This tour was a lot of fun but Ray the guy that was commentator was not really interested in his job he repeated himself and I’m older lady had hard time getting into the back of the truck but no assistance offered really disappointing

worst tour experience I have ever had, by far!
Our tour started nearly 30 minutes late, and then we sat in traffic just listening to Christmas music with the occassional entertainment of our tour guide being ticked off at Uber drivers and using colorful language. No singing tour guide, no pictures with the fire engine. The…
