      Absolutely wonderful!
This was absolutely wonderful. We went with a group of students from Norway. And we had a very nice ride. Our guides Stephen and Paul were absolutely amazing. We loved them. One of the students said that, «you actually want to hear what Stephen sais». They were fun, energetic and had so much knowledge.

      NY cycle hire
Great efficient hire for 2 hour cycle round central park with 2 teens and a pre teen. 5 min walk with bikes to the park entrance. Could have cycled but because with children preferred to wait until we arrived at the park. Whole park easily cycled in under 2 hours at a leisurely pace with view stops. Bikes in good order and easy to ride. Great service. A real highlight to our holiday.

      Great Tour of Central Park!
We had a great tour of central park. Good and fun guide. It's just a pity that we had booked a Dutch tour guide, but he was not present on the day of the tour. Definitely recommended for a tour in NYC!

      Hands off
We took a reservation at NYC eBike Rentals, Unlimited Biking, 79 Chambers on Saturday, September 2 2023, 11.30a.m., 2 DayPASS Electric Bikes for $156.23 + 20$ assurance, to be returned at 6.45 p.m. We arrived at 11a.m. to recieve our bikes. The rude man behind the counter was already a little bit annoyed because I was so impudent demanding a basket and the NYC bike map which should have been included but were unfortunately not available. Instead we got the `homemade` Unlimited Biking Map proposing exactly 2 bike paths (Huson-Brooklyn loop and Central Park). Admittedly it was very crowded and the three-person-crew had some work to do. The mood of the man behind the counter did not improve, seeing me returning, after having taken a test drive and complaining that the bike battery was only half full (what meant to him : change the bike and the lock). A half full battery would have been enough for Central, but not for Hudson, East River and Brooklyn therefore we chose DayPasses. Sorry! During our ride I noticed that after every stop the chain slips from a small sprocket to a large one. Additionally the disc kept rubbing against the pads (the caliper needed to be trued again). Informing the man behind the counter he apparently was not interested in anything. All in all the ebikes are okay for shorter rides. The speed range covers eco, normal and high. Limited range of gear (five). Amazingly my bike had gravel tires – in NYC? The two assistants were friendly and helpful but no professionals. The man at the counter neither nor. Example: Asking him whether I could speak with the manager he rudly told me that there was none. Asking him if he could tell me his name he simply answered me: No! Kind regards!

      Excellent service and bikes
We rented 2 bikes for the day. Excellent fast and efficient service, great bikes that came with Helmets and a lock, all for a very reasonable price.

      Bike tour Brooklyn Bridge
We had the New York CityPASS and the english version of this tour was included in our pass. But I wanted the dutch version for my family (with 4 kids), so I booked this addionally an payed for it. On arrival they just stated that there was no dutch tour that day, so 369.88 Euro ended up in the water under Brooklyn Bridge. PS the english speaking guide was a good guy!

      Excellent Bike Tour
I took the bike tour through Central Park with Unlimited Biking and it was perfect. The tour operator was very organized and Alex, our tour guide was a wealth of information. He had a wonderful and friendly personality. It was a relaxing way to start my Saturday in the city and get a good workout, too! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who has never explored Central Park. There is a lot of history to be learned. Upgrading to the electric bike was a wise decision.

      Central Park Cycling
My husband and I had a great time cycling through Central Park the 6th of June and ate lunch at Tavern on the Green. Had a fabulous time. The bike tour was through Unlimited Biking and the tour guide was a native New Yorker, very knowledgeable and gave a great tour.

      informative
we had a good tour of central park, the guide was very informative, pointing out landmarks, history and movie locations as lot of filming has taken place in central park. there was not a lot of actual cycling and we only manage a portion of the park, I felt we kept stopping to hear stores..later that afternoon we rented bikes and cycled the whole park and more!

What an informative and interesting tour. Our tour guide Joel led us on an interesting, informative and thoroughly entertaining highlights tour. If we had just set off on our own we would have missed heaps of stuff. The only way to tour Central Park.

It was a prefect Sunday Morning Spring Day walking tour with Guide Maggie through Central Park. The morning weather was just right for the very informative tour. The trees were flowering and the birds were out. Enjoy the 2 hour tour in Central Park very much.

I’ve been to NYC many times and to Central Park as well. Took my niece and sister to NYC and they’d never been there. Thought this would be a great way for them to see the park and learn about it. Joel was fabulous! We had terrible weather - cold and rainy - but we didn’t care. Even though I’ve visited the park several times, I learned a lot of new things. They loved it; we saw a ton and Joel was not only knowledgeable but told great stories too. It was great for us to end the tour by The Dakota become we’re headed to the Museum of Natural History after and could walk there. This is a great tour operation and I highly recommend it.

We did the Central Park walking tour and found it to be a very professional, informative and enjoyable experience. We met our guide Joel who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly outside the sightseeing shop on 56th street to start our walk around Central Park. We made the short walk up to Central park and entered through the 59th street / 6th Avenue gate (José Marti statue), the first thing that you find when entering the park is that the New York noise disappears and is replaced by peace and quiet. We then made our way round the Pond and walked towards the Balto (Siberian husky) Statue, through Sheep Meadow then onto the Boathouse for refreshments on this bitterly cold morning. After we warmed up we continued through the Ramble then walked over the Bow Bridge to finish at Strawberry fields opposite the Dakota building (Columbus Circle). Overall the tour took 2 hours and was very informative and fun with Joel proving to be an expert guide. We passed lots of other sights which have appeared in movies the most prominent being the bridge at the Pond which featured in Home alone 2 and the Bethesda fountain in Enchanted. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend the tour as an excellent way to enjoy the sights and sounds of Central Park.

Fantastic tour! My only complaint is that it's too early. There should be more times available than just 9 am, especially since new York can be confusing to get around for a tourist. It was very stressful trying to navigate and make it on time. Most new Yorkers don't even start work until 10!
But once the tour started with Joel I started to perk up. I liked that he talked and moved. I'm an antsy person so staying on the move is good for me. I was one of the only Americans in the group so I understood all the funny movie jokes he was making, particularly a honey I shrunk the kids one. The park is gorgeous and it was a pinch me moment being there. And in the fall! I also appreciated that Joel had fun with it. When we went to strawberry fields he started singing, I joined a little, amd one of the horse guys in the area sang a bit too. It was a fun way to end the tour. Definitely recommend!
Make sure you know how to get there so you're not late!
