperini opened since 1936 !! Grazie mille Valeria Mark & Nicole Australia

Valeria is so knowledgeable and well organized. She first took us to the less touristic area to make us appreciate the genuine atmosphere of the town and then guided us through the more touristic area.
She had a lot of insights and great explanations on the whys and hows the trulli were "born". She also had a visual that helped the group truly appreciate how they are built.
The tasting was amazing!

Well done Valeria! Thank you so much.

Valeria was a friendly and very knowledgeable guide. She made us feel very welcome and that we could ask lots of questions. She went at our pace so we could take photos and just take everything in. We left knowing so much more about the history of the Trulli and this beautiful part of Italy.

We enjoyed the private guided tour (there were 4 of us) all around Alberobello and the unique trulli. The guide was very informative but kept reminding us that this is oral history that has been passed down so some of it (that the roofs were knocked down when the tax collectors were coming) is questionable. Unique town unlike anything we have seen in Italy but definitely "touristy" and that's why I only give it 4 stars.

Tour guide was amazing! Having a tour guide was invaluable as we learned about the history and culture and sampled local wines and snacks. (She even gave us the perfect recommendation for lunch). Alberobello is a must see and I highly recommend you get the private tour.

My husband and I had a wonderful tour with Valeria on a recent Sunday morning. Her English is fantastic and her enthusiasm for Alberobello is evident in the tour. It was crowded in the historic town! We were all amazed to see so many people out and about. But she always found a shady spot to stop and explain the Trulli life to us, and was patient with our questions. I would definitely recommend her to friends.

We have been on many tours but none as wonderful as this. Valeria is knowledgeable, very pleasant and very informative. She took her time explaining all the highlights in Alberobello. We ended in a shop for free tasting and this was an excellent way to end the tour. We purchased some gifts here and loved the tasting experience .
All in all absolutely the best tour ever!
