This is what I seemed to find on their website. Hopefully it helps? Bridge Cruise® are valid for any departure time within the current calendar year. For example: all tickets purchased in 2019 will expire on December 31, 2019, unless sail date for 2020 is booked.
All other tours and events need to be reserved for a specific date and time. Things happen. So should you need to reschedule your cruise with us, you can do so as a one-time courtesy up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure by calling (415) 673-2900 or emailing us. Any rescheduling within 48 hours of your cruise will incur a per-person fee of $20 each time. Should you miss or forego your scheduled departure, your ticket will expire and we unfortunately will be unable to reschedule you for another sailing.
