Secret Food Tours San Francisco - Mission District
From US$78.21
Overview
With its buoyant swagger and Latino roots, The Mission is one of San Francisco’s most characteristic neighborhoods. Save time by seeing much of the neighborhood in a few hours while taking part in at least six food tastings. Learn about the neighborhood’s eclectic cultural legacy from your guide while you travel with a small group of 12 or fewer people.
What to Expect
Make your way to the Mission Cultural Center where you meet your guide and group of 12 people or fewer. Quickly hit the pavement for your walking Mission District Food Tour.

The Mission is a lively neighborhood—one of San Francisco’s oldest—with Latino roots, and a great place to sample food in San Francisco. Start with a San Francisco classic: the crammed and masterfully rolled Mission burrito.

Make at least five other stops on this tour, including at one of San Francisco’s most famous bakeries, an Italian deli, a traditional clam chowder shop, and a local ice cream shop. The last destination is a “mystery” spot chosen by your guide.

Skip the lines wherever you stop for food and listen to your guide tell stories about the neighborhood’s cultural and architectural heritage.

Your tour finishes in the early afternoon.
