Heartfelt experience you will never forget
We had such a memorable time going back in time and remembering the atrocities that happened almost 20 years ago. We watched everything on the news, but the way our amazing tour guide, Ray, described the events of that day were absolutely heartfelt. We felt the emotions of those running for their lives and the emptiness in the hearts of those who lost someone. We learned so much more from Ray and we were so very impressed with his professionalism and how personable he was. Thank you so much, Ray, for such a wonderful experience!

Great tour, excellent Memorial
Helene was fantastic. She was witty and funny, which kept the tour of such a somber topic interesting and positive, rather than depressing. Of course Helene kept the tour appropriately serious and reflective at the appropriate times, like at the reflecting pools. The tour, and the 9/11 memorial overall, did a good job of balancing the sadness of remembering the tragedy, and reminding us of our own grief,
With the upbeat vibe of the new Oculus and the Observatory. These places show us that new World Trade Center has recovered it's energy, but will not forget those people that it lost.

A meaningful time at Ground Zero.
Jul 2021 • Couples
Out of the 3 activities I enjoyed Brian’s tour the best, which is the Ground zero tour. He was super nice and was very knowledgeable. My husband and I walk slow and he always made sure we were with the group before speaking. He brought the event’s of 911 to life in his personal memory and I found out things I never knew about. The museum was a bit crowded to push a wheelchair around in and I feel I didn’t get as much out of it as I could have. At the Freedom Tower, it would be real helpful if in front of what your viewing there were a description of what you were looking at. I vaguely knew some of the locations but half the time I didn’t know what I was looking at. Of course it didn’t help that it was poring rain and a fog was rolling in lol.

Great experience
Jul 2021
We enjoyed the tour and One World Observatory. The elevator ride up to the observatory is worth the price of admission, by itself. We didn't get to see the museum. I recommend that you book your tour at 1:00 or earlier. Our tour start time was 2:00 and entry time at the museum was 4:50, but as we were trying to walk over to the museum at about 4:53, guards were already shepherding people out of the memorial area. We were maybe 10 yards from the entrance to the museum, but a guard said it was closing and that we couldn't go in.

Great tour guide!

Ibeth Massari was our guide for this tour and she was phenomenal! She had first-hand knowledge and accounts of 9/11. My 16 year old son was so engaged in this tour because of her personality and the emotions she conveyed when explaining the details of her experience. I highly recommend her and this tour!
