      Awesome show!
Totally awesome show with an interesting storyline, excellent vocals and a talented ensemble. Well-deserving of the 13 Tony nominations.

Neil Diamond on Broadway …. A beautiful choice!
Didn’t know what to expect on my first visit to Broadway. Had a crap cold and wasn’t in the mood but hey how that changed. Wowwww. The way the show was laid out was thoughtful, true to his feelings and……. Absolutely immense. The cast were fantastic. Music spot on. Singing amazing…. Mega. Loved it. Alcohol was extortionate but you have to find the money somehow!

A standing ovation for this museum!
This museum was not yet open when we visited NYC in 2021 but we heard about it via a documentary on Broadway during COVID and decided to add it to our itinerary on our 2023 trip to NYC. I was a bit apprehensive about the admission cost but we love the theater and thought we'd go ahead. Great investment: this museum was so good! It traces the history of Broadway, highlights some major shows that have played here and takes you through a comprehensive view of Broadway. It's not a complete history of every major show or actor to ever hit the stage (that would take twice the space they have here!) but it does showcase a sizable number of plays. We spent four hours there and could have used another hour to go through the basement section that shows the behind-the-scenes work of putting a play together, but we had to leave in order to get to another commitment on time. We would visit this museum again if/when we travel to NYC. Very impressive work!

      Give My Regards to Broadway!
A perfect way to spend an hour or two, especially on a rainy day in the theatre district/Times Square, NYC! Lots of costumes, picktures playbills, interactive areas all laid out in an easy to follow timeline. Start on the third floor and work your way down to the different levels/eras. A bit too much to read and I would have like to have see a few more screens showing bits of the actual plays, but it was an interesting and enternaining museum. A bit pricy for less than two hours, but still something fun to do while waiting for the evenings play.

Loved it from start to finish
A fantastic show from start to finish. i loved every minute of it. The storyline accompanying his music was excellent. Would recommend going to see this show before it leaves Broadway for the USA tour. One of the best Broadway shows i have seen. Wish it would come to London.

The Go To Place for Theatre Fans
If you love Broadway, then you need to visit this museum. Lots of information about the history of 'the great white way' and the shows, stars, producers, etc. I highly recommend to any fan of live theatre.

Families -- Go see Suffs the Musical!
AMAZING! Already planning another trip. My family said it was the best show they have ever seen, and we live in NY, so we have seen a LOT of shows. The singing/acting was award-worthy and in fact it is nominated for Best Musical -- rightly so! The story is about much more than the feminist movement, delving deeply into human rights in general and what it means for everyone. The staging was artfully done, really supported the show. The action is front and center the whole time, so I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. The theater is on the smaller side, actually perfect for this style of show. Maybe most importantly, for a change it was completely family friendly without being at all Disney. About time Broadway had something you could bring the kids to that was inspiring real life and not complete fantasy! Highly recommend for all ages and sexes!!!

More fun than at most museums.
Okay, I’m a Broadway baby, and so I was expecting to enjoy this museum… but I really loved it because it allowed me to interact with sets, props, and costumes from so many of my favorite shows. One can gain an education into theater by watching all the videos and studying all the exhibits. One might take hours doing so. But it was the immersive experiences that really made my day at the museum.

      Wonderful (!) Broadway Show
LOVED it! And was not familiar with the music, which did not matter at all. A complete delight. Would recommend to anyone who loves musicals. Especially anyone who is familiar with the music of Brittney Spears, Katy Perry, etc.

      Good seats, smooth entry
We had a city pass and gate 4 was where we needed to be. Very reasonable seats, good game. Subway easy and straightforward to the game. We left before the end and all was busy, but straightforward, heading home.

Great professional cast, fab time, great orchestra
We have nothing more to say than WOW.....but, so professional, brilliant in every way. It is a relatively small theatre which means mist seats get a good view

Awesome way to spend the evening.
I was looking forward to this show but was blown away by the set, costumes but especially the music. I found myself smiling when a nostalgic piece would come up. And it’s not just MJ music that was played. Lots of Motown and a few others. When the big ones were played (thriller,Billie Jean, Beat It) it was hard to believe I wasn’t in a an actual MJ concert. I would highly recommend this show. Tip. Listen to some Spotify of the actual show. Some of the arrangements were a little different than the original. If you are one to sing along, knowing the new arrangements might help.

      Terrific set design
It’s amazing how the production incorporates scenes for a hospital, houses, and the rain outdoors. The set was intriguing and inventive and was just what was needed to tell the story. There were many in the audience sobbing during the last scene. Wonderful acting by Mary Anne Plunkett and Dorian Harewood, and strong voices by the entire cast. Recommend!

Recommend a visit if you’re a theatre fan
There were two large groups that had just entered, so they were 15 minutes late getting our tour started from our timed entry. Climbed to the third floor (they said an elevator was available). Lots of memorabilia, props, and costumes spanning many years and shows. Recommend allowing two hours to go through. Nice gift shop.

It was my first broadway show so I splurged on the ticket. The show was good (good actors, good singing and like how they used the rows during the show for the performers to walk amongst the spectators and then go up on stage). Reasons I didn't give it more stars: The price was ridiculously high (not worth that cost in my opinion) and they sell loud/crunchy snacks at the theater. Which means that I paid almost 400$ CAD to listen to the person sitting beside me snack entire the whole show from a loud bag. I believe they should have a no eating rule during these shows. The Minkoff theater is small so I believe everyone got a good view, no matter where they were sitting (except for when people get up in front of you to go to the bathroom during the show). There's an intermission in the middle.

We had heard great things about this show, and booked it, along with Hamilton and Moulin Rouge. Of the three, this was our least favorite. It was good, but felt a little tired. A couple of the performers were standouts, but most of the cast seemed like they were just doing their jobs. I think when the show came out in 1997, it was probably revolutionary, but it felt a little dated in 2023.

My first Broadway Musical ( a Christmas gift from my daughter ) was a magical journey on its own. I could never understand how they made it such a fantastic visual where we were transported to a world of magic . Little Simba you were the cutest of the lot. I can't wait to see more of your acting skills in the future. The way each and every production member , the musicians and the Actors did their part was worth spending the money and more.

Best part of our trip. Yes it is expensive but it was an amazing show. It was my first ever broadway show too. I really enjoyed it. If your love the original movie you will definitely love the musical on Broadway. Drinks in the lobby very expensive though and cannot bring your own drinks or snacks unfortunately. $18 for small glass of ice with shot of alcohol and juice 😂

Just wow, what a show. Not a huge fan of musicals but never been to one on Broadway and as we won tickets on the Broadway lottery, we decided to go with the plan to probably leave at half time. We did not leave. The show was absolutely amazing from the actors, the choreography and especially the costumes. The actor who played young Simba is a future big star for sure. I really am so glad we went as would not have missed it. I think I have developed a new love of musicals thanks to this show. The venue was great also.
