About
Start your day off by meeting your guide in Fisherman’s Wharf. After a brief roll call, we will embark on our minibus shuttle up to Muir Woods. Once at Muir Woods, you will have over an hour to enjoy these incredible redwood trees After your hike in Muir Woods you will enjoy lunch while soaking in the views of the Bay. There are many different dining options from sandwiches, salads, fish and chips, and seafood. After lunch you will be brought back into San Francisco for your bike exploration. After your hike in Muir Woods and lunch in Sausalito, you will be taken back to San Francisco for an all day bike rental. Our e-bikes make it easy to cruise up those hills and let you enjoy the views of the city. You can choose to bike over the Golden Gate Bridge, cruise along the San Francisco Bay, grab a photo at the Painted Ladies (Full House Houses), explore Golden Gate Park, and so much more! You will need to have the bikes returned to our shop in San Francisco by 6:00 PM.

Great Tour

It was a very good tour of the city Jake did a great job explaining some of the history and background of each of the places we visited. Muir Woods was very beautiful and we did a 2 mile walk through these giant redwood trees. The biking part was like my favorite just because the bridge is very crowded and very dangerous with people coming both ways around you. Plus if bicycles are only on the Pacific side not on the Bayside as we were told. Other than that well worth the money in time

Fabulous and worth the $$$

I'm not usually a "tour" person but this was very worthwhile with excellent stops and no parking/traffic hassles!

We met at a park, all were masked and our guide was excellent from start to finish.

The small bus (14 or so) trip began with a city tour of Chinatown, Little Italy, past Lombard (crooked) Street and many other areas with GR8 history and trivia revealed.

We then crossed over the Golden Gate Bridge to spend time in Muir Woods among the redwoods. My friend was from Georgia and in constant awe as we walked thru the gigantic trees, ferns and beauty of the park. Everyone we passed on the trails was masked and respectful of personal space.

We were then driven to and dropped-off in downtown Sausalito to have lunch on our own before returning to our starting point.

Good times, epic views.
Typically we avoid “bus” tours, but this was a smaller tour bus and we enjoyed the entire day. Our driver / guide was funny, professional, polite and informative. I believe his name was Pat? As for the E-bikes… we had so much fun on those that we are buying two for ourselves! Fantastic day, well worth the time and cost. Only bummer is that you just don’t get enough time at each amazing stop, but you do get to see a lot.

Fun day trip
I had a great time riding ebikes with my wife and 17 year old daughter across the golden gate bridge to Sausalito. Sully our tour guide to Muir Woods was a great guide and I like the way he presented San Francisco to us and made me wish we took the morning portion of the tour. Muir Woods was worth the trip alone. Well worth the $$!

Abandoned in San Francisco!

My 13 yr old daughter and I rented bikes through Dylan’s on our trip to San Francisco last Friday. We were given two bikes (only one with a working bell) and brief (3 bullet point) directions on how to travel the 9 mile route to Sausalito. We were told to call the phone number on the directions if we had any problems. About 15 mins into the ride we got lost. I called Dylan’s several times, left urgent messages, and still haven’t received a call back!! This created a very stressful experience - especially in a city with so many aggressive homeless people along the streets. My daughter was scared, and our overall experience was dampened by Dylan’s lack of support. For this reason, I would NOT recommend renting from Dylan’s. However, Sean, our Muir Woods tour guide was great, and ended our trip on a much happier note!

One of our San Francisco favorites
Overall, this was an excellent experience, and the San Francisco trip highlight for a couple of members of my group. The electric-assist bikes were perfect for a group of people with varying fitness levels. The pre-bike trip tutorial was personalized and helpful. The map and instructions which were included were appreciated as well. We had time not only to bike across the Golden Gate Bridge, but also to visit Sausalito, eat brunch, and stop at the palace of fine arts on the way back.A little shout out to the citizens of San Francisco for being so tolerant of visitors on bikes tooling around on the streets.

We also experienced the trip to Muir Woods, which was wonderful! Our driver, Rolando, was an absolute joy, as well as a kind and patient font of information.

Pat was our guide for the day. He was a wealth of knowledge of the San Francisco area and beyond to the Muir woods where we did a hike. We also combined our tour with the E bikes. Bikes were top notch and they allowed us to ride until 6:00pm. Great day! Lots of memories and fun. Thank you!

We were extremely happy with all of this tour! Aaron was thorough and kind before we departed. He explained all we needed to know and didn’t treat us like a couple of “seniors” although we are! The e-bikes were easy to use and we easily made our way to Sausalito. We may have taken a little extra time to get there because we were happy to make some stops. We were afraid we wouldn’t have time to eat in Sausalito, but our bus driver Jake texted us to know we would have 20 extra minutes. We were pleased with his communication. Jake was a great tour guide so the Muir Woods visit was excellent. I will highly recommend this to any of my friends visiting the area. Oh, the bridge was foggy that day but it didn’t take away from the experience!

The BEST part of our trip!
At first I was skeptical of the reviews stating over 4 hours for a self guided bike tour was too long but it was JUST the right amount of time! We took our time and ventured out to Fisherman’s Wharf for breakfast, biked down the pier to view Alcatraz, stopped several times near Golden Gate Bridge to snag a few photos, and then grabbed lunch in Sausalito at a great hole in the wall pizzeria. Our tour guide shuttle dude was FANTASTIC! I wish I knew his name! He was incredibly helpful with things to do, see, restaurants in the city. He played awesome music to and from Muir Woods. We do wish we had 30 minutes extra in Muir Woods but we were able to power walk a good chunk of the trails. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.

Was the highlight of our short trip to San Fran. Patrick our tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable! He gave us great info, played fun trivia games along the way and fabulous music! There was even a wide rage of groups and ages on our tour, yet Patrick included everyone and answered all of our questions! Got to some fun areas you don't get to see on the big bus tour Would only want to do a tour with them from now on. Totally worth the price and his suggestions were always right on
