Unique photo opportunity in iconic Beacon Hill
Saba took me for what turned out to be an individual tour of Beacon Hill. She was very personable, accommodating, and offered excellent insights into photographing the iconic structures in the area. Saba has been leading tours in Boston for 20+ years. Over that time she has become personally acquainted with many of the current Beacon Hill residents and even shared photographs of the interiors of a few of their homes. It was a delightful couple of hours with a lovely lady. Be mindful that the streets and sidewalks are brick and very uneven, with inclines to navigate, all of which could make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues to manage.

    Informative, pleasant tour guide
Saba, our guide, was very informative on both knowledge of Beacon Hill and ways to capture the best camera angle. The time flew by quickly!

    Saba
Saba was knowledgable and thoughtful. She shared many great photo tips. Now we have our own "perfect' photos! We were able to compare the centuries and decades of architecture.

    Enjoyable tour
I really enjoyed the tour. Saba was friendly, an excellent tour guide who knows a lot about Beacon Hill and some of the people who live there. She shared a lot of tips on how to take great photos. If we go back to Boston, i'd like to take Saba's other tours.

A perfect way to see Boston
Such a worthwhile, informative and fun experience! I have lived in or near Boston for fifty years and have never done a formal tour of our city's landmarks. I learned so much. We talked about the history, the architecture, pop culture, and more. Saba is delightful to be with. She is very experienced and knowledgeable! As a tour guide myself, and someone who takes walking tours wherever I travel, I am so excited to recommend Saba to you!

Saba is extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful storyteller!
I had a wonderful Beacon Hill visit with Saba on a lovely Saturday. Saba was extremely knowledgeable about the architecture, history, and stories of people famous and ordinary whom she shared that made the neighborhood and each building come to life! I also appreciated her advice on framing photos with unique and colorful angles using my own phone. I especially appreciated some hidden gems that I would have completely walked by thinking they were ordinary when in fact the buildings are quite extraordinary. Thank you Saba for a delight few hours together!

Superb combination of history and photography techniques
I was so delighted with this tour. I had chosen it because it advertised instruction in photography techniques, and the last photography class I took was prior to the advent of digital photography. Not only did I learn how to acquire and process images on my phone, but also concepts about grouping, color contrast, and framing. This alone would have made this a spectacular tour. However, because I mentioned that I would probably also take the conventional Freedom Trail tour, we modified my original plan to focus on Beacon Hill. I was fascinated by the history and vibrancy of this storied region in Boston. I am almost tempted to take another tour in a different part of town to learn more photography techniques and history.

    Beautiful Park
What an amazing park. Brilliant for a quiet walk, feed the birds, sit and read a book, see the Moss Lady, take photos, a game of pickle ball or just a joyful wander. Loved it photographs of flowers and trees with many paths to walk.

    Boston, starting from the library
Saba was very knowledgeable and took me places I wouldn't have known how to find on my own. Like the dog who lives in the Copley Plaza Hotel. Beacon Hill and the Back Bay. She was lovely also.

Great walk through Boston's spectacular photo spots
We had a great time. Even with cold and windy weather it was fun! The guide was very knowledgeable on Boston's history and contemporary events. She showed us spots with awesome views, had many stories about buildings, Bostonians, as well as about traveling all over the world. She recommended great restaurant for our lunch. She was a fountain of knowledge. We highly recommend this tour.

Me and my partner took the photowalk tour with Saba in the North End neighborhood. It was the perfect way to spend our anniversary day out! Saba is so enthusiastic and her perspective towards observing the surroundings is so intriguing. Other than learning various ways to take pictures, she takes you to the path of interesting historic narratives and facts. Overall a very great experience to explore the city with her perspective. Thanks!

Saba exceeded our expectations by far. Her “inside knowledge” avoided tourist traps and crowds. Details on landscaping/architecture/history were fascinating. Add to that - she’s a photographer! Pics all included. We will request her again!
