So worth it! Incredible views and great way to get the lay of the land. Friendly staff and well organised. My nine year old loved it and will remember forever. There is a $50 per person charge for fuel in addition to the fee but it is clearly stated in advance so I didn’t mind. Remember to take your passport if international or valid drivers license. Super easy to get to from the subway to battery park. My only watch out is the photos afterward - the pics are generic helicopter. It is $25 for one or $50 for all of them. Recommend only getting one!

Unforgetable experience. Not cheap, but seen of NY from the air is worth it. Very nice and helpful staff. I really recommend this trip to all tourists.

A bit pricey but absolutely fantastic! I’m mom of the year with my teenage son! This beats going up on the edge or Empire State Building by far! Best way to see high views of NYC. Well worth the money:)

The trip was good and it was pretty straight forward of a process, however the end was an issue. To start off it’s my wife’s birthday and I booked the trip , I paid my gas and heliport fee in cash , and upon getting off the helicopter we immediately had an employee come up and say “you did not pay the heliport fee” to my wife. I tell her I did and explained it was in cash and even pointed out the guy who I gave the $ to who confirmed it. Then immediately after another employee comes up and goes “are you Alexandra” to again ask about the money but we just walked into the van. Then once in the van they again ask in Spanish (which my wife and I are fluent in) over their intercom if we had paid and if they got the money… all I can say is that was unprofessional. Had they asked me “did you give the $ for the heliport fee” opposed to just coming up and telling my wife “you guys didn’t pay it” I wouldn’t be as annoyed with the situation. The pilot was cool and it was a fun experience, so other than the end it was a great experience.

The tour was amazing. The team was so helpful and nice. It was the first time in an helicopter for our twins. They were thrilled. Thank you so much!

We booked the grand tour because of the longer flying time and a chance to see Yankee Stadium from the air. I realise they are not allowed to fly directly over city so we flew up the Hudson manhattan side and down New Jersey side. I only gave 3 stars as from the minute we left the ground to when we landed we were in the air for 17 minutes- I just mentioned this to the desk staff as I thought we had been out on a shorter flight but the girl was having none if it and said we were almost 25 minutes gone from building so photos outside walk out and walk back are all included in the time. Also, we are not that familiar with New York and it does look like a concrete jungle - we missed some of the sights and what direction to look as pilot introduced himself for take off but did not say another word - not sure if he was meant to be telling us what sites we were passing so if you are booking make sure you are familiar with map and where you should be looking. Lad who brought us to and from flight and took pictures was really nice. Advice to customers - not a bad experience, we just loved being in a helicopter and it is still one of our highlights. Advice to company - a bit of customer service training for desk staff would be no harm, no need for the girl on the desk to be so defensive and rude when dealing with a query, it’s often about delivery of the message rather than the message itself!!

Fast and easy way to see the city sights and plan our itinerary. In town for a business trip and wanted to expand the options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pilot did a great job explaining and making sure both sides of the aircraft had great views. We were fortunate to have crystal clear weather on the tour, which made it that much more exciting

Great Experience i Recommend doing this tour if you are in NYC Seeing New York City From the Air its a new and one in a life time experience you dont get that anywhere in the world.I surprised My Husband with this trip and he did not like the turbulance in the air but i enjoyed every bit of the tour. The Guy & the lady in the desk was very helpful they gave me an upgrade to a longer tour. Thank you for the experience & i will be returning soon.

The staff was very very rude. They were talking rudely and had very pathetic hospitality. The views were good but the staff interaction spoilt the entire experience. Do not recommend this.

Bucket List for my wife and I fulfilled with professional, courteous and friendly assistance. Delivered what they promised.

We booked a 25 minute tour, the most expensive. There was an option for 15 minutes, 19 and 25 minutes. I decided it was better to see more. In fact, 17 minutes passed from takeoff to landing. There were 6 people in the cabin and we all sat very, very tightly. I thought that our flight would be over the city, but in fact it turned out to be over the river: one way and back. Therefore, Manhattan and the skyscrapers were relatively far away. Just like the Statue of Liberty, we were a looooong distance away from the statue, as opposed to other helicopters that flew much closer to the objects of interest. When, upon returning, I asked the receptionist why we had flown for only 17 minutes, she answered irritably: we have everything written down, while you left here and now came in, 25 minutes have passed. To the question: 25 minutes including all procedures or 25 minutes of flight? She replied: that everything is correct with us, we do not accept any complaints and turned away in the other direction. I will say frankly that I was very disappointed. My expectations were much higher than what I saw.

Great helicopter ride and pilot, smooth flight. Amazing views of the city’s , Statue of Liberty, river, and surrounding area. Very polite workers as well. We did have an hour wait than for our ride but it was worth it, They made up for our long wait by giving us 15 extra minutes of flight time.

I had wanted to do a Helicopter tour for years before I finally got to do this one for ny birthday week. The entire staff was so nice, caring and accommodating. I want to give a special s/o to them for being so kind to me as I was traveling alone. I got the best seat on the helicopter right next to the pilot and it was so much fun watching NYC, the statue of liberty and the Hudson River from the helicopter. They pick you up from the pick up spot in the shuttle and drop you back off as well. I would highly recommend this place. You get a great tour, great customer service at a really good price!
