His commentary from pick up to the drop off at the Pearl Harbour memorial was clearly spoken and very informative. Our time to meet him for our return journey was clearly given to us. This tour was NOT worth the time or money. You stay on bus for the entire tour of Honolulu and must rely on the tour director for information on what you are seeing. The tour director speaks to what they find interesting. There is not a standard script/overview.
Our tour guide was Mary. I would NOT recommend her at all. She did not give us an overview of what we would be seeing or doing. She was not informative on much of anything. She spoke about her family, her hobbies and age and her personal beliefs on the housing and railway system that is being built vs. actually telling us about the history of the city of Honolulu. Mary did not even tell us when and where bathrooms would be available. She did not inform us of when and where we would eat. The worst part is that Mary was a very aggressive driver and caused an accident on the highway. She rear-ended a car in front of us. She did not check to see if everyone on the bus was OK. This was a terrible experience.
I would recommend seeing Pearl Habor on your own. There are very helpful and informative people that will tell you about what you can see.
There is also a audio tour you can purchase for a small fee. Pearl Habor is a must see stop when visiting. Just don't do it on this tour.

We had an amazing experience on this tour. It was a great value for the experience and convenience, giving us time to see a lot without any planning stress. Our guide, Reynold, was very knowledgeable and made our experience really special. Highly recommend to anyone considering this tour.

The tour was informative and entertaining. The places visited were amazing, the food we ate was incredible. What made the tour was Kimo our guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable and informative, sharing his life and family as a native Hawaiian. In addition to being informative Kimo made the whole day fun by engaging the group, playing ukele for us and teaching us about Hawaiian culture. I would recommend the tour and can't say enough about Kimo for Makin the whole day fun, entertaining and informative.

Nani Popolo was outstanding with not only the Pearl Harbor history, but showed us amazing Hawaiian culture and history. The tour includes everything we were hoping to see and so much more. It was comprehensive, including the Arizona Memorial and also the Missouri. Nani was such a delight, funny, gracious and super touching when he described the Pearl Harbor attack. First class tour.

I have both negative and positive review for this one. I was on this tour and was told that I could take in an item that was 4x7" so I took my wallet. The guard wouldn't allow me to take my wallet so I had to check it in for storage before entering which I did. While I was doing that, my tour guide left with the rest of the group onto the shuttle. I had never been there before and had no idea where they were or where I needed to go. I was not happy at all and would never recommend him because when he called me to find out where I was, he scolded me for not leaving my wallet on the bus. Then when we did find him, he accused me of taking off and leaving the group. While I was lost, I found another tour guide with another group from E Noa Tours. I asked him to help me and my husband and he was fantastic. His name is
Finny (I think) and he called headquarters to find out where we needed to be. After they called him back, he went with us on the shuttle and did not leave our side until we were with our tour guide and had our tickets. He explained exactly what we needed to do. I really appreciate Finny taking his time to go with us to make sure we were where we needed to be.

The tour to Pearl Harbor was great! Our tour guide Nani Popolo was the best part of tour. He was not only funny but gave us excellent explanations of all the historical sights and their significance to Hawai. Thank you you for the great tour Nani!!

The tour was smooth, pickup on time and departure.
We received clear instructions and their air conditioned tour bus was nice considering the heat and humidity.
Steve provided fun and interesting facts to and from the resort.
Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to avoid driving for half a day and just enjoy the memorial at Pearl Harbor.

Kama was an excellent tour guide. He was very eligible and very friendly. The trip from the center of the city and back from Pearl Harbor was filled with his funny stories and brief history of everything we passed by. I would highly recommend his tour.

Oli was absolutely meant for this job!! He was personable, engaged with his riders & super knowledgeable about the city, the areas & respectful of the Pearl Harbor Memorial and associated history. I also loved that he gave us Hawaiian language lessons. This man was the best we have ever had anywhere.

Our tour with RJ was interesting and fun. He picked us up a few minutes before the scheduled time and we were off. He entertained us with historical, cultural and humorous stories as we headed for downtown Honolulu. Then we were off to the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Once there, the tickets and instructions made everything go smoothly. We saw the film in the theater which was excellent. The visit to the Arizona Memorial was moving. Back to the bus for the short ride to the mighty MO (USS Missouri) for another tour. Overall, a highly recommended tour.

Is the admission ticket & seat on boat to memorial guaranteed?

They give you a time stamped ticket for the Pearl Harbour memorial. So yes it is. Our guide gave us a specific time frame for the memorial. They tell you went to be back on the bus.
