- Addisonsfeet0 contributionsFantastic ghost storiesCameron was fantastic, very knowledgeable and took us to loads of places we would never have seen without him. We had a lovely time, but if he could get back to us about the alligators in the sewers that would be great 😊Written 19 October 2024
- A9935BIjohnk0 contributions"It's not a line, it's a herd"Talk about one of the most embarrassing experiences of our lives. Folks. There are huge lines when it comes to this attraction -- lines you cannot avoid. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and a great guide. However, she's been taught (all the guides are taught this) how to "cut the line." She's employed many techniques and even though we were concerned, she kept using the quote, "It's not a line, it's a herd." Basically, all the guides are taught how to brazenly drag their private tour around the sides and through open spaces to cut the line. Needless, one gentleman got irate at this behavior. At the Statue of Liberty, heading to Ellis Island, she ran into this gentleman again. He started screaming at her, calling her a "Weasel" and making a horrible scene. Our tour guide shoved this man, which turned into an altercation and someone had to intervene. The whole experience was ruined and the rest of the tour we were worried about running into this man again. What should have been an enjoyable tour turned into an embarrassing nightmare.Written 19 October 2024
- denisevW7287HK0 contributionsBad mannersThe tour was ok. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, the tour company representative was inflexible, rude and difficult to deal with.Written 18 October 2024
- C8359DVamyk0 contributionsSpooky good timeCameron was a great guide and offered fun stories throughout the tour! Lots of fun for fans of ghosts and the horror genre!Written 18 October 2024

My wife and I really enjoyed seeing all the sights, and hearing about the history of the region and sights. Liz was terrific in her presentations and knowledge while guiding us around. Just a great evening. Thanks Liz!
