We waited outside the terminal until the arranged time as there was no exact place where pick up should have been. We then tried to phone the company as our transfer had not arrived, was difficult to get through as going to voicemail. Eventually got in touch with someone and was informed we should be at the pier 3 blocks down the road, not the cruise terminal, even though we requested pick up at cruise terminal. When we finally met the driver we were sent a private car which was comfortable, the rest of the transfer was hassle free. I told him my pick up time was 8:30. He said to get in the van while he sat behind the driver set. I walked around the van to put my own one piece luggage in the van but the door was locked. The driver finally got out of the van and put my luggage in. This was the worst experience with this driver. On the way from LGA to Hampton inn Manhattan I have nothing but praise for that driver. (I'm 83) My regular limousine service had raised it's price considerably. I looked for a shuttle service. One I had used years ago was out of business, so, I took a chance with GO Airlink NYC. I even took a chance on reserving the return trip when arriving at 5AM!! I was astounded and overjoyed at how great it was! There was no problem at all either way. On the contrary, the service was de luxe with amazing cars and drivers ON TIME! I'm very happy and grateful and delighted to give them a good review. I originally booked the shared shuttle but as it was unavailable for some reason, they upgraded us complimentary to a private vehicle! The driver was very nice and provided so many helpful tips to us first-time New York visitors. There was a lot of communication also from their dispatch team which was really really helpful. I do want to acknowledge the other negative reviews around long waiting times. We were lucky that JFK wasn’t too busy, but the driver did say it could take 30 mins to an hour to even get a space to pull up to collect passengers. For this, I’d recommend asking the dispatcher for the driver’s number and getting updates on if they need more time due to traffic. The pick up location is only a minute walk from the airport exit, so you can always go back and forth. Ultimately, GoAirlink can’t control the busyness of the airport, but everything they can control was 10/10. Highly recommended!Written 2 March 2025

It was my driver but he had no record for picking me up - he told me that if I was not on his list then he was not taking me. I had to show him my confirmation and to be fair he did contact the office but it seemed the issue was that the office had not notified him of my pick up or that of another 5 people!!! I really was disappointing although I must stress it was nothing to do with the driver - he was actually wonderful in the end. All looked promising - I landed and clicked on my booking to say I was there and immediately got back a text with vehicle details and to go meet my driver. Which I did. It was FREEZING cold and the vehicle was parked outside as promised, but there was no driver. I waited 10 minutes but still no driver so went back inside and called them from the Courtesy phone. The operator told me the driver would be there in 5 more minutes so just to go back outside and wait. I did, again in the FREEZING COLD and another 15 minutes later, the vehicle was still there with no driver in sight. I went back in and called and was told the driver was completing a transfer in another terminal and would finish that and then come to my terminal. I tried to tell them that was impossible since his vehicle was right there so he most definitely wasn't in another terminal. She told me to wait inside and the driver would come find me. I waited another 15 or so minutes then a guy with my name on a sign came up to me and we went to the vehicle and THEN we went to the other terminal to pick up another passenger before we headed into the City. I could have been at my hotel by the time I was just getting in the van as it was now more than an hour since I had gone outside to find my vehicle as instructed. Where was the driver all this time? Who knows, but he wasn't at the vehicle and he wasn't at the other terminal getting someone else. So I won't be using this service again and would not recommend them. I"ll just pay extra to get a flat rate cab in future.Written 26 February 2025

I took a GoAirLink bus twice during my trip. The first time was from JFK airport to Grand Central Station. The trip was smooth and easy. Once I got to the Welcome Center, I received an email saying that my driver was onsite. The bus driver was friendly and it was a quick journey.
The second time was in reverse- from Grand Central Station area (corner of E 41 St and Park Ave) to the JFK airport. My pickup time was set for 5:00pm. I called the main number and waited five minutes to speak with someone (arguably a long time to wait on hold for something relatively urgent). The person I spoke with did not seem very friendly and sounded annoyed that I was asking for the car details/an updated ETA on the driver’s location (the same information provided by the company with my previous journey from the airport). Somehow, we were disconnected before she could provide me with any update, and I tried calling back but no one picked up the next time.
Luckily, I ran into another couple waiting for the same bus. We both had arrived 30+ minutes prior to pickup time. They had also tried to reach the main office, but hadn’t been able to get through. Around 5:15pm, a bus from the same company came, but the driver explained he was there for the six o’clock pickup. It took him at least ten minutes to reach the main office to help us try to locate our 5:00pm bus. The bus was running late.
Now, I completely understand that it was raining and NYC traffic is valid. I expected the bus to be a bit late, and I have no problems with that or the driver. Both of the drivers I had were friendly and professional, and they drove safely.
My issue with the experience lies with the difficulty in communicating with the company. It should not have taken such a long time for the bus driver or customers (actively waiting for pickup) to get in touch with someone who could help. Communication is especially important as many people are headed to the airport and therefore on a tight schedule. The couple I was with were stressed about timing and considering paying for a taxi.
I am grateful to the drivers who got us to where we needed to go in the end. I caution anyone using this service to just plan for extra time, just in case.

