Great Taxi service! Prompt and friendly! Our driver showed up just before our scheduled pick up time, was nice to talk with during the ride and did a great job communicating with us for our return trip. I would highly recommend them!

We wrecked our rental car near Hana Town. Our car rental company Alamo said no problem we'll get a driver right out to you. Long story short, after both Uber and Lyft did not take the ride, Alamo found this company willing. The driver William was great, doing his best to get us back to Kahului airport but though we arrived exactly at closing time, Alamo (and all other car rentals) were closed up tight. William got his van stuck in the car rental area, since it was now closing time all of entrances were either blocked or had "back up preventer" strips engaged. No problem for William he called and got another driver Mike to meet us without coming in to the rental return area. Mike took us to our condo where we got some much needed sleep before our return flight in the morning.

Holoholo transportation service from our Hotel to Maui Airport. I booked transportation two weeks in advance with a company called Holoholo for pickup from our hotel in Lahaina to the Maui Airport. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you want to miss your flight. I received a confirmation with a payment summary of the charge of the fare with the tip to my credit card. Not only was our driver a NO SHOW but the company was not open to answering calls until 8:00 am. We were to be picked up at 5:30 AM. We were lucky that a kind valet called us a cab and the cab driver literally speed us to the airport. We were very lucky that 1.) we had enough cash to pay and tip the cab driver since the cabs don't take credit cards and 2.) we had pre-TSA and didn't have to wait in the long line to get to our gate. Save yourself some grief and just order a cab. They cost the same and the shuttles will pick you up and will make an additional 4 different stops before they get to your destination which could be an extra hour or two more. It's even recommended by the hotels to order even a cab an hour ahead of time and cabs are the most reliable.

We booked online despite the mixed reviews. The company website promised they would call to confirm within 48 hours. Never heard from them so I called them, but no one ever picked up, so I’m not sure they’re still operating.

We had a shuttle set up through Viator, but they did not show up. Saw a shuttle van sitting at the curb. Asked the driver, William for some help. He directed us back into the terminal to speak with Speedi shuttle. They were doing Viator’s shuttles, but they did not have our reservation with checking our confirmation number. They also were sending out the last shuttle of the night and it was full. Back out to William for hopefully a suggestion. He was waiting for a group, but said if we didn’t mind being delayed a little bit, he had room for us. It was after 9:00 pm by then and there was no one else around. We took him up on his offer. His shuttle was actual almost in the opposite direction, but he was nice enough to help us out in this situation at that time of night. During our ride he was very pleasant to speak with and we had a great conversation. I found out during that conversation he had already worked a long day. That’s why we were so appreciative for his help. He also gave some history and information on the island. His van was huge, clean and very comfortable. 5 stars for CB Taxi and especially for William. 9And Viator made it easy to get a full refund.)

Booked a Mercedes Sprinter for my friend’s 40th bday with this company. Constant communication via email and when the day arrived, Mike (our driver) arrived on time! He was super cool and professional. Would do business again! Really took care of us. Mahalo for everything!

Used this service to transport to and from our hotel in Wailea. Lovely people (both on the phone while booking and the drivers), arrived early, in clean vehicles and were happy to offer recommendations about what to do in Maui. The price is at least as reasonable as (non-surge) Uber pricing ($49 airport to Wailea). Would book again without hesitation.

We booked a transfer from the Kahului airport for our daughter and a friend, and although the driver was supposed to meet them at "the bottom of the escalator holding a sign with their name", such was not the case. In fact, the driver was no where to be found. Our daughter called the provided number several times to no avail, and only after obtaining help from the information desk at the airport, were they finally able to locate the driver. The driver also had the wrong destination information, and wanted to drive them to the wrong resort. All in all, not the experience that was promised.

We contracted with this company to provide transportation for our daughter and friend from the Kahului, Maui airport to the Honua Kai resort in Kaanapali. Unfortunately, the service provided was not as advertised. The driver did not meet our party at the designated location ("bottom of escalator”) with a sign, and in fact wasn’t anywhere on the premises. My daughter called the provided number multiple times, but was unable to reach the driver. It was only after seeking help at the airport information desk, that they were able to finally contact the driver. Once en route, the driver had the wrong destination information, and wanted to drive them to the wrong resort. Bottom line, not the experience we would have anticipated, and not the experience a parent wishes for their children.

This is an excellent company owned by one person with whom you may possibly be speaking with when you call for a reservation. This is our second year of using this very reliable service and things nearly went off without a hitch (but not quite). We made our December reservations by phone in September for a total of 4 separate trips: ours coming and going as well as our family/guests also coming and going on different days. Airport pick ups for both went exceedingly well. Not so much for the return trips. We called the day before the first pick-up to be told by the owner that he had no record of a reservation and did we have a confirmation or receipt number. Nope, we've never had one sent to us. So, to make a long story short(er), we searched our computer for our credit card statement showing the day and amount of the charge. He was apologetic and scheduled the pick-up for the next day (as needed). With that information, he was able to search his records and locate our payment. He said he did not make that September reservation for us (another employee did that). If we had not called, imagine our surprise when our guests would be standing at the curb waiting for their ride. Planes don't wait for you. My advise to any who book with this fine service is this: always, always, always call the day before and (when booking) always get a confirmation number by phone, or a receipt number, or some other reservation location number to avoid problems like this. We booked from our home landline but did provide a cellphone number for drivers to use when making airport contact. How fortunate that we were able to access our email account and resolve this snafu.

Didn't realise until we arrived that we needed a car to get around and went into the rental car place but they were lots of queues at the lines and some were sold out. We went to Hertz who were the only ones who had any cars left. Very pleasant young lady and very helpful. But as we hadn't booked in advance it was quite expensive. So would suggest booking in advance definitely!!!

Took Speedishuttle from OGG airport to the Ritz. Efficient and friendly greeting at the airport luggage area. Driver ran two red lights. After dropping off first guest in Kanapaali, our luggage started flying around the back of the van during drivers' sharp turns. Even after it happened the first time, the driver kept slinging the van around without care. After this experience, I sent a note to the company providing this feedback, and asked them to assign a different driver on our return. After 4 days without hearing back, I have to assume they don't care so we canceled our return and took an Uber.

We had booked pick up from and to the airport this past September. We used Mai Taxi Services. Mai and Tai (I know right) are the owners and also drivers. We used them also during our short stay when we went into town from The Montage. Lovely people who take so much pride in what they do. Tai (husband) was waiting for us at the airport so we came out and was able to go straight to Kapalua. He was also our driver back to the airport. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this taxi service. They get an A+++++ from my husband and I.
