Boston Preffered Car Sevice was able to help me last minute with airport transfers. They were friendly, accommodating and punctional. Communication was top notch! Will be using them again!

From the initial phone contact, to the pleasant and safe drivers, David and Natalia, and the helpful texts, this was and always is a pleasant experience. The service is prompt, professional, and courteous. The vehicles are maintained in spotless, excellent condition. Nothing but superlatives!!!

First driver, Levi, picked us up from the airport on time, fantastic vehicle, super nice guy, great experience. Booked a week later to go back to the airport, paid in advance, driver never showed up, messaged the company 3 times that morning to see if they were late, not going to show, whatever, never received a response, waited an extra 30 minutes and ended up taking Lyft. Two days later, have requested a refund and still no response from anyone. No sorry, we screwed up, nothing. For a rate that's 5X what lyft, uber, etc. are I expect them to be better. Just show up. Will never use this company again.

We booked a day long tour with Boston Preferred Car Service a week or so before heading to Boston for our daughter's Tufts graduation. When Sam arrived to pick us up it was pouring rain which never let up. Boy were we glad to be touring the Freedom Trail in a car and not walking it! There were 13 of us in the executive van and were we lucky to get such a patient tour guide. Sam did great with there being so many of us. He timed lunch perfectly at Harvard Square and his hamburger recommendation at Bartley's was great advice. Had it not been raining we would have taken his suggestion to tour the USS Constitution and a few other recommended sites, but it wasn't in the cards. All in all, we could not have been happier with the car, the tour, and Sam. Highly recommend.

Sam was great! Before arriving to Boston the Communication was really good in letting us know the details of pickup and about the tour. Sam was on time, car was very clean, with cold water waiting for us. We had a 7 hour layover in Boston and wanted to see as much as we could. Sam was wonderful driving us around the city in rush hour. He knew so much of the history in Boston and lots of fun facts I never knew. He gave us time to get out and see the sights on foot. Wish we had more time. Very happy with the service and would use again next time we are in Boston to. The Johnson Family

I have used Boston Preferred Care Service for a number of years and have been always incredibly satisfied with the service - punctual (usually 10-15 minutes early), professional and overall very nice people. The vehicles are clean and have bottled water available, as needed. My latest experience, however, was by far the best and one which cemented my opinion and relationship with this service. I had returned from a long overseas flight (traveling for 24 hours or so) and after the driver dropped me off at my home I realized I had forgotten/left my cell phone with drivers license and a couple of credit cards either there or on the plane. I called the service and within 15-20 minutes they had contacted the driver who found the cell phone and delivered it to me that same evening within an hour or so. Truly an exceptional driver and service and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was excellent - he was there ahead and we communicated by text per his location, car was perfect, ride was good, driver was courteous and friendly. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Sam was incredibly nice, informative and accommodating with our whole group, showed us what we asked and even gave the best recommendations for a great lunch... would do this private tour again if I were to go back!!

I only have positive notes about this service. In one sentence: it was truly amazing. David was excellent, friendly and made our trip as smooth as possible. He’s an awesome driver and we had a great time during the trip. He was right on time, and we arrived in NY in good time. He also was great with all our luggage, making sure that all pieces fit and didn’t move during the trip. The car was as expected, comfortable, clean and with plenty room.

The service is very reliable and timely. I really enjoyed receiving updates. This is very important to parents, when they let their children travel unaccompanied.