Pre-booked return transfer booked via Supershuttle but provided by Go Air Link. Transfer from JFK to Manhattan was no problem. I called from the courtesy phone as instructed, was asked to take a seat and driver arrived to collect me within a few minutes. Spent quite some time dropping others off in Manhattan but I expect that with a shared shuttle. Very happy with that part. However driver did not show for the return pick up and when I called the company they said I was a no show which was untrue, I had been standing outside since 10 minutes before the advertised time slot. Apparently the driver called ahead and I didn't answer, probably because it's a UK number and I suspect he/she didn't dial 0 44 first. Not answering the phone does not mean I am not waiting and the driver should still have come to the hotel. The woman I spoke to was polite and respectful but said she could do nothing as I was marked as a no show. So I got a cab to JFK instead and complained when I got home. To be fair they did refund my fare without any argument which suggests they knew they didn't have a case to argue. The shuttle costs about $45, a cab at the time I went was $74 so I would suggest a cab if you can afford it.

I booked the share shuttle from Manhatten to JFK and was advised 40mins prior to pick up that I had been upgraded to a private vehicle, sharing with one other person.
Our driver was very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent.
My Daughter also booked a shuttle the day before but was kept waiting for an hour and in the end a private vehicle was sent. However this was after we had to follow up twice. This was an anxious wait as she had a flight to catch as well.
I would suggest all bookings be reconfirmed the day prior.

Recently, I used GO Airlink NYC to schedule a shuttle bus ride on 12/3/2023 to take me from Lower Manhattan to the American Airlines terminal at JFK.
Everything about the service was first rate:
The driver texted me that he had arrived early and would wait for me outside of my apartment building;
When a shuttle bus was not available for my trip, GO Airlink NYC dispatched a private SUV limo to pick me up and take me to the airport;
The driver was friendly and courteous; and
We made record time getting to JFK.
I recommend GO Airlink NYC to anyone seeking fast, dependable and reasonably priced car service and will continue to use them when I need transportation to JFK.

Poor customer service- leave me frustrated for non refunded fee for an an unused service and need to book another cab at the last minutes! Would go with another shuttle if you want stress-free experience.
I booked and paid a transfer from hotel near empire state to jfk at 8pm via their website however did not receive any confirmation or email on the booking (#624623). Called them closer to the pickup time and was told that the booking was made at 3pm and it was put as ‘no show’ (I thought it’s 8pm!). I never received any alert or notification since the booking was made, checked the hotel and advised that no one approached for pick up since 3pm. I was frustrated as this information came really late. Experienced very poor customer service as they only mentioned they can’t help with rescheduling and no refund would be made! It had cost me paying for unused goairlink service plus a last minute cab ride to catch my flight!

There was no pick up from the airport and also no pick up to the airport.
We payed 163$ and an additional 140$ taxi costs because Go AirLink did not make it to send a driver at all.
We called several times on the arrival date and also on the departure date and the hotline promised the driver would be only 5 minutes away …
45 minutes later we called again and a quite annoyed employee promised to take care of it and send a private transfer.
This driver was also supposed to arrive in about then minutes but never appeared..
For the arrival date we also received the info the driver would be on his way .
After an hour of waiting the friendly airport staff called Go Airlink again to get the note that we have to wait at least 3 hours for the pick up !
We booked the pick up month before our trip started and this “Service“ is just unacceptable!
Still waiting to get all the money back !
Will definitely not book again !

Shuttle driver LEON was very unprofessional and Rude.Ask us for Money for a Journey that was already paid for Just because we had our 2 underage children with us That apparently he was not aware of he made our Journey to the airport very uncomfortable will definitely not recommend. Also he gave better treatment to other passenger compared to us helping everyone else with their luggage and for stepping off the vehicle but not us. Such a poor service and unreliable driver. Best use an uber or lyft.

We were scheduled to be picked up at 6am at JFK to be taken to NYC Grand Central. They were 20 minutes late and that was just the start of the nightmare trip. We spend the next two hours being driven around the airport to different terminals as the driver was being sent by the company’s dispatch to pick up people that were not there. When I called to complain, while still in the van, they kept repeating to me that they just needed to pick up two more people at terminal 5 (this would be the 2nd time we would be going to terminal 5) and it would take only 5-7 minutes. As I write this review, I am still sitting in the van waiting to be drive to NYC. Whatever you do, don’t use this service! They are incompetent, unreliable and their management is a shambles that is running the company into the ground.

The worst shuttle service period. First they where 30 mins late of their time picking us up from the airport and then they were scheduled to pick us up from the hotel at 3:30am and we waited with 3 staff members of the hotel until 4:07 am and no shuttle ever showed up. So I called and a man named frank answered and said a driver arrived at 3:30 and waited a half hour and left because we never showed up. When I explained to frank a driver never showed up, he once again told me a driver showed up when 6 people total never seen a shuttle van pull up and then told me take a cab and hung up. I would not recommend this shuttle service to anyone they were terrible all the way around and Frank was the absolute worst customer service experience I ever had. Shame on him and the company.

The driver was punctual, kind, great driver and well educated. He was Rachid # 654. He took shortcuts which made the ride faster and less stressful. Great ride. Thank you? Rachid!

I was picked up from a private building close to Hudson Yards. On their website there is an option when you click "Drop off at", you can select "home or office address" and see if they could drop you off where you need to.
