      Fun skating
My kids had a great time skating, but I would never buy this deal through Tripadvisor. It’s best to just go directly to the skating rink and buy it there. I accidentally bought it on the wrong day and they did nothing to help me recover my money.

      Highly recommend
My son and I recently booked this excursion. The tour guide Leann was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable. The excitement in her voice made you realize that she really enjoyed her job. I wish we would have had a little more time and that Leann could have accompanied us through Ellis island.

The weather was superb, the tour guide was very informative. Be aware you have to go through a security control - so do not bring your pocket knives

      非常非常差,導遊no show,請退款並補償集合地點更改之交通費和時間!
Very bad experience on 1/16 2025. At 9:30 waiting spot in Times square changed to 24 State street at 11:15 which was half hour way from Times square! When I got there and waited for 11:30, nobody showed up! When I call to the agent, she asked if the tour changed to 1/17. I am taking flight leaving on 1/16, how can I change schedule to 1/17? The agent wasted my whole morning on 1/16! Waste my transportation expenses from Time Square to 24 States street! Pls let me know how tripadvisor to compensate.

      It was a rip-off
This was horrible. The boat left without us even though we were there, & there wasn’t another boat for 2 hours! We paid a lot for nothing!

      Christmas skating
Very busy on the day. Had bought tickets beforehand but had to wait in a line for a longtime, way beyond our allocated time slot. Once on the ice had a lovely time, again very crowded, but beautiful place to skate.

18 bday celebration trip to NY
It’s my second time watching this beautiful show. I had to bring my son who turned 18 a few days ago, I wasn’t sure if he was going to like it, but he definitely enjoyed it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in the spirit of Christmas! Or like us it didn’t matter, we watched it on New Year’s Day!

What an incredible performance! This show should be a must see for anyone visiting during the Christmas holiday. The music, dancing, singing, and technical effects were perfection!

Good for kids but, the rest of the family wanted to leave, the got bored !
Simple show, we paid over 300 dollars for normal seats, honestly it was not worth it. The streets show even better and more enjoyable and less cost.

Visiting the STATUE OF LIBERTY LADY
Great view, service was great as well. Attentive, gifts to buy on cruise. One of the men who works on board grabbed a chair for my friend to sit down

Worst Cruise around Statue of Liberty EVER!!
My cousin visiting me from Raleigh, NC booked this particular cruise from Pier 36 on the East River. The boat was horrible for views. Basically no outdoor deck on top of the boat, only a very tiny area not inside at the very back of the boat, & 2 inside levels with filthy windows. Nowhere near enough seating as about 50 people had to stand the entire cruise, myself, my cousin & her 2 sons included. We couldn’t even stand near the filthy windows but had to stand in the middle of the 2nd level. I am 72 years old & when I asked a boat employee about any additional seating, he just replied “Sorry” as he gave me 10 seconds of his time, because he was looking at his mobile phone the whole time. This had to be a safety violation with having so many people crammed on this boat with not enough seating. I have taken many other cruises around the Statue of Liberty from the Hudson River side, including the “Circle Line” which has an extremely large unobstructed view from the top deck & a small open roof covering on the back in case of rain, with plenty of seating for everyone. I would highly recommend a Circle Line cruise over this horrible experience!!!!!

WONDERFUL! An absoloute must see at Christmas
One of the most incredible experiences I've ever been fortunate enough to expirience. I went to NY with my dad back in 2008 and at the time (we went in the autumn) we said we would make it back one year to see The Rockettes in the Christmas Spectacular. Sadly my dad passed before we ever mae this trip happen so my husband and I went to NY around Christmas to do all the amazing Christmas things! This show was top of my list and WOW. The Rockettes are incredible, the orchestra is wonderful, all of the singers are so talented and the ushers are friendly as well as efficient. I was blown away by the interior and the ladies toilets were stunning and looked to have original period pieces within. I would warn the concession stand is very expensive, I bought a bauble to remember the show and it was $55 We sat the front row of the first circle which was a wonderful view of the whole theatre, the seats were comfortable and we had adequate leg room

My own opinion; What a ri- off! We paid for a fully guided tour for liberty, Ellis island, 9/11 memorial, stock exchange and just got dropped off at the ferry to liberty and was told your on your own, its a self guided tour. We were lost at liberty but with the help of other company tour guides we were able to figure out where to go and see at liberty and then we took a ferry to Ellis island on our own then back to battery park but ask the same lady and third party company that dropped us off at the ferry and asked her how we could finish the 9/11 tour and she said its that way go walk over there. What a waste of our day they don’t only owe me a refund they owe me for wasting my only full day with all expenses in nyc! Be careful and confirm your guided tours folks!

Our guide, Vivian, was excellent, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. However, when she left us at the museum, we were told we did not have passes and had to purchase them in addition to our tour. We purchased "Ground 0 and World Trade Center Tour with 911 Museum Upgrade" which we understood to mean it included the museum. We had to pay an extra $23 each for admission at the entrance. Trip Advisor was very misleading. The name said WITH museum upgrade. How does that not include admission?? Beware when you use Trip Advisor. I will never used them again!!

Emotional and very informative. - the whole memorial and museum is a thoughtful tribute to all those involved or affected by 9/11. The events are well documented but the personal stories and artefacts add a different and new dimension. There are museum guides stationed around various exhibits and they are passionate experts who are well worth a listen to.

The Museum is a must see and do activity. It is sobering, yet inspiring. Built around the the remains of Tower 2 it includes melted fire trucks and pictures of all those who perished as a result of Islamic Terrorism on 9/11 2001. The Museum includes information from all 4 crash sites. Military, retired Military and First Responders get in Free.
We went the same day we saw “Coming from Away” on Broadway. Really made a big impact for us on the Play.

Our guide was lovely - it was just the two of us so we were able to chat with her & ask lots of questions. She was a New York local so it was interesting to get a locals feel for the place. We did the museum upgrade & spent five hours in there. Very humbling experience.

It's hard to put into word how moving, sad, emotional but also story's of people helping other people in their hour of need was just as emotional. The staff there where so friendly and really good especially the retired fireman who was near firetruck talking about the day and the lady walking around making sure people knew there was a film on about the boat rescue. So much to see that I was having to rush towards the end so give yourself plenty of time

Terrible tour. It started a long way from ground zero walking towards it all talking about New York history - although informative it was not a 911 tour. Once we got to the pools the guide said she had to leave and did not give us the museum AT ALL. I want the money I spent on a tour that did NOT EXIST back
