About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Jason M0 contributionsNo communicationThis is actually a response to a trip from December 2022. For some reason, Trip Advisor would not let me respond. Anyway, it was pouring b down rain and I tried to cancel, left in three voicemails, no call back and they charged me in full. Responded with they couldn't find me in the system, well here is my confirmation number. reference GYG32NWNKRAXWritten 17 March 2024
- S580QUandrewg0 contributionsAdam was an excellent guide. The guide Adam was excellent. He loves San Francisco passionately and took us to places that were different to the norm and all very interesting. He was also a very nice person. The reason for 3 Stars is that eleven riders in our group was far too big and made it impossible to hear all the instructions when negotiating very busy city roads. We felt quite vulnerable. Adam was not at fault as he obviously doesn't determine the number of riders in the group. When we fed this back, we were told that it was busy Spring break and we should be road aware before booking this trip. Adam was consistently trying to give safety advice so it was more than road awareness that was needed to safely enjoy this guided tour.Written 16 March 2024
- 980lillyu0 contributionsGreat!Very cool way to see San Francisco! Views/information from Adam was amazing. Nathan was so patient while I was trying to navigate the busy streets. Will say it was challenging at times for someone who doesn’t ride bikes often.Written 6 March 2024
- Sandstar20 contributionsA great day outWe had a great trip with Adam as our guide. He is just so knowledgeable about his city and by the end we felt we’d really learnt so much and seen so much. We’d never have covered so much ground in 4 hours by foot. Gave us a great overview of San Francisco. We felt very safe with him on the roads and cycle tracks as he really looks out for you.Written 5 March 2024

- Inspire536226017750 contributionsAdam was the best guide!Adam was an amazing tour guide! We had a small group of 4 people so was a great experience! We rode a total of 24km on the electric bikes which was as great! The tour lasts about 3 hours and then you have the bikes free to use at your leisure until 7pm! We had so much fun and learnt so much about the city. Would HIGHLY recommend. And get the electric bikes, peddling up those kills would have been crazy!Written 13 February 2024
- RudyTercerof0 contributionsBike ride on the Golden GateWe had a very good time, our guide was excelent, he made the ride very special, took photos of the group, etc. The only thing is that they ask for a $600us deposit for each bike you rent and of you dont have a credit card its an issue to carry with $1,200us in cash or if you pay it with debit card it will take 5 to 8 days to get your money back, so tale that in mind. Other than that i really recomend this ride!!Written 30 January 2024
- Fraytessema0 contributionsGreat day!Thank you for a memorable day! Adam was our fearless tour guide -- very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. We appreciated his humor and earnestness. The views were great and exploring San Francisco on bikes gives a whole different perspective on the city. We last minute upgraded to electric bikes (which was no problem) and felt like kids again effortlessly sightseeing with the wind in our hair! It was a lovely time. Thank you Adam! The incredible rainbow was a beautiful bonus!Written 1 January 2024
- soumyab4010 contributionsGreat Views and Moderate ExerciseStarting near fisherman's wharf, we rode through Presidio, Marina, to Golden Gate bridge, and finally ending in Sausalito. Great views as it was a rare sunny day in SF. Tour guide Adam was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Took the ferry back.Written 25 December 2023
- smeyer20060 contributionsGolden Gate Bridge in the RainAdam, our tour guide, provided us with loads of historical information as we biked from the shop, to and over the Golden Gate Bridge, and into Sausalito. The electric bikes made the couple hills easy to traverse.Written 19 December 2023
- 397moniquee0 contributionsGreat tour!Adam was our tour guide and he did a great job! He's knowing so much, not only about the city and it's history but also about a number of other subjects! It was a joy to listen to him. We laughed a lot and during the tour one of the tires went flat and he fixed it so fast. It was a real joy to do this tour!Written 19 December 2023
- keitho1680 contributionsA great tour d'bridgeJust the tour for a first time visit to San Fransico - and see the Bridge of course! Marcus our guide was super good - he rode at a steady pace suitable for all the visitors (8 in all). At various stops he was informative and also answered all our questions about the area the tour travelled. An added fortune was the perfect weather for a ride. There are a few short sharp hills which one could walk up if necessary and other cyclists do tend to try and exceed the speed limit on the bridge but otherwise a truly great experience. Highly recommended!Written 18 December 2023
- louiselE2654AD0 contributionsThe tour guide was Considerate and informative, a lovely way to experience the bayThe tour was at the beginning of our trip to San Francisco. The tour guide was considerate and informative, perfect for all that we needed to know going forward into the rest of our trip. A lovely way to see and experience the bayWritten 4 November 2023
- tanyav8530 contributionsCheapest rentals, without compromiseWe took the full day rental of electric bikes and cycled over to Sausilito. Team in the shop were soooo helpful, changed saddle heights to suit, showed us how to use the electric assistance to its best - so much that we returned both bikes with full range. To top it all off, fab music in the shopWritten 28 October 2023
- 506SimonG0 contributionsBrilliant day out on bikesFabulous service considering we didn’t prebook. Matched with bikes, then Marcus explained the route from SF to Muir Woods. Had the best day out, though my legs know about it now. Well done guysWritten 22 October 2023

Overall we enjoyed the bike tour. Our guy Judy was an excellent source of information for each of our stops. Unfortunately about halfway through our daughters children’s bike had a complete flat tire. Judy’s hand pump didn’t work so we couldn’t fill it. She also didn’t have a new tube for children size bike. So we had to wait for 40 minutes in a non-scenic section of the tour for a new bike. The group size was also quite large and not as personal as I would have hoped. However we did like the freedom to do whatever we liked afterwards with a bike return time of 8:30pm. We parked on the street which had a 4 hr limit and arrived an hour late (do to flat tire) but thankfully didn’t get a ticket. There is a pricey parking lot across the street that was $50 the day we visited. When we returned the bikes we reiterated our disappointment in the flat tire situation but we’re just offered just a “yeah that’s the the way it goes”. They do have tandem bikes if you have young children and don’t want to worry about them.

Thank you for your review. So glad to hear you had a great time. We are sorry that you had flat tire on the way. Our bikes including the kids’ bikes are maintained by our staff and flat tires are an unpredictable act of nature and we unfortunately cannot control when they will occur. However, we appreciate you waited for our rescue service with patience. We always do our best and fix the problem as quick as possible so customers can continue the bike ride

The tour comprised about a dozen riders of different ages and was reasonably strenuous but guide was great and informative and friendly.
No doubt it is one of the best ways to see Golden Gate Bridge
