      Great way to visit Tijuana
Great guide, well planned visit, fun and interesting place to see. Note these two things : Your guide may not be able to meet you on the US side. It was very easy to cross the border and good directions were provided. it’s not a big deal, just be aware of this possibility if thats not something you would be comfortable doing. It took 2 hours to get back into the US so plan accordingly.

      Tijuana Adventure
I booked this trip as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience. If you're wondering whether a walking tour is safe, it is. Carlos Saavedra, you did a fantastic job! Thank you for an unforgettable experience filled with historical sites, delicious food, souvenir shops, and, oh my, the drinks!

      Great, budget friendly tour
Humberto was a great guide! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. It didn’t feel like getting talked at or lectured! The food was fantastic and the perfect portions. We tried different kinds of tequila and craft beers while overlooking the city. Getting across the border to Mexico was quick and smooth and getting back to the US was relatively easy minus the long line. For the price this tour is very good and a great budget friendly option. I had a great time and felt safe during the whole tour. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a fun, affordable tour of Tijuana!

      South of the border
My Family and I went. It was a nice experience. We went down there just after 1 pm we saw some pretty cool and interesting site and had some very good taco quesadillas. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area and took good care of me and my family.

      Great introduction to Tijuana!
Our family of 3 had a terrific experience with our guide Carlos. He took us through several areas in Tijuana and gave us great info on the area. He also touched on the other Mexican states and the cultural differences in each one. The taco lunch was great! Very tasty and there was plenty for me. I ordered 2 tacos. We were allowed up to 3 with the tour. I’m sure our son could’ve eaten more - but should he🙄 - my grocery bill has been cut by half since he left home! Note - Because the entry line to the U.S. was so long, he was unable to cross to get us. Instead we went through (very easy process) and he met us at the taxi stand area on the Mexican side of the border. He used WhatsApp and cell to communicate. Additional note - If the line to return is super long, let him send you to the bus station in a taxi. From there you pay $10 for passage into the US. They send passport info digitally. Instead of a 110 minute wait, we had a 65 minute wait from taxi to bus to disembarking.

      Very interesting
This was an interesting trip. Much more a foreign country experience than you would have in Cancun. Victor Garcia was a terrific guide. Due to safety concerns I would not go there alone

      Walk to Tijuana!
Getting into Mexico was easy. Our tour guide was Humberto, and he did a good job of explaining things to the group and giving us details while on the tour. The tequila tasting was fun, and we got to try multiple flavors. Lunch was just okay. We had a small order of chips/salsa. I didn't try the salsa because others in the group were saying it was really spicy, so I just had a couple of chips. I was disappointed that we didn't get to order from a menu. We were told to order two tacos - one chicken and one beef. There was no rice or beans or anything to go with the tacos. The chicken taco was good, but I didn't like the beef, so it was a really light lunch. We took a quick walk through the market, but we had time at the end of the tour to visit some shops which was nice. It's annoying that there aren't prices on anything (not the tour's fault), but we bought some items anyway! In one of the shops, we got to sample one kind of candy. Once the tour ended, it took about two hours to get back into the US, so be aware that it's not as easy to get back in. We had an Uber to drop us off at the McDonalds to start the tour, but we took the trolley back near our hotel following the tour. There are some kiosks nearby where you can buy trolley tickets. I'm glad we booked the tour because I wouldn't have wanted to go into Tijuana without a guide. Overall, I would recommend the tour.

Our family had a terrific time. The food was AMAZING! Our guide, Carlos, was very knowledgeable and knew all the best places to go. He made it a fun experience for both my husband & I and our teen daughters.

Great way to spend an afternoon exploring the City
The trip across to Tijuana was great fun. The guide met in on the US side and helped us across the border which didn't take long. From there we met out Local guide Marisol who was taking us around Tijuana. Marisol was a great guide, organising transport for us to the city centre, taking us to the main sights and explaining the history behind the city, the culture, along with taking us to some great spots in the city. Highlights being the local markets, tequila tasting, and some great tacos. And at the end of the day you're taken back to the border to get back across to the US. I'd definitely recommend this trip if you've wanted to go to Tijuana but didn't want to do it alone.
