In front of you, you'll find a curated selection of five artisan chocolates and five artisan cheeses, as well as cacao beans and palate cleansers of green apples and water crackers. Megan will guide you through each pairing, telling you the behind-the-scenes story of each chocolate and each cheese as well as how to make bean-to-bar chocolate. You'll discover unusual and delicious flavors in the pairings such as "tropical fruit and mangoes," "pot roast and mashed potatoes," and "banana split with peanuts and hot fudge."
After we're finished tasting, Megan will sign a copy of her book with a personalized message to you. You'll leave satisfied and ready to host your own chocolate and cheese party!
